Welcome to another all-phases loss, as if last week’s wasn’t enough.

Your Buccaneers were humiliated at home yet again.

Lovie Smith’s goal is to have his team start fast. They didn’t do that today.

Lovie demands his team protect the football. Jameis Winston, America’s Quarterback, did not comply.

Lovie was certain Kyle Brindza was the right kicker for the Buccaneers today. He was dead wrong.

Lovie preaches to his team that they must be the most physical team every time they step on the field. Not today.

The Bucs’ defense? They didn’t contain Cam Newton or stop the run.

Costly penalties? Bucs are still good at those.

This is how 11 home losses in a row feels. Joe is ill.

NOWWWWW can we start talking draft?

Hope returns when Lovie is fired. This team is going backwards from Schiano’s days. No more retreads, fresh coaching perspectives please.

Do yo know the difference between fertilizer and Bucs tickets? Fertilizer is crap worth buying.

    Yes he missed!

    GREAT GAME!

(yeah…I said that just to irritate you guys.)

    The 2 year drought continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Joe don’t you dare blame America’s Quarterback for this loss completed 48% of his pases, what a joke. Oh sorry Joe, he played great. Let the excuses begin big Joe.

  11. tb Says:

So tired of them losing.Idk what they need to do but change needs to come.

  12. lightningbuc Says:

Who was the worst rookie on the field – Jaboo or Brindza?

No brainer – JABOO in a landslide!

One was drafted No. 1 overall – the other is an undrafted rookie.

Who do you expect more from?

  13. ChanEpic Says:

Brindza please pick up the white courtesy phone… My goodness this game was very hard to watch.

  14. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

Hey, I thought McCoy had 2 sacks n this game? Why is NFL.com showing only 1?

  15. ShutTheBucUp Says:

No one can coach a team who expects to lose. The players along with the coaches need to be purged. Wasted contracts on McCoy and David. Trade for picks time. Trade everyone you possibly can.

  16. Stevek Says:

What a bad game. We aren’t even competitive at home. Can we erect billboards in Lovie’s honor, or is that just for Schiano because he achieved better results, thus needing more propaganda to get rid of the big bad mean coach from Rutgers?

  17. Formerly GlennonGrad Says:

Both our extensions we’re absolutely failures today. McCoy was invisible, LVD was ghastly. Jack smith did ok, not enough to make me less ill. Our secondary was less awful, still let WR beat them down the field often.
Of course Winston was awful, but he’s a rookie and was put in a bad spot by his early screwups. Jackson came back, but Evans left. Hooray for the oline, they weren’t atrocious, and the run game was strong so I won’t feel ashamed of my doug Martin jersey anymore.
I didn’t even bother to finish walking the game. Sick of seeing little boys get destroyed on my tv.

  18. BucFan20 Says:

1-3. Winston has Lost more now than he ever has. For all you that loved to call Glennon a loser. Welcom Winston to the Loser Club.

  19. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

    @lightningbuc

It’s not the points that should decide, but the number of scoring attempts each has blown.

    Kyle wins that battle.

Imagine how the Colts fans felt at this point in 1998. Peyton Manning had 11 picks and a fumble by his 4th game.

It’s a shame…because he could have turned out if they had been more patient…

    …oh wait.

Had the #1 pick in the NFL Draft. Might have it 2 years in a row. The Bucs might make history!

  22. ShutTheBucUp Says:

Hey Joe, how’s that bushmills going down? I’m enjoying mine!

  23. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

Ironically, Manning had also been sacked 11 times by his 4th game. So as of their 4th game, Winston is better than Manning.

    Digest that.

What a stupid comment. JABOO has given the other team more points off his turnovers than Brindza has on missed FGs and PATs.

JABOO IS AWFUL! Stop with the Peyton Manning crap. He is a once a decade type. Comparing the alleged rap..ist to Manning is just moronic!

  25. ShutTheBucUp Says:

Bonzai, your comparisons to Manning are hilarious. I bet Jameis’ stats line up nicely with Ryan Leaf and JaMarcus Russell’s rookie years too.

  26. ChanEpic Says:

Bonzai – I agree. Just imagine how different the game is when we had a chance to cut it to 4 and go into the half. Brindza has put this team in situations where this team is relying on a rookie QB to win coming from behind. Now Jameis too has some SERIOUS flaws in his game that will need to be addressed. I am beginning to think he will fall victim to the coaching carousel because I don’t see how Lovie survives this season.

  27. Bucnut@ Says:

NOT all phases. This one is on America’s QB. His turnovers lead to 24 points!! Simple as that!

  28. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

Over Peyton Manning’s first 4 games:
    11 picks, 11 sacks, 1 fumbles

Over Jameis Winston’s first 4 games:
    7 picks, 7 sacks, 2 fumbles

And before you say Jameis is no Peyton Manning, you are right…he isn’t. Only Peyton Manning is Peyton Manning. But that doesn’s mean Winston won’t be better eventually. Technically…he is now according to those stats.

  29. Bill G. Says:

    Fire Lovie

  30. ShutTheBucUp Says:

    Clean house…. Again.

  31. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

    @ChanEpic

And if Kyle had not missed last week, we would have won that game. This week would have put us within a point. We could have gone for two at the end and maybe won.

  32. BucFan20 Says:

LOL. That was the big reason Winston was brought here. We were told he could put the team on his back and bring the team from behind for a WIN. Instead, he has been scoring for the other teams!

