Four Injured Bucs Don’t Practice

October 24th, 2018

There are four Buccaneers on today’s new injury report fresh from One Buc Palace.

They’re all starters and none of them practiced.

Gerald McCoy (calf), Peyton Barber (ankle) Vinny Curry (ankle) and Demar Dotson (knee/shoulder) all had the day off.

No surprise on any of those, though Barber could fall into that category.

He clearly got banged up Sunday against the Browns and that’s very likely why we saw so much Ronald Jones and Jacquizz Rodgers. Now Barber’s injury is on the record.

McCoy and Curry are not expected to play Sunday, and this appears to be a routine veteran recovery day for Dotson.

No other Bucs are on the injury report.

No way we can trade a first round pick for Peterson. We need to make serious trades for the oline now if anything. Benenoch is a steaming baby dipper and Dot is getting older by the day and continues to be on the injury list every week.

DT/DE is the deepest position in round one 2019 to find a replacement for creamsicle93.

GMC could get a lot more bang for the buck on oline than Peterson in a trade right now.

How good would Q Nelson look right now? Or D James? Nothing against Vea- I think he will be great but the other 2 were immediate impact guys. I think even if Vea didn’t get hurt, it would have taken him 1-2 years to get comfortable.

Let’s do it Ronnie! Show us your stuff!

Speaking of steaming piles, how bad must Cappa be? I truly am not sure I trust our talent evaluators, he cannot be worse than Benonach right now

I think we should’ve tried to get gabe Jackson or kelechi oseleme but I think glazers would rather let the new GM and HC wheel and deal….

I say we take a tip from the pats and move on from McCoy while there is some value he’s not a hall of famer or a ring of honor player big guy I appreciate what he’s done as a fan but time to move on

Derwin James has not made the chargers better . They are still a bad pass defense. Lattimore pushed the saints over the top do you people not pay attention to what is going on. I can already tell everyone here only looks at box scores. Which would be great if this was basebal. But this is football folks box scores don’t mean s wish I could say it dumb a

I think the writing is on the wall. Jason Licht is at least smart enough to know that it won’t matter who we trade for, one player trade won’t get this team to the playoffs. He’s always been to cowardly to make trades in mid season and this year won’t be an exception even though they are in great position to at the very least compete for wild card spot.

Get em outta glazers, after all this time licht and dirk still building through the draft instead of getting a veteran cornerback or running back for what are both clear weaknesses.

mccoy and curry are on the trading block…that’s really why they aren’t playing this week…they are trying to move them…bucs are happy with nassib “the arabian knight” across from jpp
