Bucs-Colts, Open Thread

August 27th, 2022

No injuries, please!

The Buccaneers’ preseason finale is here! The Goat will make his 2022 debut. Kickoff at 7:30 p.m.

The good guys are on the fake turf in Indianapolis against a physical Colts team playing most of its starters. Just for nostalgia’s sake, Joe hopes Shaq Barrett pounds old-man Colts quarterback Matt Ryan.

It’s a big night for Bucs receivers and for Jamel Dean and Sean Murphy-Bunting as they fight for a starting job.

Comment all game long below, and stick with Joe all night for plenty out of this game.

What am I missing? OPEN THREAD 2 plus hours before kickoff?
No harm. No foul. And now unlawful stream promotion. Thank you. –Joe

  2. kyle Says:

go Colts.. SUPERBOWL!!! haha just kidding

  3. Trask To The Future Says:

    Trask Era Begins Next Season!

  4. GOB Says:

Dress rehearsal folks? I thought BL said it wasn’t. For the love of Christ, stay healthy. Two series max for the starters.

  5. 99 55 47 20 Says:

Please no injuries on that fake turf

  6. D-Rok Says:

Hey maybe Ryan will lead the Colts to a 28-3 lead. Wonder if Brady would BEG to get in the game, then? LOLz just a joke.

All I care about is no new major injuries, and may the best man win in all the position battles tonight.

  7. Crickett Baker Says:

I pay for NFL Network, ESPN, and espn+, and Sling, and I STILL can’t watch this game. The radio just won’t cut it when I wanted to see so many players. I don’t expect you to cry for me, but DAMMIT!

  8. TAMPA BAY DEMON Says:

    Sorry to hear that, Crickett.
    Where are you located?

  9. Bucfan1988 Says:

Anyone trying to watch the game in Fort Myers. Last week and now this week, they are not showing the preseason game. WTF man!!!

Hope I can stream this off the Bucs website tonite 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

  10. TAMPA BAY DEMON Says:

Up here on Spectrum Pinellas, it is on Channel 6, WTTA & Channel 8, WFLA.

Any chance of reeling those in some where, Bucfan1988 & Crickett?

  11. TAMPA BAY DEMON Says:

Surprised it is not being aired down there.

  12. 74 Bucs Fan Says:

Hulu live is where I stream it, but I’m local S TPA.

  13. Crickett Baker Says:

I went to high school in Tampa and lived there a looong time before moving to Arkansas. I have looked everywhere to watch the game–even going to Colt’s websites and trying to fake my zip code. GRRRR I have Hulu but not Hulu live. and Amazon. This is ridiculous. I could always try a free trial on NFL+ but I don’t trust them as there is no listing to contact a human there. Sigh. You guys have to tell me if Tompkins or Miller do anything great. And keep me up to date on Darden, please.

  14. Crickett Baker Says:

And crackwise that site just gives a five-day free trial and demands my credit card. But it was a new place to try

  15. CrackWise Says:

And the Byron interview is really good. I have a newfound respect for the man. Although he still says some dumb crap.

But who am I to call someone out on saying dumb crap.

  16. CrackWise Says:

Just close that adds pop ups Crickett. ITS 100% free

  17. CrackWise Says:

Watching the LAR and CIN game right now.

  18. CrackWise Says:

Oh, wish you would have cut me off earlier. I was trying to promote anything. Just trying to help a fellow fan.

  19. BuddhaBuc Says:

CrackWise – I just moved from Tampa to Oklahoma and got NFL+. I was able to watch the first two preseason games without any issues. I’m working on getting Direct TV to pick up the regular season games.

  20. D-Rok Says:

    @ Crickett,

I’m in NC, so you can guess how easy it is to get Bucs games up in here. Some fans on this site who live in NC say Hulu is the one to get, so I was gonna get it before 9/11 game. Is there a difference of Hulu and Hulu live?

I’ve spent the last 2 hours searching ALL OVER my Roku channels and am coming up empty. I don’t really care for the whole bar scene to watch my Bucs games (I’m a little loud and boisterous, some have said, LOL) so I’d rather watch this season at home.

SIGH. Stupid NFL – make it EASIER (cheaper?) for us fans to watch our teams.

  21. CrackWise Says:

Come on Joe, just take all my post down. Gezz, I was only trying to help people find a way to watch a game without a means.

    My bad dudes.

  22. Trask To The Future Says:

    Crickett,

    Just get a trial to NFL+. It’s $4.99/month if you don’t cancel.

If you have Apple TV or a similar set top box you should be able to manage your subscriptions with it and easily cancel if you want.

  23. CrackWise Says:

I give up, I have know idea what the Joes are doing to my comments now.

    Yall enjoy the game.

    Lets Go Gators!!! LMAO

  24. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    Touchdown!

  25. MadMax Says:

just google 4 stream…. sometimes you have to click on the feeds and fight popups, but youll eventually find one that works….. you’re welcome.

  26. MadMax Says:

oops, maybe i shouldnt have posted that….sorry Joes.

  27. GOB Says:

Fubo TV is the best streaming app for sports. I believe the bucs game is on there.

  28. Rod Munch Says:

    T. Hill gets a bomb on the opening play. Tua still slightly under threw him or he had TD, but damn, what a weapon.

  29. Rod Munch Says:

Wow, the Dolphins offense looked impressive on that opening drive. 4 plays to get a TD, 2 passes to Hill for like 70 yards or so.

  30. Rod Munch Says:

That stadium in Miami looks so stupid, they should have just built a new one. With that stupid half roof all they did was restrict the airflow, make everything hotter. Looks like some crappy soccer stadium in Europe built for like $6-million.

  31. MadMax Says:

Come on Hainsey and Luke…..make an impression. Watching Hainsey talk, he’s a pretty smart guy.

  32. 99 55 47 20 Says:

Brady sure don’t look miserable in pregame photos

  33. Rod Munch Says:

If you play fantasy football and have done your draft and have open waivers, I highly suggest going and picking up Raheem Mostert if he’s available.

  34. Rod Munch Says:

Geez, how small is #9 Sterns? He was just walking next to Brady and looked like a midget. They list him at 5′ 9″, but no way, he was like a foot shorter than Brady and Darden, who is 5′ 8″, looked taller. Must have been some optical illusion I guess.

  35. Bucs since 76 Says:

You can stream it live on the NFL app

  36. BucBoy Says:

    The game is online at:

    https://www.buccaneers.com/watch-live-games/web/pre/us/en/buccaneers-at-colts-2022-pre-3

May have to be in a certain “market”.

  37. Lesko_Brandon Says:

First play injury on the colts

  38. MadMax Says:

    Getting carted off….special teams safety

  39. Rod Munch Says:

    What the hell TJ…

  40. Lesko_Brandon Says:

tyler johnson u r in the bubble. make that catch

  41. Rod Munch Says:

Why in the hell is Leftwich calling a run up the middle on 1st down from a 4 WR set?

  42. PassingThru Says:

That’s right, run first down. Shocker

  43. SB~LV Says:

Trask would have made that throw

  44. Rod Munch Says:

The Colts broadcast is using graphics from Madden 2004.

