    I hate the mindset of the quarterback position with Ira . Because that’s the difference between organization like Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Packers , and the bucs . That’s why they have winning seasons just about every year after their superbowl run . And we were loser for at least 16 years after the superbowl in 2002. You can’t neglect the future for a year to year quarterback that’s 44 years old when the season starts. I have no problem with Brady being the quarterback as long as we can bring in a young quarterback they can develop .
