Players And Assistants Took Down Jagodzinski?

September 4th, 2009

Well-connected authority Mike Lombardi, of NationalFootbalPost.com, has weighed in on the Jeff Jagodzinski debacle.

He has no problem with the firing, only what it reveals about Raheem The Dream’s leadership and experience.

What would worry me most if I were a Bucs fan is that the word going around was that while players and coaches were not happy with Jagodzinski, Morris in fact got along with him — but felt he needed to make the change to make peace with everyone. That doesn’t sound like the work of the leader, but rather the work of a committee.

Joe really hopes Lombardi’s sources are way off the mark on this one. But they rarely are.

Wasn’t Lombardi in Greenbay when Jags was OC?

I don’t think so. I think he worked for 49ers, Browns, Raiders, Broncos and Eagles.

I just saw that buffalo fired their OC as well.

As long as Clayton doesn’t get upset we will be ok.

Hey Joe can we change that picture of the Dream to something else? That shit-eating-grin annoys the hell out of me.