  45. Rod Munch Says:

TJ playing this early in the game is a good sign he’s making the team. Maybe he’s not as on the bubble as we thought.

  46. MadMax Says:

    Julio!

  47. Rod Munch Says:

Ooof, on the Colts broadcast they called Darden, ‘primary a kick returner’…

  48. Davenport Says:

Get that chick with the stupid hair off the sidelines — she/he/it looks ridiculous

  49. Rod Munch Says:

    Not primary, primarily…

  50. PassingThru Says:

This is when you miss Geonk.

  51. Rod Munch Says:

    Brate is not Gronk…

  52. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

A FG on Brady’s first drive. Let me beat the panic mongers to it….

That’s it! The season over! LOL

  53. Rod Munch Says:

Brate, on two plays, gets basically no yards after the catch, Gronk just Gronks up, gets the 1st down on each play. I’m not the biggest Brate fan, but it’s not an insult to say you’re not a first ballot HOFer, but Brady expects those plays to be 1st downs.

  54. Trask To The Future Says:

O-Line looks solid! Colts have a good D.

  55. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    First drive….. i’ll give bucs B grade

  56. Rod Munch Says:

OK, we saw Brady, now please place him back into bubble wrap with the rest of our starters.

  57. GOB Says:

Yay!! Jones made a catch and didn’t blowout a hamstring!!!

  58. Trask To The Future Says:

    Rod,

LOL. The Colts D swarmed Brate immediately. He had no where to go. Gronk isn’t turning those into a 1st down. Heck on that first Brate catch the LB instantly tackled his legs. Same would have happened to Gronk.

  59. JimmyJack Says:

Pass protection was very solid on that drive.

  60. Rod Munch Says:

Trask – The play at midfield, Brate had one on one with a LB and couldn’t get past him – Gronk just one arm gorilla slams him to the ground.

On the second play, he had what appeared to be a safety run up, and had two blockers out in front him, and was pretty much running sideways when tackled. On that play, Gronk just one arm gorilla slams the safety into the ground.

  61. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    TB12 smiling a good sign

  62. TBSwarm Says:

    Sack baby!

  63. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    First play for defense, B+

  64. Rod Munch Says:

Wow, they actually blitzed David. They did that like 5 times last year.

  65. JimmyJack Says:

I gotta say its shameful they dont tell us who is playing in this telecast

  66. Rod Munch Says:

Awesome, we saw the defensive starters, they looked great, lets put them all in bubble wrap and call it a day.

  67. GOB Says:

Thanks David, now I get free crazy bread from little Caesars.

  68. Trask To The Future Says:

D looks to be getting solid line push.

My primary fear is our corners. SMB and Davis are such liabilities.

  69. Red86 Says:

    What’s up with JTS?

  70. Rod Munch Says:

If you get a pass rush, it will make your corners look good. If you don’t, they won’t look good.

  71. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Is the storyline going to be “Brady too out of shape from the Bahamas to go more than one series!” LOL

  72. Lesko_Brandon Says:

what ?! Brady is done! he has not sweat yet.. He was just warming up

  73. Rod Munch Says:

I’m not kidding, the Colts broadcast looks like they’re using the same font and style that was used in Madden 2004. Literally.

  74. unbelievable Says:

    @Rod – exactly.

Without a pass rush, you can’t have a good pass defense.

  75. Rod Munch Says:

    SHOCKER.

Leftwich, run up the middle on 1st down…

  76. unbelievable Says:

Dangit, I missed the 1st series and apparently my only chance to see Brady.

Oh well, prob for the better. Bubble wrap all the starters I guess.

  77. Trask To The Future Says:

    Our guards are terrible.

  78. DaBux Says:

    Goedke looks like a sieve.

  79. shak_bucs Says:

    just ugh our play calling.

  80. Rod Munch Says:

NICE, Leftwich with a run up the middle on 2nd down. If it doesn’t work the first time do it again!

  81. shak_bucs Says:

    man he can kick!

  82. DoooshLaRue Says:

    THE MASTERMIND!

  83. FIRETHECANNONS Says:

    Ooof. #67 getting abused

  84. DaBux Says:

When you’re starting LG is sitting on your RB behind the line of scrimmage at the end of a play, you have a problem.

    Houston, we have a problem.

  85. Rod Munch Says:

    YES!

    TRIPLE PLAY!

3 RUNS UP THE MIDDLE FOR -4 YARDS!

    LEFTWICH DID IT!

  86. unbelievable Says:

There’s that incredibly play calling I’ve come to expect from Leftwich.

    #Genius

  87. Jerry Says:

This playcalling better improve by leaps and bounds in the regular season or we aren’t going anywhere.

  88. Dreambig Says:

That play calling is what might sink us this year. So stupid

  89. MadMax Says:

3 straight runs up the gut for nothing….Gabbert cant throw?

  90. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Terrific rookie punter WITHOUT the sexual assault allegations….

  91. Maniac Buc Says:

Carmada has a strong leg himself, is a better situational kicker and does have any allegations against him. I think we chose the right kicker.

  92. Trask To The Future Says:

YANK GABBERT, TIME FOR THE FUTURE!

  93. Crickett Baker Says:

Hulu Live is like 3x more than Hulu bundle with ESPN+. Sounds like Hainsey is doing ok now (as sound is all I got).

  94. TBSwarm Says:

    nice 63 yard punt

  95. unbelievable Says:

Take a breath everyone, it’s preseason.

They are probably not satisfied with the run game, hence those playcalls.

    Otherwise were effed. LOL

  96. ClwJB Says:

The 2nd OLine with 2 “starters” getting rag dolled

We better be adding some help

That Leverett guy is horrible and we all know Wells is pathetic at best, why is he even on the roster?

  97. Rod Munch Says:

In fairness to Leftwich, it’s possible they just want to see some run blocking. I mean, I think that’s stupid, you don’t learn anything from running up the middle on 3rd and 14, but that’s the excuse he’ll make.

Also whoever was playing RG, they’re awful, got beat on all three plays.

  98. Kody Says:

CHRIST WHITE CANT RUN THE FREAKING BALL

    WTH??

  99. Dreambig Says:

These are backups that you want to see what they can do. Not be a turtle and crawl into your shell. STUPID. As coaches they did not learn a thing on that offensive series.

  100. Dreambig Says:

    Did I say STUPID!

  101. DaBux Says:

It’s hard to run the ball when #67 is being picked up by the DT and thrown at the RB.

  102. Kody Says:

Leftwich is gonna kill us with his disastrous play calling

    God almighty

  103. JimmyJack Says:

Did anybody notice Godeke looked really good playing with the starters then as soon as Wells gets next to him hes getting tossed around?

  104. Lesko_Brandon Says:

Time to practice creative offensive palys

  105. Dreambig Says:

Why is Dardin fair catching behind the 10 yard line. Where is the special teams coach.

  106. unbelievable Says:

    Defense looking solid so far

  107. Rod Munch Says:

Bucs blitzing in the preseason is kind of brutal, teams generally play base defenses. Regardless, I’ll take it.

