Raheem’s QB Assessment

August 28th, 2009

Raheem The Dream seemed as lukewarm as most Bucs fans in his assessment of the candidates for starting quarterback following Thursday’s loss to Miami.

“Leftwich played decent,” Raheem The Dream told the Buccaneers Radio Network.

On Luke McCown, the head coach said McCown was victimized by “protection breakdowns” and McCown “didn’t get a chance to get off.”

How Raheem The Dream is going to confidently proclaim one of these guys his starting quarterback is going to be great theater.

I’m with you Tye, at least he’s a proven gamer, unlike Shitwich and McCown!

    Define “decent”

3 overthrows to open guys and then a great completion to a tightly coverd guy. Inconsistently decent I guess.
