If newly crowned Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston leads the Bucs to playoff wins, then Joe would bet that whatever Jameis wants at One Buc Palace, Jameis gets.

So could an indoor practice facility be on the horizon?

The Bucs are one of the few NFL teams without an indoor facility. Of course, outside of lightning in the late summer weeks of the football season, there really isn’t much of a need.

While meeting with the Tampa Bay pen and mic club after his introductory press conference, Winston admitted he noticed no indoor practice facility at One Buc Palace.

“I love this facility,” Winston said. “I was looking for an indoor. We don’t have indoor. We’re going to get one of those.

“I love to sweat.”

He needs to sweat to lose some of that weight. Or go to the gym.

Plus, I think he will be sweating plenty outside at practice…I don’t believe Tampa is known for its cold weather.

  2. cmurda Says:

Jameis just win baby. Us fans have been the only ones doing the sweating for over a decade now.

  3. Danati74 Says:

Either jump on board, or jump ship. Like it or not…Jameis Time!

  4. Johnny Dejay Says:

He’s looking a bit portly in that picture.

  5. Stanglassman Says:

How many days are these Marcus M. fans going to stick around and cry about the pick? Get on board or go find a new team already. It figures but I just sick of it. I thought after the pick we would all come together behind the team but I guess not.

  6. Espo Says:

I don’t know any of you personally, but I’m sure he’s in better shape than any of you have been in your lives.

I’m surprised there isn’t an indoor facility. That lightning is no joke. They’re about to fry some Canadiens. See what I did there?

  7. Dave Pear Says:

    Johnny Dejay,
I’ve never met you so I can’t say anything about your physical condition.
But I can say that I think you’re a fat head.
Either your with the Bucs or you are against the Bucs.
    Pick one.
If you are against the Bucs.
    Why are you here?

  8. Skyline Crew Says:

He isn’t in good shape. He needs to be in great shape. He needs to hit the gym hard and strengthen up. He is soft right now. He also needs to start doing wind sprints. I’m not a lock step guy so forgive me if I’m not in line behind you guys waiting my turn to blow Jameis. He has a lot if proving to do if he wants to be a franchise QB.

  9. Mr. T Says:

Before he starts saying what we are going to get and what he wants he needs to prove himself first, lead us to the playoffs then he can start making such comments justifiably.

  10. Dave Pear Says:

    Skyline,
Why aren’t you an NFL coach?
Seems to me you would make a great one.

  11. Skyline Crew Says:

Never got in to coaching. I played, but didn’t coach.

  12. Dave Pear Says:

    Skyline,
    You played in the NFL?

  13. Skyline Crew Says:

I played in college not NFL.

Dude. What’s with the homo-erotic fantasies of yours?

What community college did you play for again?

  15. Skyline Crew Says:

LOL. Didn’t play for a community college, but thanks. No homo-erotic fantasies either just noticing the Winston lovers on here. I’m guessing you’re one?
