Dirk Koetter and Jason Licht are scheduled to speak at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
Yes, Joe will be there, inches from their faces.
The annual Bucs chatter at the Combine is the perfect lead-in to the free agency frenzy that will hit next week.
On Thursday, March 9, the free agency dinner bell rings officially. Two days prior, teams can start pre-negotiating with looming free agents on all clubs. Of course, at the Combine is where general managers and agents pound cocktails and work the hallways of Lucas Oil Center and neighboring hotels to gauge the markets and work under-the-table arrangements.

Id like to hear what licht thinks are the biggest needs of the football team and see if his answers mesh with the posters here…..i mean I know last year kicker was definitely one of the biggest needs

At times Licht tends to try to hard to show off a certain finesse about “wheeling and dealing” vs focusing on the big picture. Draft wise so far, i think he’s a solid B+….free agency…D-. He needs a little luck to be in his favor this free agency.
