Another Night Practice Off For Lavonte David
August 3rd, 2019[UPDATE: 9:19 p.m.] Yesterday, Bucco Bruce Arians said Lavonte David had “swelling” and didn’t like practicing inside the Glazer Shed. So David got the night off.
He’s not practicing tonight, either. Joe will update the situation after this camp session concludes.
[UPDATE: 9:19 p.m.] After practice, Bucco Bruce Arians said David has swelling in a knee.

Actually David is a good player……And yes you can replace him with anybody and still lose. But they plan on winning so pipe down and let the big boys figure it out cause your really kinda clueless.
I saw how they didn’t up and replace Gerald with just a anybody. They upgraded. They also kept David at $10M so that should tell ya what they think of his ability.
Reminds me of that comedian that say “ya carn’t fix stupid”. I think I know the type of stupid he was talking about.

But yeah missing practice in 2 straight days is means for concern.
In the NFL swelling turns into surgery on a daily basis almost. The best days of TC notes are the ones without injury reports, even if it’s just a cut.

tmax is on of those fans who will never be happy no matter what. I’ve been reading this website since 2012 when I was 14 (21 now) and he’s always been in the comments bitching about something. He is a part of that losing culture that will die with the new staff we have…

I like David hes proven he can play at a high level when using him more as a attacker. No off field issues that I can think of. Pretty healthy so far and he should have a good year in the new look defence. Its a team effort and he will be a big contributor. I couldn’t be happier with are defence and the way they’ve come to camp. Looking like a strength now. Hopefully the Bucs will get done with pre season injury free.

More tmax drivel… Lavonte is a talent and would be widely recognized throughout NFL if the Bucs hadn’t smothered him in mediocrity. This staff and scheme and running mates like Suh, Vea and White may finally provide the winning that he needs to be truly appreciated.
