Slimy Saints Chatter Doesn’t Bother Devin White

It seems trendy for those who enjoy filling airtime with NFL predictions to hoist the slimy Saints up as the 2022 NFC South champions.
A big reason is the slimy Saints own the Bucs in the regular season. Hell yeah, that’s annoying. It’s also way too accurate.
Bucs linebacker Devin White isn’t too worried about it — until the Bucs have to face the slimy Saints. When asked today about how the slimy Saints are a trendy pick, White sort of shrugged his shoulders and in a manner of speaking said to be the man you have to beat the man.
“No,” White replied when asked if he is irked by people picking the slimy Saints. “They are a team that has beat us, I want to say, since I’ve been here, every time. Six times. So to hear people say that, it’s understandable.”
There is a difference, however, between understanding and liking, White added.
“Do I have to buy into that? No I do not,” White said. “We control what we can control. When the Saints game comes, that’s when we take care of that.
“Right now, it’s the Dallas Cowboys.”
For those who may have forgotten, the Bucs travel to New Orleans a week from Sunday. And yeah, Joe hopes the Bucs finally beat the voodoo out of them.

Interested to see how the loss of Payton will effect the Saint. The secondary is good, and they have always been able to pressure Brady.

I say Bucs beat the Boys, 31-24. Hopefully it’s much better, particularly on offense. If our top 4 WR’s are playing and healthy, and the O-Line does a decent job, we could score over 40. CG is the lone question mark right now.

Madmax, DW didn’t hit Jamiss’ knee. He grabbed him by the middle of his jersey and yanked him down. Jaymiss kind of tried to escape and fell awkwardly. They called it a horse collar, but I disagree.

We should beat Dallas if we bring our A game. The Saints have a chance if Winston plays well. But can a leopard change his spots. I doubt it. That I would have to see to believe.