Also Darden needs to at least attempt to return these, the first punt return he was right to fair catch, but it looked like he had time on that second one.

  108. EA Says:

Defense looking solid so far, i like it.

  109. Rod Munch Says:

YES A RUN UP THE MIDDLE!

    4 IN ROW

LETS GO FOR 100 IN A ROW!

  110. unbelievable Says:

Running game looking non-existent so far.

Same goes for the #Mastermind’s creativity…

  111. Kody Says:

Christ, we look bad without Brady

  112. BridleOaksBuc Says:

Munch….Blitzing is pretty much Bowles’ base defense

  113. unbelievable Says:

Otton didn’t look like he was ready for that pass whatsoever.

Colts defender was all over it either way, but cmon man.

  114. Rod Munch Says:

Pass blocking was decent, but terrible play calling, another TE screen that had no chance even if its caught.

  115. Trask To The Future Says:

    CUT TYLER JOHNSON.

    Dropped ball king

  116. Bucsfan13 Says:

The run blocking is awful! Hainsey and Goedeke are getting blown back. Licht time to make a move!

  117. unbelievable Says:

    Spoke too soon.

    That was ugly

  118. Rod Munch Says:

BridleOaksBuc – True, but generally teams just run like a base 3-4, Bucs ran a zone blitz on one play, then a legit 5 man blitz on another. I just think it’s funny, I don’t actually care.

  119. D-Rok Says:

False start in a game you are trying to make the team: not priceless.

  120. Rod Munch Says:

This is mostly the Colts starting offense vs our 2nd and 3rd string defense, so don’t panic.

  121. Kody Says:

Both our O and D sucking big time

    What a disappointment

  122. Rod Munch Says:

Hahaha… the Colts threw a challenge play before the TD, so take it off the board…

I mean it’s at the 1 inch line regardless, so they’ll score, but that’s still terrible timing.

  123. GOB Says:

Rod, WTF with the blitzing David!?!?. The unwritten rule is vanilla. You know that.

  124. JimmyJack Says:

1st and Goal from the 2. You would love to see our starting Defense in that spot. We have been very tough to score on in that area under Bowles.

  125. Rod Munch Says:

Oh he was in, so it’s a TD, regardless.

Still makes the coach look stupid for throwing the flag, then getting a TD, then taking it off the board.

  126. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Rod Munch said: “This is mostly the Colts starting offense vs our 2nd and 3rd string defense, so don’t panic.”

I noticed that too…. BUT DEAR GOD WE HAVE TO PANIC OVER SOMETHING!

  127. shak_bucs Says:

    I’m not a darden fan.

  128. IrishTony Says:

Our starters shut their starters down.

  129. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Does Darden really want to make this team?

  130. Dreambig Says:

    Dardin needs to go

  131. unbelievable Says:

Darden is a waste of a roster spot.

    The kid shows *nothing*

  132. Professor X Says:

can we get gabbert out of the game? he hasn’t even attempted a pass of more than 5 yards.

  133. Trask To The Future Says:

“Darden is like trying to tackle a guy in a phone booth.”

BAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah right. This guy hasn’t shaken any defenders in the NFL.

  134. IrishTony Says:

During that Colts scoring drive none of our starters were in. This was a one series game for starring offense and 2 for defense.

  135. JimmyJack Says:

Rachaaard White better be returning the opening kick in Dallas. Or at least not Darden.

Maybe Darden can do something on punts but he has shown no improvement at the kickoff.

  136. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Unbelievable: “Darden is a waste of a roster spot.

    The kid shows *nothing*”

Over two years,,,, so he has that going for him.

  137. Anonymous Says:

Hicks looks like a man out there, not sure how teams are going to mess with the dline if healthy

  138. unbelievable Says:

    lol Rob

  139. Professor X Says:

    Finally!!

  140. Maniac Buc Says:

Darden is a lock to make this team

  141. Mark2001 Says:

So funny. This is preseason, and we are working to establish the run. So what do we do? Run the ball. Chill guys.

  142. Rod Munch Says:

Leftwich just ran the three man backfield…

I’m telling you, when Leftwich gets a headcoaching job, people are thinking they’re getting Arians offense, but Leftwich is going to run the wishbone.

  143. Bucanero Says:

    KO KO KO

  144. Crickett Baker Says:

Ya, it sounded like DarDing should have at least tried to run that kick back.

  145. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

    Key!!!!!!!!!!!!

  146. Bucanero Says:

KO KIEFT is the real deal

  147. Mark2001 Says:

Establish the run. We know what we have in the passing game.

  148. shak_bucs Says:

    aint this a mf damn

  149. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

    Please get up….

  150. Daddylonglegs Says:

    Vaughn > White

  151. Trask To The Future Says:

    HAINSEY!!!!

  152. Crickett Baker Says:

    OMG Hainsey!

  153. Bucanero Says:

    jesuschrist… what a bummer

  154. Rod Munch Says:

    Are you f—ing kidding me…

  155. DaBux Says:

    Ugh. Not Hainsey.

  156. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    please not the Center. 🙏🙏🙏

  157. Rayjay1122 Says:

This team has an injury curse. More than most teams.

  158. JimmyJack Says:

As long as we dont see the cart were good

  159. Ufcguy32 Says:

Of course. Gd dammit Todd why do you have him in right now. God we are so stupid.

  160. Dreambig Says:

If he is our starter next week, why is he still in ?

  161. MadMax Says:

    Hainsey is down….wtf!!!

  162. shak_bucs Says:

why was he still out there???

  163. Trask To The Future Says:

He’s walking off on his own.

  164. IrishTony Says:

    Now Hainsey’s injured? Jesus

  165. Rod Munch Says:

Brady needs to call Marpet, tell him he’ll buy him a custom TB12 ukulele to come back.

  166. Trask To The Future Says:

    Seems like a sprained ankle

  167. Kody Says:

Hainsey injured before the season starts. Why I’ve constantly been saying we need to get TRETTER!!! At least as a backup!!!

  168. Logan Says:

    Tretter retired.

  169. Jerry Says:

    Looks like an ankle sprain.

  170. Bucanero Says:

Kid looked good. Hopefully nothing serious

  171. Lesko_Brandon Says:

Jason Licht needs to open his pocket book and get a center

  172. Crickett Baker Says:

I’m still hoping Fournette goes to Ybor and finds a Voodoo queen to take this curse OFF!!

  173. Mark2001 Says:

Rod. Marpet weighs about 240 pounds right now.

  174. Bucanero Says:

    Can Ko move to Center?

  175. Rod Munch Says:

    Mark2001 – OK, include a $500 gift certificate to Steak-n-Shake.

  176. Mike in Arkansas Says:

Knowing our luck, he’ll be in a walking boot to start the second half. Sigh.

  177. IrishTony Says:

Now Hainsey’s injured? High ankle sprain?

  178. Rod Munch Says:

On radio they said Hainsey was walking around the bench, so it doesn’t sound too bad, hopefully.

  179. Mark2001 Says:

Steak n shake? You want to give him the sheets? Cheesecake factory…lol.

