Bucs, Fantasies And Molly Qerim

August 25th, 2010

As many of Joe’s loyal readers know, he’s not into fantasy football. Rachel Watson is another story. In this BSPN video, some dude Joe never heard of before prattles about what Josh Freeman, Mike Williams, Kellen Winslow and Cadillac Williams mean to fantasy football types.

Frankly, Joe’s more interested in Molly Qerim.

I thought the standard fantasy league was 12 teams….

“Clinton Portis is a thousand years old…”

    Portis is only 28.

This guy is a hack job.

I do Fantasy..football too, the league is what you create it to be; amount of teams, scoring, etc.
That said, Eric Karabell does ok prognosticating. He is right that, from a fantasy perspective, Caddy and Mike Williams will be under valued. You wouldn’t want to take both on your team, but both could be solid steals in your draft. Personally, I would take Caddy as a RB3 or Williams in the 8th round or so.

Anyone that takes either can count on losing their league. I like them, but it’s not a smart bet this year…and I debate whether Caddy will ever be a smart pick.

As much as the Bucs talk about being a “run first” team, they haven’t been since WD40 was around.

@Pete it depends what round you get them in. Early rounds would be crazy. In the later rounds it is tough to find value.
