Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht breaks his 10-month silence today.
Licht has not spoken on the record to any group of local reporters since his wrap-up press conference following the end of the 2019 draft 10 months ago. At high noon today, Licht will step up to a podium at the Indiana Convention Center and face the NFL media as a whole.
Licht will later do a media car wash, including a sitdown with the local pen and mic club. Arians is expected to do the same. Arians is scheduled to speak at 11 a.m.
So stay tuned to JoeBucsFan.com all day for loads of Bucs information coming. Arians and Licht surely will be peppered with questions concerning the future status of Mr. Entertainment, America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston. The duo will be asked about other key free agents as well, including Bucs sack king Shaq Barrett, Demar Dotson, Breshad Perriman, Jason Pierre-Paul, Ndamukong Suh and others.

I know what time of year it is and everything that they have going on, but hopefully Licht and Arians will be honest and forthright and not just give vague and beat around the bush answers.

I admit I have never been a big Jason Licht fan and BA is still in my “Prove It,” year. They appear in the photo above to have that “Sticks and Stones,” expression on their faces, in other words over the next two months we are going to pick Free Agents, Draft Picks, UDFA’s, possibly Trades, and mold the Buc’s into whatever we want with the resources available. Theres not a Dam thing anyone posting, texting, bitching, or standing there with their panties in a wad can do or say. And guess what, “The Glazers are going to pay us good money to do it! Joe and the other nut huggers only saving grace is Jason Licht. He’s just dumb enough to keep Jamoist Winston, Mr No playoffs, America’s turnover machine, Pro Bowl alternate due to injury, in a Bucs uniform.
Even one more year is too long. BA said we would not beat ourselves this coming season. That starts with moving on from the failed #1 over all pick. While you’re at it, send Gump packing as well. The Aguyo incident alone should have cost him his job. #NoPlayoffs

I hate turnovers and being insulted by Jameis/FSU fans that claim to be Buc fans. I hate denying the historical data of turnover margin and sweeping it under the rug to justify another post year with a QB who is reckless. I don’t like being lied to by the folks that are turnover blind.
I hate not being in the playoffs, and I’m embarrassed each year we are talking draft by Halloween.
The last press conference showed no remorse. Winston can go. He can be someone else’s losing QB bc nobody is winning with those turnovers.
I’m sorry that you think it’s hate, but it’s not. I supported Jameis when drafted and bought his jersey. I still wear it and cheer for him. I just set my expectations to laugh at him QBing the team, like I’m watching a comedy or three stooges.
If we had a QB that didn’t turn it over, we’d be in business.