  180. JimmyJack Says:

These 2 rookie TEs so far look to be excellent draft picks.

  181. Trask To The Future Says:

    BREAKING: PAUL GRUBER IS RETURNING

  182. IrishTony Says:

Ronde was like “ok I was worried for a minute” (about Hainsey).

  183. Rob3810 Says:

Stupid. Your starting center shouldn’t be playing. Especially when he’s your replacement center. What an idiotic decision Bowles.

  184. DBS Says:

Sure there was a good center in the USFL.

  185. Mark2001 Says:

Why would anyone think high ankle sprain? Not if he is walking a round. They a re bad.

  186. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Rod Munch: “On radio they said Hainsey was walking around the bench, so it doesn’t sound too bad, hopefully.”

And the TV side is talking about sideline hats. How about Dan Lucas earns his money?

  187. Trask To The Future Says:

Jamel Dean DEMOTED. Funny all the hype the Joes gave him with their “stats” articles.

  188. 99 55 47 20 Says:

Well that’s one way to get Hainsey off the field for this game. Thank goodness it’s ankle and not knee, hopefully not too serious smh

  189. Rod Munch Says:

I didn’t know Foles was still playing football.

  190. Trask To The Future Says:

GET BONNIE GLABBERT OUT OF THE GAME. WE WANT THE FUTURE!

  191. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    cut #10

  192. Kody Says:

    TERRIBLE PLAY CALLING

  193. Rod Munch Says:

Also, a follow up to last weeks chat, I think we found out this week why the Bucs passed on Punt God…

  194. Bucanero Says:

feel bad for Scotty but hat may be it

  195. Anonymous Says:

So long Scotty! Thanks for the memories

  196. Crickett Baker Says:

    Scotty not doing good. Awww

  197. JimmyJack Says:

Why did Scotty Miller defend a pass thrown to him?

  198. Walter Says:

    Bye bye Scotty

  199. Professor X Says:

So long Scotty!! Thanks for the memories!

  200. Dreambig Says:

Play calling is still mind blowingly not helpful. Two low percentage plays in a row. In a hole on 3rd and Scotty blows it. Not the kind of game he needs.

  201. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

I love the punter. Hopefully we keep two competent gunners on the final 53 to get under those punts.

  202. shak_bucs Says:

still hating on stuard but none of these guys can tackle on ST when he was a top guy in the league last season.

  203. Kody Says:

    Adios Scotty!

  204. Natron Says:

    Hands of Stone Miller

  205. Mark2001 Says:

Scotty should have had that. He hasn’t shown much of anything in these pre season games. Good chance he is gone.

  206. IrishTony Says:

Did anyone notice how far back in the pocket was in the shotgun. Maybe doesn’t matter who’s the center when there’s an empty backfield

  207. Rod Munch Says:

While it’s fun to just mock players when they do something stupid, on the replay it looked like Scotty lost the ball in the lights, because he didn’t get his hands up until late, so he obviously didn’t see it. Coaches don’t care about excuses, but dropping the ball was never really Scotty’s issue, the issue was stupid playcalling. For some reason Leftwich doesn’t know the difference between quick and fast, and Scotty is fast, in a straight line, but he’s not quick, so stop throwing him screens and then wondering why he’s only getting 2 yards.

  208. Kody Says:

That dropped pass just cost Scotty his career.

  209. Rod Munch Says:

Hainsey, on radio, they said he’s good – he’s still on the sideline, he was telling other players he’s fine. Thank goodness.

  210. Mark2001 Says:

Stuard is slow as molasses. He can’t play anything but special teams.

  211. Bucanero Says:

I just saw a center and guard on the Colts who are named FRENCH and FRIES I’m I a fatty or was that for real?

  212. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

    Amen to the Hainsey comment

  213. Rod Munch Says:

Bucanero – WOW, THEY DO HAVE french fries on the line. That’s amazing.

  214. D-Rok Says:

    Bucanero,

That French Fries meme is years old.

  215. Mark2001 Says:

I doubt French and fries can ketch up with our linemen.

  216. Crickett Baker Says:

    We need an interception NOW.

  217. Anon Says:

Good news on Hainsey, they said on the radio that although he is out the rest of the game it is not a serious injury.

Bucs are not gonna let him go back in.

  218. Coburn Says:

This fatukasi guy has to make to right? Britt has been mainly a ghost I think? Wonder if their new pickup is any good. Feel like fat has to make it

  219. D-Rok Says:

Is French and Fries STILL on the Colts? If so, that’s freakin’ hilarious.

  220. Bucanero Says:

That was kinda funny. didn’t know that

  221. D-Rok Says:

I guess we need more mustard on french and fries.

  222. Professor X Says:

Nassib has shown nothing. Why is he on the team again?

  223. Mark2001 Says:

If we don’t put more mustard on French and fries i dont think we can ketchup.

  224. Rod Munch Says:

Nassib needs to play like he’s got a rocket up his a– if he wants to make this team.

  225. DoooshLaRue Says:

My only question has been answered many times tonight.

    “Dad, how big’s the ocean?”

Good god Channel 8, find some more sponsors.

  226. Lesko_Brandon Says:

Tomorrow is the big day when they have to bring down the team head count to 53

  227. Dianne Says:

Not certain while everyone else hustled through camp TB didn’t feel like he had be be a part of it. Don’t care about whatever deal he made when he “fake retired.”

  228. Crickett Baker Says:

Who says you can’t run on the Bucs?

  229. Rod Munch Says:

    Oh that’s a touchdown.

  230. Roc Says:

    Hmmmmm

  231. D-Rok Says:

Cutdowns to 53 occurs this coming Tuesday.

  232. Roc Says:

    🤔

  233. Rod Munch Says:

Alright, we get to see Gabbert run the 2-min offense!

It’s why we’re all watching tonight.

  234. Jugheadfla Says:

No way we should waste a roster on Darden

  235. Yucs2Bucs Says:

Vaughn really is the injury bug !!! Going to be a looooong year 😳

  236. JimmyJack Says:

Interior Dline getting blown off the ball. Im glad none of these guys will be playing many snaps for us.

  237. Lesko_Brandon Says:

The way the 2nd and 3rd teams are playing, they can cut it down to less than 53…. smh…

  238. Mark2001 Says:

We needed to put in Potoa’e to slice up into French and Fries.

  239. Trask To The Future Says:

    ITS FUTURE TIME!!!!!!!!

  240. Rod Munch Says:

Oh they put Trask in cold…

    Humm…

  241. Bucanero Says:

I feel like Trask is a very solid replacement for Griffin

  242. Rod Munch Says:

YES a run up the middle on 2nd down with 1:20 left!

  243. Rod Munch Says:

LOL! In preseason you’re trying to draw them offsides?

Talk about your all-time cowardly calls.

    WOW.

It’s preseason, lets see what Trask can do you morons.

  244. D-Rok Says:

Haters gonna hate, potatoes gonna potate.

Geez we must be bored to resort to french fry puns.

