    tease…. LOL

  2. Rod Munch Says:

Why can’t we have orange uniforms again? They look so good – look so Florida-y.

  3. Deminion Says:

Sounds like he starting after the bye

  4. BucfanBF Says:

I agree Rod, I like them too!
Come on Jameis, You Can Do IT……

  5. Lamarcus Says:

    Welcome back JW

  6. mike Says:

    @rod… amen

  7. Wausa Says:

    It’s great seeing him back

  8. ndog Says:

I know this is petty but if Fitz starts Sunday and we get our doors blown off. When they ask Jameis to start against Atlanta if I was him I would say nope I am not quite ready yet just keep playing Fitz since he the better QB. Just let us keep getting blown out once everyone starting blitzing Fitz every play and he falls apart. Then at the end of the year they wont pick up his 5th year and away I would go to a team that actually knows what they are doing. And trust me this could happen, it probably wont cause Jameis is not that kind of teammate, but push anyone far enough and you never know what you will get.

  9. Destinjohnny Says:

I wonder why he was 3-20 last year on mid range/deep passes?
What a weird energy around the team right now.

  10. Lamarcus Says:

    Ndog

That’s funny because if I was JW I will be like ” nope, my knee is hurt”. Next week it’ll be a shoulder then arm then a headache

  11. Wesley Says:

    The leader returns!

  12. Eric Says:

Looks in shape, fired up, ready to go. Convened his own practice so he went through what his team mates have been doing.

    Very supportive of Fitz.

A performance only a true hater could dislike.

Now, when called upon, play like you did second half of last year, which was franchise QB quality.

  13. Getaclue Says:

Nobody cares what you would do if you were Jameis. Staying out of trouble should be what comes out your mouth first cause that’s why he is in this position

  14. Bucsfanman Says:

Welcome back Jameis. Let’s get to work. I love the “team” mantra! Just win!

  15. Pryda...sec 147 Says:

So proud of Jameis he has grown up so much since he first was drafted now a new father congratulations Jaboo can’t wait to watch you on Sunday’s !

  16. Brandon Says:

ndog……. you make it seem like Winston is the victim here. Poor choices on Winston’s part is what created this problem. Nobody expected Fitz to come out playing like a pro bowler. We’re all foolish to think Fitz is the long term answer here, but you play the hot hand in its current situation. Winston did this to himself, even if it was 2 years ago, but the trust from the organization has probably been hurt a bit.

I wonder why he was 3-20 last year on mid range/deep passes?

Well it could be that he was hurt or it could be any one of the excuses that everyone is giving for all 3 of the picks Fitz through Monday night.

  18. ndog Says:

BTW did anyone notice that is his press conference today when he was asked a question about being a franchise QB he said supposed franchise QB when responding? If anyone thinks a guy this competitive is not pissed that he is not playing is crazy.

  19. Bird Says:

    Ndog

It’s not petty. You are classless. Go root for another team. Wanting someone to fail so your messiah gets his job back. You act like he was benched

He was suspended for grabbing a chicks crotch. And then lied to his bosses about what happened.

Seriously. You and a few other Nole fans care about one player. Not the team. Are yOh even old enough to vote ?

  20. Wausa Says:

    I agree ndog

The agent he hired is a strong clue regarding what Jamies is thinking about doing in the near future.

  21. ndog Says:

Brandon I agree 100% but I am just telling truth, if you have a guy that works as hard as he does, played through a injury last year while getting ripped left and right knowing he should not be playing, has gotten better every year and you think a vagabond of 14 years in this league is better than me then let me go play somewhere they need me. Shoot you are good, let me go play cause that is what I improved for that is why I work so hard. Not to sit around and watch us lose in hopes this journeyman cools off. Its ridiculous, either he is your QB or he is not bottom line.

  22. lambchop Says:

    Ndog,

He’d get Keyshaun’d out of here for sure if he did that. You don’t bite the hand that feeds.

  23. lambchop Says:

Also, nobody in this league gets a gimme unless they’re Tom Brady or Drew Brees. Not even Eli Manning apparently. Just cuz you work hard and sacrifice doesn’t guarantee anything in the Not For Long league where every decision is a dollars and cents decision.

