“That Was F@cking Awesome”

November 6th, 2022

The smell of victory.

Don’t you dare tell Tom Brady he and the rest of the Bucs’ offense need to run 12 miles tomorrow at practice as penance for sucking out loud for all but three drives as the Bucs beat the Rams tonight.

Brady was borderline giddy when he stepped up to the podium after the game.

He wasn’t asked one question before letting everyone know how he felt after leading the Bucs on a game-winning drive in the final seconds, hitting rookie tight end Cade Otton for a touchdown.

“That was awesome,” Brady began after he slapped the podium in excitement. “That was f@cking awesome.

“That was pretty awesome. That’s why we play!”

Brady noted something that really got Joe’s interest. The Bucs played much better, maybe the best of the game, in the final two drives when the team went no-huddle. But Brady said his teammates were running on fumes despite moving the ball late.

“Everybody was tired — threw the ball a lot.”

Brady didn’t want to hear anything about him passing for over 100,000 yards. He shut a question down when asked.

“It’s all about the win, man” Brady said. “It’s all about the win. I never cared about all of that.

“We needed [a win]. We needed it. We got it.”

Ain’t that the truth.

In Brady We Trust ! Amazing comeback win courtesy of the GOAT again !

  2. geno711 Says:

I think the Bucs had no first downs in the 3rd quarter and the Rams had no 1st downs in the 4th quarter.

    Pretty inept offense overall.

A timely win. On to Germany.

    Fire Leftwich

  5. BitcoinTom Says:

If they win next week and go to a bye. I will be seeing the same thing as 2020

  6. Oxycondoms Says:

    Praise be to Brady

  7. Irishmist Says:

The only time we moved the football was at the end of the first half, and at the end of the second half when we went no huddle. The rest of the time it was nothing but the same tired plays we’ve been running for the past 3 years. It’s obvious that Leftwich is incapable of designing new plays. But it’s not like offensive plays are copyrighted in the NFL. If you can’t think of any new plays then steal some from other offenses that are working.

Where are my lederhosen? Let’s start a winning streak!

  9. Oddball Says:

    Yeah it was.

  10. Redeemer Says:

I’m happy, I won a ton of dough by pounding the under. Now the real season begins. No more excuse, no more losing to inferior rosters. They still have a ton of problems, but always feels good to win

  11. steele Says:

How much of the final drive was Leftwich vs. Brady just seeing the field and taking what the Rams were giving?

Classic Brady dink-dunk surgery. Great to see it again.

  12. Christopher Schiefen Says:

Tom called the plays those 2 drives. He needs to do that more.

Spot on. Like how about a shovel pass on short yardage or goal to go, aka KC?

If it gets dropped it’s incomplete… not a fumble.

    Leftfoot has 0 imagination.

  14. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I’m not convinced it’s all Leftwich. Bowles showed no courage in the game at all.

  15. Oddball Says:

    Feuer frei Herr Brady!

  16. Listnfrmafar Says:

geno@ another hater, both D’s played well. You’re better off not commenting cause only the idiots like Oneilsuckyall, beanballs and Yucfucs are stupid enough to crap on Brady after today’s game. Oh and he’s not the one dropping the 7 balls, holding or calling runs on 1st & 2nd downs multiple times in that game. Those stupid sideline screens have pick 6 written all over them.

  17. George Says:

Brady did all very good job all night . Looked awesome on the last drive . There was no question we were scoring.

  18. firethecannons Says:

Yeah it was crazy hard to watch! The penalties were mind numbing wow D. Smith played bad plays where he makes no effort to play correctly and holds over and over–makes you wonder if he even knows how to tackle correctly sometimes.
somebody has to do something about the offense before we lose again. what is wrong with Godwin–can he ever separate again even a little? use the tight ends more until they get better I could go on and on I never heard a complaint about our left guard–he is working out. perhaps when we are on our 4th 3 n out we could let TB12 call the plays and go go hurry up? Really bad football, amazing TB12 pulled out a win!

  19. Wild Bill Says:

Joe needs a cheer leader outfit and join their line up. Call it like it is Joe. The Bucs limped to a desperation win. The Bucs defense has played tough enough to win most games so far. The kick specialists have been solid. Team owners need to make some coaching changes, especially Leftwhich. The offense and game plan are killing us.

  20. Pelsbuc61 Says:

Brady is carrying this team. Terrible Oline play. Evans and Godwin looked disinterested and let’s not forget the predictable Leftwich calls.

  21. unbelievable Says:

Defense played a heck of game.

The offense continues to be mostly impotent and frustrating, but they managed to do just enough tonight, thanks to Brady willing them to a victory.

    Hats off to the defense.

Offense, get it together. We’re playing a much much better team next Sunday.

  22. Rod Munch Says:

Brady said after the game that he ‘suggested’ that last play that got the TD to Leftwich. IE, he told Leftwich what he was running, didn’t wait to hear his stupid call. No wonder it worked.

  23. Buc4evr Says:

WRs dropped too many balls. Leftwich is still a moron. The defense was running on fumes but they got it done. BA needs to be calling plays with Brady. OLine can’t support the run and Leverett needs help. This team needs 30 points a game and we need to abandon featuring the running game.

  24. Crickett Baker Says:

I saw Brady seemingly happy discussing things on the sideline sitting right next to Wrongwitch. I saw him give the guy a full-body hug after winning. IDK why, but Tom seems to not feel what the rest of us do regarding the OC.

  25. JimmyfromNY Says:

Wait didn’t Brady trolls and haters tell me that he checked out and he didn’t care. Lol the greatest competitor in the history of sports if they lose it’ll wont because of him

  26. Conte Piscatelli Says:

It was good to see Otten and White get some plays. And scooter reappeared even if he did drop a td

  27. LakelandSteve Says:

The GOAT is still the GOAT. What a gut check, classic Tom Brady type win.

  28. BuckyDent Says:

    FIRE Jenna Laine!!

  29. CleanHouse Says:

Yeah great question by Jenna Lane

Bowles needs to be more assertive on 4th and short

  30. orlbucfan Says:

Yeah, I really hate Brady. How about the simple fact that that he’s older than the hills, shows it, and has a very good team around him. They carried him to victory yesterday whether you Brady groupies want to admit it or not. BTW, he sure wears a lot of flesh colored makeup on his face.