    Keep ’em comin’, boys! LOL

  245. Rod Munch Says:

How stupid was that. It’s not a real game Bowles – go for it you idiot, play your young QB under pressure, we’ve seen plenty of your rookie punter.

God, that was just so lame.

  246. Lesko_Brandon Says:

can they cut the coach ? 😆

  247. Rod Munch Says:

Oh wow, Punt God got released.

What an awful business the NFL is, you’re convicted based on a non-criminal lawsuit being filed. No idea if he’s guilty of anything, as far as I know there isn’t even a criminal complaint, just a lawsuit looking for a payday, and the kid loses his career, without even so much as a trial.

  248. Dreambig Says:

Never been a fan of thinking in preseason winning dosen’t matter at all. The backups should be fired up to win. But the coaching descisions clearly show they really don’t care about the score or competing to win. That is very concerning. If your on the field, you should be competing to win, even if your evaluating the lower roster.

  249. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    but but but…. Deshaun Watson

  250. Rod Munch Says:

Saints lost their rookie LT to an injury, that’s huge, as he was expected to start from day 1. So the Bucs are the only team losing starts on the line.

  251. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Rod I’m still laughing about the Nassib comment… but emotionally I’m 13 so I’d expect no less of myself.

Story of the half was Hainsey’s injury so Dan Lucas asked about Tom Brady.

We actually covered a punt and gave up only 5 yards.

  252. Bucanero Says:

I mean 1 pre-season win would make me feel better but I’ll take the no serious Hainsey injury all week

  253. IrishTony Says:

Just saw Hainsey walking off at half walking normally.

  254. firethecannons Says:

the smoke will clear, the battle will restart, and punt god will get a new job. He will be scooped up quik by the Rams or Dallas.

  255. JimmyJack Says:

The big takeaway from that 1st half is the starting Offense marched the ball right down the field. OL looked great on that one drive too.

  256. Rod Munch Says:

For those that missed it, on radio, they said Hainsey is fine. According to them, they said he went into the tent for like 10 mins, came out, told other players that he’s fine, and stayed on the sidelines, meaning the team doesn’t think it’s anything serious. Hopefully that’s the case, but it doesn’t sound like anything big.

  257. Trask To The Future Says:

Thanks for update Rod. That was a scary moment when he was down.

  258. Yucs2Bucs Says:

Coach Rod Munch why are you posting so much and not coaching up the boys on the sideline? They need to hear your expertise and all that football knowledge you bring to the game and hopefully it will help them during the last preseason game

  259. Trask To The Future Says:

    T R A S K
    T O
    T H E
    F U T U R E

  260. Day Says:

Colts live broadcast just said the Colts starters beat our starters. If I am not mistaken our offensive starters only played one series while the Colts played 3. Makes me wonder if they are watching the same game.

  261. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Fire Keith Armstrong.

  262. D-Rok Says:

Great stuff, Rod. Way to scour and search for content that us fans need to know.

  263. T REX Says:

Glad Hainsey is ok…but we are one injury away from wtf

Gotta make a move for depth at minimum

  264. Bucanero Says:

    that was humiliating

  265. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

There’s a lot of guys cutting themselves tonight.

  266. Rod Munch Says:

Cut everyone that played on that defensive series.

  267. Jugheadfla Says:

Thar was embarrassing, even if it was bench meat. Nice to actually see some disgust from Bowles

  268. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

What are the Joe terms? Future furniture movers and Arby’s assistant managers?

  269. Rod Munch Says:

Yucs2Bucs – I’ve personally coached teams to over 1000 Super Bowls winning seasons in Madden since 1990, so it’s good to see someone recognizes when they’re in the shadow of greatness. God bless.

  270. Yucs2Bucs Says:

D Rock I think the only person who should post is Rod and everyone including myself needs to listen. Just wait till the season starts

  271. Scotty in Fat Antonio Says:

DOWN GOES LEVERETT with a shoulder

  272. Yucs2Bucs Says:

Keep up the good work Rod !!!

  273. Rod Munch Says:

Humm… Tyler Johnson is still in there.

  274. Lesko_Brandon Says:

Come on BL… we know its preseason but showsome fight

  275. Dreambig Says:

    Wow!

  276. Mark2001 Says:

The Offense is looking about as impressive as the defense.

  277. Bucanero Says:

Colts’ Chesley is ending Scotty Miller’s career

  278. Tampabaybucfan Says:

BL thinks we have a big lead

  279. Bucanero Says:

One last hail mary to scotty jsut for the good times pleas BL

  280. Rod Munch Says:

Throwing a 7 yard pass on 3rd and 14… a very Mike Glennon like.

  281. D-Rok Says:

LOL Yucs, that’s fine by me. You go Mr. Rod.

  282. HC Grover Says:

    Ugh

  283. shak_bucs Says:

coverage teams will lose us games man.

  284. Rod Munch Says:

Do the Bucs practice special teams in training camp?

  285. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Our kick & punt coverage is a disaster

  286. Patrick Says:

The Cowboys will beat the Bucs with special teams alone. Keith Armstrong is on the Hot Seat to get this team ready on special teams. This is pathetic.

  287. Lesko_Brandon Says:

A lot of these bucs players will end up in the USFL.

  288. Coburn Says:

    Need to learn to tackle

  289. Mark2001 Says:

Let’s do some math…the 11 guys on Defense right now, and how many do we have to cut by Tuesday?

  290. JimmyJack Says:

Crazy enough but the one of the few Bucs in the game right now doing OK is Trask. #38 and #38 should not be make at me yell cusses at my TV during preseason. They should be cut before they pick up their cleats off the 10 yard line.

  291. JimmyJack Says:

    #34*

  292. Bucanero Says:

Can’t watch this! c ya in week 1

  293. JimmyJack Says:

Mark lets start counting. #34, #38, and #57 cann all be cut right now. Thats 3 already

  294. Mark2001 Says:

    Completely fooled on that screen.

  295. Crickett Baker Says:

Who keeps missing all these tackles, please?

  296. Mark2001 Says:

Offensive holding is the only way we can slow them down right now.

  297. JimmyJack Says:

We should have put on creamsicles at half time. Playingike a bunch of girls.

  298. HC Grover Says:

    Ugh Ugh

  299. JimmyJack Says:

Im counting. The Colts QB has 7 Mississippi’s to survey the field.

  300. Dooley Says:

Jim Irsay sounds like a walking DUI, check that, he sounds like a billion dollar DUI

  301. firethecannons Says:

so humiliating to be a Buc fan we lose all the preseason games–f-ing shame!

  302. Rod Munch Says:

JimmyJack – you know how many Brady creamsicles they’d sell if they wore them? I can’t believe the woke idiots at Nike blamed the pandemic for not being able to make orange Bucs jerseys until next year, they’re truly awful people.

  303. Rod Munch Says:

YES a run up the middle…

Way to give the offense a chance.

  304. Tampabaybucfan Says:

    ST impotent

  305. Rod Munch Says:

    Nice throw by Trask there.

  306. Coburn Says:

Seeing him actually loosen up and move around a bit is entertaining

  307. Bangkok Buc Says:

    Nice pass Trask

  308. Rod Munch Says:

1st down run up the middle! YES!

