To win today is going to require an all out effort from our players, and coaches who are flexable and can adapt to what is happening on the field. Last week, that awareness was not present in our coaches which produced results like running a play on our own goal line that had not worked all day and running it anyway. That cost us a safety. They are going to have to be better for us to win today.

The offense might not score any points, but they’re protecting the football, and that’s more important than sill stuff like scoring points. Just think on that 3rd and long if he threw it 50 yards down the field and it got intercepted. I mean, sure, some might say it’s the same thing as a punt, but that turnover would mess up the stat sheet and cause the team to lose. So much better off to dump off the ball for 3 yards and keep a clean box score.

Saints are a very good defensive team, their offense is ran by Carr, which means it’s never going to be impressive, but also it’s worth noting the Bucs have a good defense. But Carr has missed some easy throws he normally doesn’t miss, that is making a difference.
With that said, I do NOT want to see him get benched for Winston.
