So Mallett has character issues, yet Cam Newton has dealt with “adversity”??

    What a joke.

I guess it’s a non-story that Cam Newton went 11-for-20 at the combine and then blamed it on the “small school wideouts” that he had to work with.

I pray that Carolina takes Newton. Not only would he be the 4th QB drafted by Carolina in two years, but he would insure that the Panthers will be stuck in the basement for years to come…

Yeah I agree HGO, but Mallet does have character issues as well. I’m glad that sob left U of M haha.

Titus Young only ran a 4.53. A far cry from the 4.2 he was hyping up . Prepare for freefall Mr. Young. Leonard Hankerson of Miami was one of the faster guys at 4.43. Lack of elite speed was the only real knock on him but with his size and skillset that 40 really helped his stock. Turns out he has the biggest hands of the recievers too. He could very well have moved himself into the first round. Johnathan Baldwin only ran 4.50. Hankerson was behind Baldwin and Young on a lot of big boards but I expect him to now leapfrog those guys. Hankerson could be the third guy taken after Green and Jones. Torrey Smith- 4.43- nice time but underwhelming considering his shortcomings. He needed a sub 4.4 time.

HGO- Yes. It would be so lovely for them to screw themselves taking that bum. Also it would mean no Daquan Bowers or Nick Fairley terrorizing Josh Freeman for years to come.

    @ gitarlvr,

The only guy ive heard thats good in pass protection is Kendall Hunter. Hes good, but kinda small. I think that DeMarco Murray is pretty good at everything too, but is very injury prone. Other than that, I dont know. My personal fav at RB later in the draft is Quizz Rodgers. Small, but durable and super shifty. I think he would be a great #2 RB.
