  1. Pickgrin Says:

    Welcome aboard coach Locust.

Glad that the Buccaneers as an organization embrace “diversity”. Previously and currently with black coaches – and now the first NFL team to employ two female coaches.

    Good stuff!

  2. AlteredEgo Says:

The NFL is becoming a joke…

  3. Lord Cornelius Says:

I’m pulling for her. Many great NFL coaches are nonathletic people that never really played at a high level

  4. Lord Cornelius Says:

also not saying she’s not athletic or whatever – I’m just saying you don’t need to be an ex NFL player meathead to be a good coach. A lot of those actually don’t pan out

  5. Easy Says:

IDGAF about “diversity”. I care about wins and wins only.

  6. Marine Buc Says:

Diversity is all Buc fans can cheer about… lol… what a joke.

  7. William Walls Says:

I really liked her interview. Love her perspective and her attitude. I genuinely hope she does well and makes the Bucs better.

  8. DB55 Says:

FINALLY, someone to teach McIceCream how to man up!!!

Best wishes coach, whip them slackers into shape.

  9. Kobe Faker Says:

“Kobe just came back from his first Tampa Bay Buccaneer cheerleader tryout

OMG! the tiny shorts they force you to wear!

Never happened before but I believe I had the biggest package among all the girls in the room

Kobe was quite upset when the head lady in charge said i had to tuck it in there. Some of the girls were quite attractive and I couldnt help it but the little guy flung out…

I got kicked out and cant get back in unless I tape it so it wont pop out again….

    Im off to Homedepot”

  10. Etzel Says:

Kobe’s an unfunny twat who should do us all a favor and LOG-OUT permanently.

  11. Dewey Selmon Says:

And we’re the only NFL team to have 3 black coaches. Good to lead the league in something besides lowest winning pct of all time. .385

  12. Joel Says:

This is fantastic. I’m glad they’re focused on diversity.

However, let’s get focused on some wins.

  13. Wesley Says:

    Yeah………I dunno.

  14. DooshLaRue Says:

    I gotta say……DB55
    Dam funny!!

  15. WhoisQanon? Says:

    @kobefaker

HAHAH!!! Thank you good friend I needed that laugh today, horrible visual but funny nonetheless

    #WWG1WGA

  16. Etzel Says:

If you have a problem with this, but don’t have a problem with BA hiring Todd McNair/Joe Gilbert…. you’re part of the problem.

  17. buddy Says:

What a joke. This is by far the biggest farce that TEAM GLAZER has ever tried to pull on Tampa Bay. I talked to one of the coaches in Baltimore with Bucs experience and said she is in WAYYYYYY over her head. Have you taken the time to actually look at her previous experience?? High School coach for 8 years, and now BA thinks she capable at coaching at the highest level?? Who will be the first player to HIT IT is my only question?

  18. BFFL Says:

Last thing a man wants to do is look weak in front of a woman. I like this move.

  19. tmaxcon Says:

    BFFL

your theory is proven wrong every single Sunday when that feminine doll playing crying clown cancer93 plays like a little BEOTCH in front of millions of women worldwide. Nice try though…. whai it’s a bucs game so i take that back but same end results apply. she plays like a little BEOTCH in front of 10 women each sunday…

hope she does not mind sharing the ladies room with cancer93

  20. tmaxcon Says:

    Joe,

Any chance the glazers are interested in a midget to coach special teams. I here there is a little people league filled with intense coaches with some high school coaching experience that might fit this minor league circus of a franchise well.

there is also this guy who knows this guy with one leg that is a football genius in his rec league that has some pee wee ball experience calling plays I think he fits in well with the circus in Tampa and glazers ultimate goal of keeping the basement title streak going strong for decades to come.

  21. tmaxcon Says:

diversity simply means giving unqualified people jobs to satisfy the emotional weak that need handouts and props to compete with well qualified individuals who work hard to perfect their skills. just like the nfl hall of fame lowering the bar in the name of inclusion to enshrine a 1 dimensional bum with a career losing playoff records.

  22. Dewey Selmon Says:

Buddy, she is the asst DL coach. Someone will be monitoring her.

  23. Stanglassman Says:

Stupid people are stupid no matter the topic. Not surprising.