  309. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Trask looks to be feeling pressure better than he was last week,

  310. BucBoy Says:

LMAO right now the quarterback RTGs are:

    Kyle Trask 112.8
    Blaine Gabbert 89.0
    Tom Brady 87.5

  311. RuKa44 Says:

    Our Special Teams are… well… really “special”…
How come after 3 had years our ST coordinator is still there?!?!

  312. Kody Says:

    0-3 IN THE PRESEASON.

    CRITICAL INJURIES ALREADY.

    OL DECIMATED.

BRADY’S LAST SEASON IS IN DEEP TROUBLE OF IMPLODING.

  313. BucBoy Says:

And it’s safe to assume he’s playing with pure camp meat right now.

  314. Coburn Says:

He’s just getting more comfortable in general it appears based on body language and the way he moves

  315. PassingThru Says:

Cool, the Jim Irsay collection. Is he showing off his pharmaceuticals?

  316. Kody Says:

Leftwich is the worst play caller in NFL history.

  317. Rod Munch Says:

BucBoy – That shows why the old QB rating system is so awful and meaningless. I have found QBR however to actually be a useful stat, as it takes into account what you do when it matters, so throwing a 7 yard pass on 3rd and 14 isn’t the same as throwing a 7 yard pass on 3rd and 5.

  318. MadMax Says:

    WTF was that Trask?

  319. HC Grover Says:

    Ugh Ugh Aaacck

  320. Lesko_Brandon Says:

    Borrealis another one to cut

  321. Rod Munch Says:

3rd down and 22… and Trask throws it for a 5 yard gain. At least he didn’t hurt his completion percentage, that’s what matters.

  322. BucBoy Says:

Rod that was a 9 yard pass. Unless ESPN is worng and you’re right.

  323. PassingThru Says:

    Great pass protection. Ha

  324. Mark2001 Says:

    Boregallas is French fried.

  325. Walter Says:

    Bye bye Aguayo Jr

  326. BucBoy Says:

Rod is pissed he was hoping for a pick on 3rd and 23 with the defense in deep coverage.

  327. Elita Vita Says:

    Say G’nite Mr. Borregalos!

  328. Rod Munch Says:

On 3rd and 22, just a suggestion Leftwich, when you’re trying to decide who your last WR is, even in this situation, maybe have Scotty go in and just run by these future FedEx employees and see how far Trask can throw the ball.

  329. RuKa44 Says:

    Hasta la vista Borregales….

  330. Mark2001 Says:

That pass set up a field goal attempt. And we should be glad that a o.eone made the kicker decision easier.

  331. PassingThru Says:

Well according to JC Tretter, he’s retired as no team wanted to sign him. Freaking greedy owners sabotaging the union president. That includes the Bucs.

  332. Dooley Says:

    @BucBoy

Yes, let’s run our exotic looks so the Cowboys and the rest of the teams on our schedule can gameplan against it weeks in advance. Let’s show the entire table our hand, and hope for the best.

  333. Rod Munch Says:

BucBoy – OK, you throw a pick or you miss a long FG, what difference does it make? At least with the long pick you’re backing them up inside the 20.

  334. BucBoy Says:

    Rod,

Trask is averaging twice as many yards per pass attempt over Gabbert and Brady. THat has nothing to do with which rating system is used.

  335. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

Just a ton of easy cuts this preseason

  336. Rob In Land O Lakes Says:

I give Thompkins credit. He looks like he’s trying to stick around as the return guy.Fair catching in preseason earns you no points.

  337. BucBoy Says:

    Yards Gained Per Pass Attempt

    Kyle Trask 11.4
    Blaine Gabbert 6.6
    Tom Brady 5.5

    Who’s throwing short now, Rod?

  338. Mark2001 Says:

Please remember…this is preseason. Anything that spotlights a guy and makes the cut decision better, I’m for it.

  339. CrackWise Says:

Trask gonna give us another chance to win with a late game come back?

Lets hope he gets an NFL kicker to complete the comeback.

Thats his main take away from the GOAT

  340. JimmyJack Says:

Very ugly half. It is nice to see our offense move the ball but sloppy and a flag fest

  341. DBS Says:

It was a great call. Gave Rod even more to b!tech about.

  342. Professor X Says:

I hope the bucs do a lot of thrift shopping with other teams cast offs after Tuesday cause we definitely could use a couple of depth pieces…

  343. Lesko_Brandon Says:

Bucs punter will have a sore feet tomorrow. He is overwork for tonight… 🤣🤣🤣

  344. Rod Munch Says:

BucBoy – Well earlier on 3rd and 14, he throws underneath for 7 yards. Another drive, 3rd and 18 I believe, he throws a slant that is knocked down at the LOS that would have been like a 7 yard gain. Then on 3rd and 22, he throws for a 5 yard gain. If you’re afraid to throw downfield, you’re Mike Glennon. I don’t want Trask to become Mike Glennon.

  345. Bangkok Buc Says:

Thank goodness preseason football is over.

  346. CrackWise Says:

    Bucboy,

But Gabby was playing with camp meat. And Brady only had one series.

  347. Rod Munch Says:

BucBoy – Also dope, if you watched the game instead of looking at the box score, you’d know his yards all came on a bust coverage. You Florida fanbois are such sensitive cupcakes. Your boi is gonna get criticism sweetheart, deal with it.

  348. HC Grover Says:

    Ugh Uhg Acckk Phfft

  349. Rod Munch Says:

This is why we need a 2nd punter in training camp, we’re going to wear out our rookies leg in the preseason.

  350. JimmyJack Says:

Rod. Comparing to Glennon? Thats abrurd.

On 3rd & 14 we are playing 2 downs. You want 7 yards there. Of course we took a pentaly on 4th down to ruin it.

On 3rd& 24 7 yards gets you 3 points. You want 7 yards. We missed a FG to ruin it.

Trask did well on both plays

  351. BucBoy Says:

    Rod,

First you were all about the “rainbow” passes, now you’re all about Glennon. It’s neither, you’re just blinded by your bias. The kid is doing well, especially considering his lack of playing time and what he’s playing with. You just can’t handle it. It’s laughable.

  352. IrishTony Says:

Our first team offense moved the ball at Will and we didn’t even have Wirfs, Gage, or Godwin. The first team D was dominant without Logan Ryan, enough said. The rest of the game was just bs evaluation

  353. PassingThru Says:

I am disappointed. It just isn’t Indy football without participation banners flying.

  354. Rod Munch Says:

I looked up the stats… if Camarda has one more good punt, he’ll lead the league in preseason punting yards!

    WE’RE #1! WE’RE #1!

  355. Mark2001 Says:

The guys that I really think aren’t cutting it are some of these guys that look like crap that have been on this team for more than a year.

  356. Rod Munch Says:

JimmyJack – I was just giving the Florida fanboi a hard time, I’m not even down on Trask, I just hate Florida fans, they’re the worst people on earth.

  357. BucBoy Says:

    “Rod Munch Says:
BucBoy – if you watched the game instead of looking at the box score”

I watch both. You should too. You might learn something.