  33. pelbuc Says:

2 questions: 1. How many losses have to occur before the Glazers come to grips with their horrific mistake of hiring L&L? 2. Do the Glazers even care? As a life long fan, I don’t even bother watching the games. What a continuing nightmare for fans that deserve so much better.

Missing the FG is what Lovie’s deserves for being such a coward playing for the FG to begin with. Our team isn’t gonna get motivated kicking 30 yard field goals.

  35. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

I came into this game, hoping for a win but knowing it would not happen. Honestly, I knew it would be ugly.

    The good news?

We have a good chance to win our next 2 games. Maybe three games in the next 5.

That would put us at double what I predicted by mid season…so I’m not freaking at all. From game 9 on, we’ll see the largest improvement in Winston and the offensive line. Six rookies starting this year, three on offense. All new offensive scheme.

Defense assembled by patchwork free agents because most of the picks went on offense. The only defensive pick has turned out pretty darn good, but he’s still a rookie…at a key position.

Growing pains are going to happen. Huge mistakes will be made. Fans need to understand that. It takes time. Anywhere from 8-16 games. Sometimes more. Ronde Barber didn’t even produce until his 5th year.

So the least we can do is be a little patient and give these guys 8-16 games.

  36. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

Lovie going for the field goal was the smart play. If Kyle had made it, no one would say otherwise. Lovie didn’t kick the ball though. Kyle did.

Look at it this way…now we KNOW Kyle sucks. It wasn’t just one bad game. Now there is justification in cutting him.

    A new kicker is coming.

“…I don’t even bother watching the games.”

The true definition of a Buccaneer Fan.

  38. ShutTheBucUp Says:

Bonzai I wish I could live in your fantasy land. Maybe the Bucs will find a unicorn and make a wish on its horn and magically turn around their loser mentality. Maybe it will make the coaches grow a pair of balls. Maybe it will help Winston stop throwing touchdowns for the opposing team. Whatever you’re smoking, I’ll take some.

  39. ShutTheBucUp Says:

Lovie Smith has been an epic failure. Jameis isn’t a bust yet, but he looks a lot like Blaine Gabbert when he’s on the field. Our defense is nothing special whatsoever. Our special teams is just that… special… Week 4 and no progress. Blown out at home again. Freeman, Schiano, and Raheem are sitting in a bar somewhere having a good laugh.

  40. bucrightoff Says:

Stop being so obtuse Bonzai. They had a play with 11 seconds on the 17 yard line to take a shot. They passed. Cowardice when you have two big targets to throw a pass to. Missing the kick was simply the deserve karma for being so scared.

  41. ruggyup Says:

One saving point is we should not have to read Joe calling out Stinking Panthers. Be creative with a monniker for the Bucs involving deep proctological references. And S & S? Oh forget it.

  42. StPeteBucsFan Says:

Could Koetter please remove the simple NFL out route from our offense?
I’m tired of spotting the other team 7 points.

  43. ToesOnTheLine! Says:

    @ ShutTheBucUp

Freeman isn’t laughing, his Brooklyn crap league debut was about as disasterous as the last couple years of his “career”. Schiano and Rah are however looking better every week this Lovie Smith coached team takes the field.

  44. StPeteBucsFan Says:

I thought Bobby Rainey had a good game on special teams. Doug Martin had a good game. The OL looked decent.

That’s pretty much it. QB play horrid. Receivers mediocre…defense? Did we have our defense out there today?

  45. ShutTheBucUp Says:

@ToesOnTheLine Freeman is likely still sitting on a pile of cash he stole from the idiots that called him the future. So he’s probably laughing.

  46. LargoBuc Says:

More rokkie growing pains. And missed kicks to top it off. Way too many points given up by this defense. Allowing them to run at will makes it too easy for Cam. This d line needs help. A strong dt that takes up space at the one tech would help alot. All said, this is still a bad team. Young offense, patchwork defense and no kicker.

  47. ToesOnTheLine! Says:

Good point STBU, thank the Lord the Bucs didn’t extend that guy’s contract. Things are bleak now, but that would have been a complete disaster

  48. Mike Johnson Says:

If we lose to Jacksonville..and we surely might, I say sit Winston for a couple of games. He is starting to become an interception machine. All turnovers were his fault. And please bring in another FG kicker..Please. We are the laughing stock of the NFL right now. At the beginning of the 3rd qtr when we were down considerably, My wife came out of her room as I was hurling insults at our performance on TV. She said, Honey..if we leave now we can catch the next showtime of, The Martian. We left immediately. And why not? Why torture myself watching our Bucs? Ohhh, and the movie was great. I love my wife guys.

  49. Buccfan37 Says:

It is what it is, it was what it was, it’s gonna be what it’s gonna be. Reality sucks for this team and the fans right now.

  50. "TheKevin" Says:

This team and organization is an abysmal failure and always have been except for about 5 years of its pathetic existence.

And you idiots keep rooting week in and week out. The glazers are laughing. They will never move the team cause they won’t find another group of fans that will continually root for a sh it team lol.

  51. SchlomieBarMitzvahCircumScissorStein Says:

It’s okay, it’s just rookie growing pains. It’s okay, no problem. Once they are no longer rookies and have learned how to play the game, they might have a winning season in 5 years. It’s okay! It’s okay! The rookies had a good week of practice!
