Arians is the common thread OBVIOUSLY NOW as to why The Bucs were winning the past 2 years…. All these talented players and these 2 can’t even call a game for them to score TDS…. Both LOSERS as coaches!
Jason Licht. He failed to adequately address the OLine losses, the FAs he signed have failed to produce, and his draft picks aren’t showing anything special. For sure, much blame to go around, but have to start with Licht for not getting the job done.
Bruce arians is the reason. He said this is a better team than the Super Bowl team, they are worse. I feel that things took a turn when Sean bunting didn’t start, team chemistry is everything. Other things took place with the offensive live, then you sign Russell gage and he hasn’t had a 1000 yard season. If this is Brady audition to become a part owner, it’s messed up. But you will blame Bowles for all of it, but it’s the owners. Be careful what you ask for……
Who will be starting in our Defensive Backfield? We know Davis, SMB and Dean are questionable virtually every week. Do these guys EVER play a full season?
All three have talent but lack that famous Dungy ability..,AVAILability!

And the decisions to not bring back Suh, JPP, Tyler Johnson, Rojo (and to not utilize Rojo more as a pure RB when he was here too).
BRING BACK ARIANS AS HC, SIGN SUH, TRADE FOR JPP, TRADE FOR ROJO, TRADE FOR TYLER JOHNSON…