  24. Wausa Says:

I am not going to comment on the two new coaches, but I am going to post the following TMZ article where a WNBA player calls for equal pay for women.

    https://www.tmz.com/2018/2/13/angel-mccoughtry-wnba-team-usa-basketball-equal-pay/

  25. Rod Munch Says:

I don’t care one way or another on this, but if the Bucs get a male cheerleader like the Saints have, I’m out.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebxWz4Nlgz

  26. Marine Buc Says:

Now we need to lead the league in male cheerleaders!!! Let them sweet their their balls off dancing for the home team!!! Go Bucs!!! Go Diversity!!!!!

  27. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Chances are if you were at Temple University from 1983-88….you are now a coach for the Bucs.
Don’t think they had many transgenders back then so don’t worry about that fans…..joking aside, I’m all-in for BA and his choices right now……we can’t do much worse than what we had.

  28. DooshLaRue Says:

Hey…… she may give a whole new meaning to “3-technique”!
    Just saying……

    —————————————————-

You must be referring to all those rich parents that paid their kids way into school, right? And the nepotism in the NFL and other aspects of life, no?

Diversity means the exact opposite of your ridiculous definition above. It is about inclusion of those that are never provided the opportunity.

  30. 813bucboi Says:

some of yall funny as hell….lol….

    im rooting for her…..

    welcome aboard!!!!!

    #REALISTKNOWSNOTHING!!!!….GO BUCS!!!!!

  31. HowToSpellRhonde Says:

The Bucs should diversify into hiring neutral-gender douchebags. Tmaxcon can apply.

  32. Mike Johnson Says:

Being an ole school guy and having to live in this 21st century..I’ve come a long way with a lot of things. So..I’ll just say I’m hoping she is very successful. Like it or not guys. Time and people are marching forward

  33. Mike Johnson Says:

Ohh and Tmaxcon, you are dead wrong about diversity. Kinda sad you think that way. I know all I need to know about you sir.

  34. Pickgrin Says:

There’s an advantage to being on the forefront of diversity.

In regards to coaches – whether black, female or martian – you get to hire ‘the cream of the crop’ when you are one of the first teams pulling from a “diverse group” or “minority group” of candidates that other teams just aren’t considering because they are not – um – diverse enough to embrace progress…

  35. CLEAN HOUSE Says:

I want to be a male cheerleader, I’ve been working on a special move with my thumb I learned from Jaboo

  36. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    AlteredEgo Says
“The NFL is becoming a joke…”

Maybe, but not because of this. There are male coaches with less experience than she has. Male coaches who never even played the game. She has. And she had paid her dues in the coaching realm as well.

  37. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    @buddy

Have you actually looked at her experience, bigot?

She played 4 years of semi pro football too. Half the coaches in hte nfl cannot even claim that.

  38. MadMax Says:

    @Kobe, LMMFAO!!!

Heres how I look at it…a woman’s perspective! Nothing at all wrong with that. They know finesse plus she just might be able to get through to some players from a different perspective since they will be hearing it from a woman too. I hope the players give her a chance. If it doesnt work out, at least they tried.

  39. BucGator Says:

Very good impression from the video. Wish her nothing but success

  40. unbelievable Says:

I think they rolled out those new god awful cheerleader uniforms last year by mistake. They were actually meant for the new female coaching staff!

I kid I kid. Welcome aboard cocach! Who gives a f*ck if she’s a woman, let’s just see some results!

You have a bassackward, inside out, upside down view of the concept of diversity. I recommend you start by typing the word “diversity” into Google or whatever search tool you may happen to use on a computer. Read 3 or 4 of the definitions you will find.

Then spend some time thinking about the general meanings. Chew over them for a day or two. You may surprise yourself with some new insights.

  42. Matts17 Says:

Ugh. Aren’t the Bucs enough of a laughingstock?

  43. Barack's Crack Pipe Says:

    Babylon Bay Buccaneers or
    Tampa Bay Social Justice Warriors

  44. RatchelWatsonsthong Says:

I’m not against it. I like her answers. She’s smart. Seems to be aware that she has won the available Gift spot on staff. She can possibly bring a fresh breath amongst the old codger coaches.
But then she could also end up a baby mama in a few months.
Interesting experiment that costs nothing against our cap.

  45. VFL98 Says:

JUST win!! I don’t care if our whole team is women, just freaking WIN!!!!!!
