Joe is right there with all the Bucs fans feeling abused, disrespected and totally drained after investing emotionally into another garbage Bucs season, one that really didn’t have to be spiraling out of control by Veterans Day. It’s a shame because there were a few of us here that knew this would be the result and were screaming for them not to bri g Dirk or Jason back This regime had a decent 2016 but was on the decline fast in 2017 and showed no sign of improving. Those of us who have watched this team struggle so bad for over a decade knew the writing was on the wall early in 2017 and didn’t want to be exposed to more loosing. We said then what we all know now. Dirk can’t coach Winston can’t play and Jason can’t draft. Maybe that’s harsh but so is watching these clueless characters run our franchise on the ground. To the fans who had faith it was all pure optimism not grounded in reality. When a coach shows you who he is believe him. When a quarterback shows you who he is believe him and when a GM shows you who he is believe him. Enough of the unjustified optimism. Face reality it’s time for a change at the top.

Been saying this for awhile but Licht doesn’t get enough heat for his coaching decisions .

    I need to say this.
    MNF crew on espn-

Tessitore – horrible. Everything is waaaaay to dramatic, especially for the teams he likes or thinks are important.

Witten – ok but boring. Might get better.

Booger – Sorry Ex-Buc, but you are not good at all, and that sideline mobile he’s on is a joke.

They’re almost unwatchable. I guess it is par for the course for most of ESPN broadcasting

    Thanks Joe

    Finally the podcast

All I wanna see, is the same damn thing I wanted to see/what should’ve happened last year.

Tank for the draft, fire the HC and the entire Coaching staff, Fire the General Manager, and lastly but most Importantly, the Glazer’s need to hire a tried and true/championship caliber football man to run the franchise in their place.

They can not be the ones to hire the new HC and General Manager. They have no idea what they are doing anymore. Any choice that they make other than hiring a proven entity to do the job for them will be the wrong choice.

  6. Bosch Says:

Hey Schwifty, this generation of Glazers have NEVER known what they are doing. To make matters worse, they are now trapped by their ego. If they were to sell the team or even hire someone to ru
n it, they would be admitting they cannot do it themselves. That is more than these poor little rich boys’ fragile ego can handle. I don’t know if there is a legal means for the NFL To force the sale of a team in the interest of parity. Probably not.

    BOYCOTT THE GLAZERS!
