Todd Bowles The X-Factor?

September 3rd, 2019

The Answer?

Terrell Davis is a big Todd Bowles guy.

The Hall of Fame running believes Bowles turning the Bucs defense around will put the Bucs on track to have a wonderful season.

Playoffs? Maybe not. Nine wins? Very much in reach, as he describes here in a segment of “Total Access” seen on NFL Network.

Former Seattle fullback and Penn State quarterback Michael Robinson nearly fell out of his chair when Davis predicted the Bucs to have the biggest turnaround. Robinson doesn’t see the Bucs finishing with a winning record. He’s not a big fan of America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston.

Terrell Davis couldn’t point out Tampa on a map if someone drew a pink circle around it…. 4-12 with basement title streak in tact glazers smiling again

I’d imagine New York’s media was hyped about Bowles before his 1st seasons with them also BUT that turned out to be misguided… And the Cardinals weren’t exactly ripping up the NFL with this same staff…

People mention last year the Bucs losing several games by few points… When coaches seem to own a team or get a good lead, they coast… Why put more of your plays on film for your up coming opponents to study… It is referred to as garbage time… many opponents don’t put as much value in the other team scoring as you might think, just as long as they get the win…

And the whole ‘coaching makes a huge difference’ only holds true when they are a true talent with the right players… That is more than likely not the case with the Bucs!

Tmax – on what terms will your Negative Nancy comments cease? A competitive team, a team with a trusted identity, a winning record, playoffs a super bowl…?

    Just curious.

    Go Bucs!

    In BA I Trust!

So many X factors. Noah Spence isn’t even on the team yet he’s still an X factor.

  5. BucsBandit Says:

I will never understand the foolish ‘hype’ around coaches that other teams didn’t even want. Yet somehow they become ‘magical’ as soon as they get hired by your team.

The only thing TJmaxx has ever been positive on is an HIV test.

    LOL! I crack myself up.

  7. Stanglassman Says:

Parcells and Belichick won two Super Bowls together before Belichick left to become the head coach of the Cleveland Browns in 1991. He remained in Cleveland for five seasons but was fired following the team’s 1995 season.

Why would New England hire some washed up coach who was fired by the Browns? What a bunch of foolish hype.

  8. Scotty in Fat Antonio Says:

Hmmm…18 new players on the Bucs would seem to contradict the statement above.

its funny to read all the “X” factors!!!!!!!!! When in just a couple of short weeks all the sheep will finally be talking about the ” Y ” factor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why did they extend licht weight!!!!!!!!!!!!

why did the sheep think coaching was the only problem!!!!!!!!!!

why did they build around and over pay the wrong players!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so many “y” factors will become apparent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2019 will reveal answers to the sheep, that the “real” fans already know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. widerightandleft Says:

Bucs go 10-6 and sneak into a wild card spot with a 65 yard field goal !!

  11. JimmyJack Says:

BucBandit that is a false statement. Bowles turned down the DC job in Chicago to come work with Bruce.