  358. Professor X Says:

I know preseason doesn’t count but winning matters. And we have laid 3 stank ass eggs. That stank can’t be good for morale. I hope these outings motivate them Week 1 after everyone says they are overrated for the next 2 weeks… time will tell.

  359. JimmyJack Says:

Rod as a social experiment Ive worn both Gator and Seminole hats. My experiment shows Seminoles fans to be far worse. A hat should not get you triggered. You got issues

  360. CrackWise Says:

    GIO is an easy cut…

    May keep 7 Wide Outs

  361. BucBoy Says:

Trask is looking good. If he keeps it up he could be trade bait for an OL. Hate to see him go, but our fanbase has too many irrational Criminole fans.

  362. JimmyJack Says:

Rod I also seen Trask make great play on 3rd & 14(to Tyler I think). Your Gleenon comparison is out of line.

  363. Mark2001 Says:

Anyone that puts their allegiance to a college player from their school above the wellbeing of their professional football team, isn’t much of a professional football fan.

  364. Crickett Baker Says:

ARRG! I am almost happy I couldn’t see this game.

  365. CrackWise Says:

    Please FanBoy,

    Trask aint going nowhere.

  366. JimmyJack Says:

I wanna see a drive with no pentalties. And Trask needs to stick it in the endzone

  367. DBS Says:

Anyone that would listen to that stupid carp is an idiot. The final roster is not set so nobody playing now has any idea what teams really are.

  368. HC Grover Says:

    Har de har har

  369. CrackWise Says:

Crickett, you’re a liar. You watched every second

  370. Professor X Says:

I guess the bucs no what they have in Trask because the play calling isn’t giving him a chance to show anything.

  371. Rod Munch Says:

JimmyJack – I’m not the one triggered dope, I’m the one triggering. Not the same thing. Also I actually grew up a Gators fan, but realized I just liked Spurrier and didn’t care at all about the Gators. Gators fans, with Trask, are absolutely the worst. Trask has done absolutely nothing and these morons think he’s a pro-bowler, think you could trade him right now for multiple 1st round picks. Meanwhile he’s struggling in the 4th quarter of preseason games. Lets see the kid do something before getting upset that Tom Brady unretired and stole Trasks job.

  372. BucBoy Says:

I agree Mark. But it works both ways. Hating a kid because he went to UF and not FSU, before he even puts on a Bucs cap, is just as wrong. Rod concedes that “I just hate Florida fans, they’re the worst people on earth.” That hatred has carried over to his views of Trask. Sad.

  373. PassingThru Says:

The Bucs need to get JJ Howland involved.

  374. CrackWise Says:

Ronde and everyone else is forgetting about Derrel Green. Dude was a shutdown corner until he was 43.

He only retired because he played for the Redskins. Word has it, he was offended by their name.

  375. CrackWise Says:

    Derrel Green > Tom Brady

  376. BucBoy Says:

“CrackWise Says: Brady only had one series.”

One long series. 8 passes. Trask has thrown only 10. So if you’re implying they can’t be compared, you’re wrong.

  377. b4l Says:

They go either 1-3 or 0-4 to start the season and get rolled late in the season when they have to go on the road a lot. Too many tough games and not enough depth of on defense and at WR when the injury bug inevitably cripples them at those positions. The TE position is a joke.

Special teams will give up too many big plays as always and the return game will be a low-energy buzz-kill.

12 wins at the most. 10 wins is realistic. No way in hell they win a Super Bowl with this current roster and we all know they will have a lot of key injuries and probably a meltdown from Todd Bowles who is in over his head.

At least Licht had the sense to draft Kyle Trask. He is going to be the guy when Brady leaves after this season (or maybe gets rolled off on a golf cart).

  378. Rod Munch Says:

    Preseason punting yards leader…

Michael Dickson, Seattle, 18 punts, 872 yards
Jake Camarda, TB, 18 punts, 855 yards

    SO CLOSE

If we can just get one more punt, Camarda will win the preseason punting yards battle!

  379. Rod Munch Says:

    Preseason punting yards leader…

    Michael D—son, Seattle, 18 punts, 872 yards
Jake Camarda, TB, 18 punts, 855 yards

    SO CLOSE

If we can just get one more punt, Camarda will win the preseason punting yards battle!

Joe censored my post, I assume because of the Seahawks punters name, let see if this goes through.

  380. Dreambig Says:

Wierd part is the offense just keep punting and Leftwitch is just smiling away talking to TB on the sidelines. He could care less. I guess he is done evaluating and just wants to go home.

  381. Rod Munch Says:

Leftwich with a run up the middle, down by 17 points in the 4th quarter with under 2 mins left!

    NEVER CHANGE!

  382. PassingThru Says:

JJ Howland has almost three times as many yards per catch than Otton. He’s like Trask, I am sure he’s a superstar.

  383. CrackWise Says:

Really FUN getting to know how well Trask HANDS THE BALL OFF

  384. Rod Munch Says:

Leftwich literally just running out the clock.

    WOW.

Costing Camarda the NFL preseason punting championship.

  385. Ausgust 1976 Buc Says:

Rod it is pack bags and leave time, INJURIES are in the coaches heads now.

  386. Rod Munch Says:

PassingThru – JJ COULD START FOR 31 OTHER TEAMS, THE BUCS JUST AREN’T GIVING HIM A SHOT! IF THEY PLAYED HIM WITH THE STARTERS, HE’D PUT GRONK TO SHAME. HE’S BEING KEPT DOWN BECAUSE THE TEAM WANTS TO SIGN HIM TO A CHEAP LONG TERM DEAL WHEN HIS ROOKIE CONTRACT IS UP, SO THEY’RE HIDING HIM UNTIL THEN. YOU’LL SEE!

  387. BocaBuc Says:

What a sad showing. Same old sh*t. Run up the middle on first down. Absolute worst “special” teams (and that includes worst ST coach). With this offensive line, Brady probably won’t make it past the first four games (I figure the Saints “bounty” defense will handle that). Not even a backup QB. A ‘head’ coach that thinks he can handle the D Coordinator position as well. Arians made a misstate “giving” this team to him… Damn shame with this roster.

  388. Rod Munch Says:

Ausgust – I’m talking about the punting championship though, that’s huge. This could be like Rojo quitting on the team after not getting a chance to get 1000 yards, Martin St Louis demanding a trade after not being named to the Canadian Olympic team. You don’t want that heat. You send out the kid, have him punt on 1st down and get the title!

  389. PassingThru Says:

    THAT’S THE SPIRIT ROD!!!

  390. CrackWise Says:

    BucBoy

I was trying to help make your point.

  391. BucBoy Says:

    FINAL QB STATS

    YDS PER PASS ATTEMPT
    Kyle Trask 9.4
    Blaine Gabbert 6.6
    Tom Brady 5.5

    QB RTG
    Kyle Trask 99.6
    Blaine Gabbert 89.0
    Tom Brady 87.5

  392. Ausgust 1976 Buc Says:

Boca, gas station attendants, red velvet lounge singers are playing bro., this is not football. It is picture time when someone got a shot and then went to the real world.

