Game 11

Kickoff: 1 p.m.

TV: WTVT-TV Channel 13, DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket Channel 711.

Radio: Buccaneers Radio Network (WXTB-FM 97.9 in the Tampa-St.Petersburg region; 97.9 FM ESPN Radio in Tallahassee); Spanish language broadcasts on WTMP-FM 96.1 and WMGG-AM 1470 in Tampa; SiriusXM Channel 105.

Weather: Nice day. Even if the Bucs stink and the game could be a disaster, you can take selfies at the game and give the finger to your friends up north. While they are bundled up wearing gloves and preparing for snow and ice, Bucs fans will be basking in warmth and sunshine at the Den of Depression. Per AccuWeather.com after tailgating in the low 70s, temperature at kickoff is expected to be 77 and will rise to a high of 79 by halftime. At the end of the game, look for a temperature of 77. Enjoy!

Odds: Per FootballLocks.com, Bucs -2.

Outlook: This very well could be the last time Bucs Bit-O-Honey-snacking, Ozark-watching, yams-eating coach Dirk Koetter has a chance to win as Bucs coach. The 49ers are the last vulnerable team on the schedule. As Joe has pointed out, it appears it will take a miracle for Koetter to keep his job. The Bucs currently have but two games left on the schedule against teams with losing records: today and the final game of the season against the Dixie Chicks. And it isn’t exactly like Atlanta has a lousy team, already beating the Bucs earlier this season.

I’m believing and hoping for a win.

But I also hope for more wins. I think we have great young talent on this team that just needs a little time and a good scheme. We have a good scheme on offense. We need it on defense.

This team needs some fixes, but it is a lot closer than people think. So long as we don’t give up.
