Carlos Hyde Expects To Miss Bucs

Says he likely won’t play.

Earlier this week, 49ers starting running back Carlos Hyde was in a sling.

Today, Hyde confirmed with Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury-News that it is unlikely he will suit up against the Bucs.

“It’s definitely not long term, which is good,” Hyde said as he struggled pulling on a shirt and jacket at his locker. “I’ll be back. It’s a matter of time.”

The 49ers stink out loud in the ground game without Hyde, who averaged 3.9 yards per carry through six starts this season. There is no excuse, if Hyde is out, to allow 150 yards running Sunday.

    Good news!

  2. Doctor Stroud Says:

Either the 49ers are playing mind games/dirty tricks with the roster, just like the stinkin’ Panthers tried to do, or some unnamed rookie backup will be the first the Bucs allow 150 yards running Sunday.

WE ARE GOING TO WIN THIS SUNDAY! We have to start believing in our team! Negative Nancy Must die. Bucs will build off our gutty win Last week. What you are thinking about you are becoming. The power of positive thinking can move mountains. Believe in our boys, As they must believe in themselves.

Much like the Carolina game, there’s blood in the water for this game… but, the Bucs STILL aren’t 100% themselves.

Gotta find a way to win this game. 3-3 and 2-0 in the division means you live to fight another day…

Don’t mean nothing! You guys know the Buc curse..Games we are suppose to win we F… up! There are no easy games for this Bucs team. Because you never know who is going to show up. I did however pick us to win in my many football pools this week. But You never know with the Yucks!

The other storyline for me is the Bucs playing in the West Coast. I only half subscribe to the theory after we won our Super Bowl in what will always be the friendly confines of San Diego.