  393. PassingThru Says:

Trask isn’t even qualified to give JJ Howlamd’s Hall of Fame acceptance speech

  394. Rod Munch Says:

BucBoy – IT’S COMPLETE BS THAT TRASK ISN’T STARTING FOR THIS TEAM. OLD MAN BRADY IS JUST HOLDING HIM DOWN, TRYING TO HANG ON AND ITS JUST EMBARASSING. PUT TRASK OUT THERE WITH THE STARTERS AND THE TEAM GOES 17-0 AND WINS THE SB AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE. BRADY NOWS THAT TRASK IS GOING TO BREAK ALL HIS RECORDS AND THATS WHY HE UNRETIRED, HE NEEDS TO KEEP TRASK ON THE BENCH TO PROTECT HIS LEGACY. WHEN TRASK GOES OUT THERE AND WINS 10 SUPERBOWLS IN A ROW, HES GONNA BE THE NEW GOAT AND BRADY CAN’T HANDLE THAT. THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS RIGGED MAN, IF IT WAS AN OPEN COMPETITION WE ALL KNOW TRASK WOULD BE THE REAL STARTER, BUT ITS ALL RIGGED MAN, IT’S ABOUT SELLING JERSEYS AND MAKING COMMERICALS, IF IT WAS ABOUT WINNING, TRASK WOULD BE OUT THERE VS THE COWBOYS AND WE’D SEND BRADY TO THE GLUE FACTORY!!!

  395. JimmyJack Says:

Trask looked ok but its a hard sell. 3quarters zero points is not good.

  396. Ausgust 1976 Buc Says:

    Rod lolololololololol🤣
    GO BUCS!!!!!

  397. CrackWise Says:

Rod has been hanging out with Joe and the BROS. He is drunk with his junk in his mouth

  398. Steven007 Says:

Rod, WAY too much Adderall dude… Ffs

  399. Rod Munch Says:

PassingThru – TRASK JUST LEAD THE TEAM IN AVERAGE ATTEMPTS PER PASS AND QB RATING – WHAT DID BRADY DO? HE EMBARASSED HIMSELF ONLY GETTING A FG WITH THE STARTERS. IF TRASK HAD BEEN OUT THERE, THEY’D HAVE GOTTEN 24 POINTS ON THE OPENING DRIVE, BECAUSE HE’S THAT GOOD. I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU’RE HATING ON TRASK TALKING ABOUT HIM LIKE HE’S GOING TO BE BOTHERED TO ANNOUNCE SOMEONE ELSE AT THE HOF, ITS LITERALLY GOING TO BE CALLED THE HALL OF TRASK WHEN HE’S DONE!!!!!!!!!

  400. PassingThru Says:

    Nice. Top that one, BucBoy.

  401. BucBoy Says:

Rod, are you Joe? That would explain Joe’s disdain for Trask. Or, does that explain Rod’s disdain for Trask? Damn this is confusing. LMAO.

  402. CrackWise Says:

Ronde just put the HEX on BP and SM.

    CUT THEM

  403. JimmyJack Says:

Trask certainly looks better then what we saw last preseason. Looks much more comfortable in the pocket. I still like the idea of drafting him and having him develope like we have done.

  404. BucBoy Says:

Wow, I merely posted the QB stats – which are facts – and the haters came out of their holes like demons from hell. They were hoping for dismal stats from Trask so they could play with themselves all night. Now their night is ruined. LMAO.

  405. CrackWise Says:

PassingThru must be drinking the BRO’s with Rod as he Munches some…. BLEAP

Top it off as your PassingThru

    Eat a Dic

  406. Rod Munch Says:

BucBoy – OMG, I just changed the name of the HOF to the Hall of Trask and you’re still calling me a hater? You got a mental disorder.

  407. matthew veal Says:

We will see about all of the rookies in time but I don’t see much improvement in our weakness up the middle.

I don’t see a super bowl, sorry. Hope I’m wrong. Partly injuries, partly lack of time to develop new talent, and partly overestimating players, we need to keep some of the free agent receivers over the dardens and the millers.

Hopefully special teams can be upgraded in tge future, I’m baffled as to why it isn’t working out.

Without blocking no qb will make it through the season without injuries

  408. BucBoy Says:

This is too much fun. I’ll post them again.😂

    FINAL QB STATS

    YDS PER PASS ATTEMPT
    Kyle Trask 9.4
    Blaine Gabbert 6.6
    Tom Brady 5.5

    QB RTG
    Kyle Trask 99.6
    Blaine Gabbert 89.0
    Tom Brady 87.5

  409. CrackWise Says:

    ROD,

Go to sleep clown. We look forward to your negative takes after Dallas.

  410. August 1976 Buc Says:

Who cares what someone’s name is, or what college they went to.
Put up or shut up when you get to the pros.
I have been a Fl State fan since 1979, so what, I do not care if the QB was a gator or a nole, or a buckeye, big flippin deal.

Trask is still a huge unknown. He has only showed he has a long way to go.
He may end up starting one day, and he may not. Hope so, because the Bucs need a QB after Brady.
But again who cares where they are from, or what they did there.
    It is all about now.

    GO BUCS!!!!!

  411. CrackWise Says:

    matthew veal nice take.

Please feel free to post more!!!

  412. CrackWise Says:

    Although matthew veal.

Darden is a second-year player, he deserves just as much a chance to develop as anyone.

    Just saying friend

  413. Coquiro FIR Says:

Horrible pre season…weak on Both sides. No exciting
Plays or standouts. Dink and dunk w no plan. I wztc other games and they show something…we don’t.
    Loo

  414. CrackWise Says:

Brady looks like he sucked down a gallon of adrenal crom on his Vay Cay

  415. Rod Munch Says:

Looking at the updated stats and Jake Camarda lead the NFL in WORST net punting average at just 35.3 yards per punt, in average he was 16th, and the Chicago punter came in and stole the yardage title at the end, so Camarda gets 3rd place in punt yards.

Some of that is on him for outkicking his coverage, but most of the blame goes on the terrible special teams tackling, it’s been ridiculously bad.

  416. CrackWise Says:

I just hate Florida fans, they’re the worst people on earth.”

  420. matthew veal Says:

    Thanks for the kind words.

I’m harsh I admit. I don’t see practices, maybe Darden has been better there than in the games. Maybe he is improving enough to give a lot to. Maybe he will become productive on special teams. In no way are these remarks a personal criticism. I believe these guys are more critical of themselves than I am.

Brady tried to not look furious in his press release afterwards, I’m not sold. I expect there to be a reckoning soon for all of us. Earlier is best, that gives us more time while we still have Brady.

We are about to see players we thought were good be out of the league at any price.

So yes, rod munch, Trask knows what you think. He’s looking for something useful there, he could care less about the rest. If he finds something he can use he will be happy about the earful.

Maybe darden has talents I haven’t seen, or other guys as well. But right now. On the field, imo

Jason needs to turn into something like the rays, and look for pieces he doesn’t have.

No one should be sleeping easy. After some intense effort ahead, let’s look at things again.
