We lost 3/5 of a well oiled machine, most of which includes the anchor, the attitude and the experience of the most important link in Jensen! This CANNOT be overstated!
Look, whether it’s the best play-call or not, when your coach (or boss) gives you an order to complete a task, you do your very best to complete that task. The calls need to be more creative, more unpredictable, and better suited to the strengths of the players in the game. I wish the play-calling would be better, but the most glaring issue I see, 6 games in, is that the called play isn’t being properly executed, so I think the O-Line needs the most improvement.
What’s the blueprint/formula to get the O-Line blocking better as a group? (Not so much Wirfs and Mason) Not sure, and that’s why I’m not a coach.
I would be much happier if the line played with a mean/nasty streak, an edge to them, even with the same results we are seeing now.
Where’s the glass-eaters? Where’s the fire? I realize when Jensen comes back, in game-shape of course, our line will get better.
Didn’t Lenny’s chip of Parsons set a tone, an example for this line? It should have.
SB-LV@ thats a coaches job! JPP would get in players faces to motivate them. If he heard White say he’s bored and takes the 4th quarter of, he’d smack him upside the head. The fact White was not reprimanded for that comment just shows the immates are running the asylum. I blame BA, he shoved these morons down the Bucs throats.