If he goes somewhere else, you think the other team wouldn’t find a replacement if he didn’t perform or he had too many off field issues? The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. He’s got a good nucleus of teammates here and Fitz is not the long term answer so he just has to wait till his number is called.

  24. ndog Says:

Exactly, lambchop that would be the goal.

  25. lambchop Says:

Being asked about Fitz, his performance, the team’s success without him is going to be Jameis’s biggest test. Can he handle it well if he doesn’t get to play soon? What if the team continues to have success without him? It’s not that he isn’t the future, but will he have the patience to be a pro and take it in stride or will he implode ala Vince Young? It almost feels like it bothers him that he’s being asked asinine questions about Fitz and how well Fitz has been playing. No competitor wants to talk about another guy in his position if his playing time is uncertain. It would be one thing if Jameis knew he was playing after the bye.

Getcha popcorn ready cuz I hope this doesn’t become a distraction. If I were him I would avoid the media, except for mandatory pressers, and just work.

  26. ndog Says:

I’m pretty sure he would do just fine and probably win a Super Bowl in Jacksonville within 2 years. You guys don’t seem to get it, if the organization stops believing in you then its time to go, see ya. Cause if the front office and coaches don’t believe in you, you better believe the players or next or already there. Time for him to go is almost here, but that will be a dark day for us cause then we will back to square one looking for a QB unless Ryan Griffin can grow up in a hurry. All the while he will be someone tearing it up cause he did all his learning with us while some other smart team reaps the benefits of pain through the learning years. You can see this coming from a mile away with how poorly they are handling this.

  27. lambchop Says:

The other added wrinkle in all this is that it’s Jameis’s contract year. The Bucs picked up his 5th year option but it’s not guaranteed except for injury. My guess is the Bucs are not going to go for a contract extension unless he plays a significant amount this season and they see that he’s worth it, they let him play out next season and offer him a contract with the risk that someone else pays him more, or they already know he’s worth the investment already.

This also depends heavily on how well the team does this year because if the team some how implodes and a new regime is brought in, then nothing is certain.

  28. 813bucboi Says:

    ndog

    I agree….

if Winston doesn’t start, if im Winston I say no thank you im done…..sure he’s made mistakes but dirk has made mistakes too with how he dealt with his injured shoulder…..

Imo, Winston is in a lose lose situation and the best thing for him may be a fresh start…..

if we’re losing 14-0 in the second or third quarter im definitely not going in because mack and the boys will have their ears pinned back….we’re already a pass happy offense and when we’re down we become that much more pass happy….advantage mack and the gang……

same thing goes for the browns……garrett and the boys can get after the QB just as much as the bears…..

the best thing dirk and this organization can do is name Winston the starter and end all this drama……

folks like @realist screamed about HK being a distraction, but this is an even bigger distraction because camera aren’t involved…..its all players coaches and the locker room….

    #TUNNELVISION!!!!…GO BUCS!!!!

  29. unbelievable Says:

@ndog I noticed that comment about “supposed” franchised QB too. He is definitely competitive.

I still think Fitz starts this week and Jameis comes back week 6, which I’ve been saying would happen since the preseason if we were 2-1 or better…

    guess we’ll find out soon!

  30. Buc1987 Says:

    Future SB Champion.

    Either Tampa or???

    I think it’s Tampa!

  31. Buc1987 Says:

unbelievable….yup that comment is telling…. “supposed”.

I get where ndog is coming from.

I don’t think it would be a good look for him if he did that though.

I think he starts week 6 no matter the record too.

  32. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    Thats OUR QB…

    PRAISE THE LORD EVERYBODY!!!!

    Love that Guy!!!

Reminds me of my favorite Gator QB from my FAVORITE COLLEGE TEAM!!!

To bad he got ran for putting the Lord before football… Even though ALL HE DID WAS WIN… Thats right… Timmmmmaaaaay….

Now that guy could of pull a KrapInKneck and eveyone would have supported him…

In fact Tebow started the kneeling phenomenon and not Colleen Krapmypants….

JW is every bit the man Tim Tebow is… Accept JW has skills that wont be denied!!!!

