3 Solid As A “Rock” From Bucs-Jags Game, Presented By Pint & Brew

August 18th, 2017

It’s another Friday all-Bucs video report from Rock Riley. (Yes, the multimedia guru @realrockriley!)

Rock has a look at the standouts from last night’s preseason game. Enjoy! (On Wednesday, Rock went deep on the Bucs with Gene Deckerhoff. That’s linked here.)

    If someone has already made this point my apologies I haven’t read every comment on every thread. Joe,it wasn’t a bone head play by Fameis last night. Fameis thought he had a free play because he was being tackled by the back of his helmet. So he lobbed the ball towards the endzone in hopes one of his guys would come down with it. A personal foul should have been called but because the refs screwed it they made up by saying he was down. When in truth he wasn’t.

    Pete didn’t even shake your hand Rock, when you offered it.
    Maybe invest in a noise cancelling Microphone, or one with a tighter, shotgun style pattern. The background noise detracts from what you are trying to say.

    Eh, I don’t think Rock was actually reaching his hand out for a hand shake. Agreed on the mic issues though.

    Also a huge disparity between the sound level of his recorded voice overs vs the other footage segments. Joes- I know some sound engineers if you need help!

    ALso, can we just be honest? that was basically a 2 and 1/2 minute advert for a bar, very little Bucs content.

    If Ali Marpet is not celebrated I’m not interested. Kid was solid as a rock last night. Oline look 100x better with him at center and the man can pull and get out in front. Never realized how fast Ali is, great job kid!!!

    This team is soooooo young it’s amazing.

    @Nole

    What other in-depth conversations did you have with last night? It was an awful play and it’s pre-season.. is what it is

  8. Nole on Sat- Bucc on Sun Says:

    Do you think if that were Brady or Rodgers almost being decapitated the refs would’ve been hesitant to throw those rags Pat???

  9. Nole on Sat- Bucc on Sun Says:

    You can call the play whatever you wanna. Thw fact remains a by the letter of the NFL a personal foul had been committed. And Fameis was astoot enough to realize as much.

  10. Nole on Sat- Bucc on Sun Says:

    As far as I’m concerned it was far from a bone head play. Quite frankly to me it was a “Heads up” play. Only problem was the refs neglected to do they’re job.
