Bucs Stomp Panthers 20-7

September 19th, 2010

The Bucs are 2-0!

The offense made big plays. The defense made big plays. And the Bucs won the battle of halftime adjustments.

Joe’s pouring cocktails for everyone!

So what if the Bucs can’t run the ball. Right now, they now how to win!

And guess what? Steelers starting QB Dennis Dixon left their game against Tennessee injured.

Is 3-0 around the corner?

Don’t forget to stick with Joe all afternoon and through the evening for the best postgame coverage around.

  4. Kirk Says:

Well, well, well. Not to say these two wins make the season by a long shot, but this cold beer I have is tasting pretty good right now. I like what I see. Lots of room for improvement, but damn folks two dash O.

LOL, ok Bandwagoners, time to get out your stupid little flags again, and jump back on the ship!
We humiliated Carolina, in their house. 2 and OH My God! Sure, we still have room for improvement, but we are winning. I saw several Carolina players beating the turf in frustration. Claussen looks a lot better then Matt Moore, we will certainly face him next time. But we shut down Carolinas running game, made them one dimensional, sacked their azzes too! Freeman really was brilliant in this game, he broke their backs. 2 and OMG, lookout Pittsburgh!

  6. TJ Says:

  7. BucForce Says:

Our running game has never been the same since we cut blocking icon Michael Clayton (sarcasm alert)…

  8. Patrick Says:

  11. MOBucs Says:

Great win. Freeman looks like a true franchise QB. If we can get any kind of a ground game going, this team will be tough for any team to beat!

I’m loving seeing the negheads …er losers …drop off of this site one by one as the Bucs do well.
Gino Hayes and Quincy Black were great…really liked what Crowder did as well.
That’s two second half’s in a row without giving up a point!..love it

  13. JimBuc Says:

The 2-0 Bucs need to spend more money, like the 0-2 Cowboys.

    Damn those cheap Glazers!!

    @ Patrick

As usual, Cadillac was either hit in the backfield or he got very little to work with. He did what he could.

    @ Lakeland Bob

I think a little retribution from JimBuc is in order for all the unwarranted bashing of EVERY little move and non-move the Org made this offseason. Day-in and day-out we had to hear how bad this year was going to be from our very own fellow fans. It feels good to get out a little bit of that pent-up anger!

  21. Patrick Says:

    @sensiblefan

That’s what I thought. Cadillac is better than what his stats showed today.

I’m not panicking like some are already. We’ve seen Cadillac have some very good games before and a lot of long runs.

Also, they need to give Kareem Huggins a shot next week! He could be a good running back in this league and we need to find out whether that’s true or not before we just go grab one in the 1st round next year.

  22. Jesse Says:

Joe Im soaked with beer, hoarse from cheering, and tired as a dog. You dont know how much I love beating Carolina in Bank of America.

  23. Lakeland Bob Says:

Yes Jimbuc-I took over your job part time.

  24. JimBuc Says:

Bob — hope you have another source of income. 🙂