He is your starter Sunday and for the next 15 years…. Dude has IT…. To hell with the ME Too movement and people who are to old, to poor and to stupid to know what its like to be the Man as a kid!!!!

Congrats on the baby Jaboo…. Keep putting in that work bro and the statute of limitations will run all these “never acted a fool and made a mistake self righteous fools” off.

Peace Bro, you nailed this interview just like you always do!!!!

  33. STLbuc Says:

We all know jameis will start at some point soon. And once he does, fitz will never be back. Trade fitz to the 49ers for some picks. Griffin can play.

  34. Pollcountybuc Says:

Calm down Jameis you moving around too much lol the nfl media hates u they waiting too say something negative about you. You can’t be a happy smh

  35. Jameis Almighty! Says:

Jameis is has an 89% completion rate taking away drops and wrong routes. 78% when healthy. Nuff Said. Jaboo is back!

  36. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    @STL

I Agree and will add DJax in with that trade for theyre #1 next year…

Who cares if JW can hit DJax when he can clearly hit Mike and Godwin and Hump and Brate and OJ and……….

DJax and Fitz equal THE PAST….

Oh and who handed ROJO the rock in preseason for his only score????

Perhaps the reason our running game aint working is because everyone is forcing Fitz to beat them… He has 2 out or 3 but PIT JUST SHOWED THE LEAGUE HOW TO BEAT FITZ…. Not the Bucs….

    #TheFitzMagicTrickHasBeenRevealed

    #BucsRunningGameIsBetterWithWinston

  37. DB55 Says:

    @joe

I thought I was coming off suspension with Jaboo, what’s up?

  38. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

And for the record. I set the tone for this fan base… Everyone steals my material… Not complaining but I do want to highlight for the Joes incase the want to higher me as a “CI” Bloger…

This is the firat mention ANY of you have heard relating the “woes of the run game.” To FITZMAGIC and Jaboo….

    Think about it folks….

Fitz has successfully tricked NO ONE. The other teams have taken the risk of stopping our run and forcing Fitz to beat them… It stopped working Monday night…. THE HOT HAND HAS BEEN ICED….

JW might equal less INDIVIDUAL RECORDS…. But at least we will have a more balanced TEAM!!!!

  39. SchlomieBarmitzahCircumScissorStein Says:

Out with the current uniforms. They suck. Bring back Orange.

  40. Buc407 Says:

Dude Jamie’s looks like he’s in shape

  41. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    @ndog and 87

At first I felt the same way about JW and his “franchise QB” status…

However, I believe that was directed at the media…. Ala, Dirk and his, “Not telling you who the starter is.”

It use to be called gamesmanship…. Now I think its called “ME TOO” or Something stupid if you dont get what you want…

Theae people get paid and answer to the people cutting the checks… They will never be “us”.

Which is to say, you never really know with rich people… Rick Joe?

  42. Buc407 Says:

And I agree bring back the orange

  43. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    *”Right Joe?”.. Gerrr autocorrect…

  44. joestang Says:

Haven;t seen FITZ try to complete a pass on his back yet. Jameis is a turnover machine. for every good play he follows it up with a real bone headed play. Not consistent. Still want to see him throw deep and hit a receiver in stride.

  45. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    @joestang

Good point… Havent seen a need for Fitz to attempt such a pass with the protection he has had…

Unless of course you look at the Pit game when he threw 3 such stupid passes without good protection….

Hmmm…. Some people will never stop being we taught it…. Go figure, they are all Winston haters…

    FTSW

You have got to be the most annoying poster to come through here in a while…and that’s saying something.

    FTSW=STFU

  47. Nole4JabooANDdBucs Says:

I saw Big Ben throw MNF while going backwards …also saw him throw from behind his body!
ALL of the old VETS play that way..It is illuminated only because it is JW ..and it is overlooked when the older “ELITE” players do it…not realizing that is how they became “ELITE”.

It is ridiculous people thinking JW can’t throw the deep ball…just keep saying that…and watch!

JW has had his MOJo since his injury…actually before…but the injury limited him!

  48. Mike Says:

Jameis is a threat to Know it all Coward Koetter.

