From what I heard this morning, Sean Payton is gathering a coaching staff to coach next year which includes Nick Fangio as the DC. Is there any probability that the Glazers are already in the works to clean house and hire a completely new coaching staff?

I said it before that to me personally, if Todd Bowles does not win this division and at minimum the wild card round of the playoff which would be a home game that he should be gone. He should be gone anyway but I’m sure the Galzers would retain him if this scenario happens.

Should they lose this division as horrible as it is with practically everyone trying to find their identity, it’s a no brainer and he should be gone- if he is retained, I don’t see Brady coming back and a lot of players would most likely leave for better opportunities elsewhere if they are eligible to do so.

Bringing in Sean Payton would mean you bring in a young offensive minded HC who wanted to work with TB12, so the likeliness he stays for one more year increases and he would bring in a good DC who can have our defense top 10 next year.

At the end of the day, the writing is on the wall for Bowles, the Glazers have been less patient with more wins Ala the Dungy/Gruden firing so I don’t know where they stand on this…..I know where they should stand.

I believe that Sean Payton coaching the Bucs is non existent. The present head coach will be the coach of the Bucs in 2023. Management will not replace a head coach after one year

I’m watching a scenario with Carolina. They are beating up on Detroit, yes the red hot Lions. If we don’t show up in the desert, look out. We might back into the post season (if we get there) and lay a goose egg on our home turf. We will have stupid Buc fans selling their tickets to obnoxious Dallas fans, what a stench coming out of Tampa.

Bowzo can get a job in Navy, as an anchor.

I wouldn’t be in favor of having Todd Bowles on such a short leash if he hadn’t been literally handed the reins of a championship-caliber team with one of the best coaching staffs in the league, an ownership group and front office execs giving their full support, plus Tom freaking Brady at quarterback. All Todd Bowles had to do in Year One was not change a flippin’ thing and he’d be golden. After the first year, he could make any changes he wanted; he’d have the cred to start putting his own stamp on the team once he demonstrated that he could helm a Super Bowl contender through the rigors of an NFL season.

But for whatever reason, he didn’t do that. I can only imagine that ego is involved somewhere, and that’s not at all encouraging.