  49. Mike Says:

Light is a disgrace- Adrian Peterson was too old- just didn’t fit right.

    Guy’s a loser!

    Clean house

  50. webster Says:

    @ freethesecret

I love your passion for jameis but i have to disagree with you on a few things. Tebow kneeled in prayer and i dont think it was during the anthem. I could be wrong. Colin was taking a stance while tebow was showing his faith. Was that during the anthem? I dont believe so. Tebow Winning? Stop giving the qbs all the glory for wins. Tebow won a game when he only completed 2 passes. I agree, i think he should have gotten more chances to prove himself but he was not that good. Im one of the biggest winston supporters on this board but if winston only completes 2 passes, then i would say it is time to move on. Tebow was not an average nfl qb period. The great reggie white was very religous ie the nickname minister of defense but he was never banished from the league because of his religous beliefs because he could play. Tebow was not good. Do not put tebow and winston in the same breath. Winston is a legit nfl starting caliber qb. Tebow was not. I love your passion though.

  51. webster Says:

    @ freethesecret

I am cool with colin kneeling btw….but the difference is tebow was not “offending” anybody.

  52. webster Says:

    @ freethesecret

Im cool with colin kneeling btw. I just dont believe tebow kneeling did not “offend” anybody.

  53. webster Says:

Tebow kneeling did not offend anybody

  54. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

Wow… People are more ignorant than I realize….

I support collen cause he kneels for something… While Tebow kneels for???? Hmmmmmm

The point is… If Tebow had decided to fight the NFL fans would have supported him and he would have kept his job…. While Krappants kneels the NFL lost viewers… That being said… Talent out weights the BS… WHICH MEANS JW IS THE MAN… Regardless of ignorance…

Do F with me… I have been posting on this boars since ita inception….

    #JAB83rules

  55. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    Most annoying posters ever???

I take that as a compliment coming from a troll….

  56. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

Tebow kneeling offended every none believer… Just like AMERICA’S QB JW offends you….

Dude does everything right and Fs up once in a while and you we taught its cry wolf…

    Go fondle yourself

  57. FreeTheSecretWeapon Says:

    That said, Webster

JW is the man… Read and comprehend please… Dont be like the trolls… Read and comprehend PLEASE….

  58. webster Says:

Read and comprehend what? Tebow and colin are not in the same ball park. Tebow sucked and he was getting headlines as a 3rd or 4th string backup. Tebow was not taking a stance. He was praying. People/fans/media called it tebowing. He was a media darling. Kap is/was blackballed. Cap is a better qb than many who have started this season. Tebow is not. Do not put tebow and winston in the same breath.

  59. webster Says:

    Freethesecret

You are an infant on this board and its obvious. To say winston offends me shows you have baby formula on your breath. Where are your reading comprehension skills? I clearly said i am one of the biggest jameis supporters on this board. I just said tebow kneeling was not why he is out of the league. And i also said he is out of the league because he sucked. He was getting love from the media because he ran with his shirt off in the rain. No team wanted that rukus for a 3rd or 4th string qb. Colin was blackballed due to his political views. He is by far better than a bunch of the qbs that have played this year. Tebow is not. No one was offended by tebow’s religous beliefs. He was mocked because he sucked. Reggie white or david robinson never offended due to their religous belief. Colin offended due to political beliefs. Comprehend, jameis is the bucs qb and the best qb tampa bay has ever had. Comprehend, colin kneeling and tebow kneeling are on different levels. Tebow was mocked, colin offended and was blackballed

Only giving you the tome pf night because O am drunk now…

I forgive for not recognizing my post as someone who has posted here from day one…

Please avoid insulting me or attacking me or Joe might have to bam me again for going off on you children…

Clearly your incapable of relating the Tebow Kraphead phenomena… Not to mention actual skill sets….

So wont debate football value with you…

We both agree whole heartedly JABOO should and will start this week… Thats all that matters…

As far as Reggie White is concerned… Most of his respect came after he died… Most people hated him as a player… But clearly your to young to remember that… Only thing that kept him in the league was a team that is still to this day owned by the FANS!!!!
