“Outplayed And Outcoached”

December 30th, 2013

Below is full audio of Greg Schiano on the Buccaneers Radio Network after today’s clobbering at the hands of the Saints.

Schiano says the Bucs were “outplayed and outcoached” and “sometimes in life you hit a bad patch.” Schiano also talks about the Leonard Leap and the seemingly wacky call of a fake field goal on a fourth down deep in Saints territory to close the first half.

    Ya think?

Only way out is if by some miracle Penn State comes through.

The glazers are working on some sickening condescending statement keeping Schiano.

Unless their pissed Schiano spoke to Penn State. That’s a remote chance.

Otherwise prepare to throw up. Another offseason discussing how great Dominik is coming to a theater near you.

Personally i think mark dominick has done an ok job. He has brought in valuable pieces through the draft and free agency. But he has also had some failure moments the state of this is not on dominick imo. This roster is good enough to win a good chunk of games even with the injuries we’ve had. Based off the roster who thought the bucs would only win 4 games this season? Im betting no one did. We have a ton of talent, some did get hurt but a lot are still on the field. Also lets not forget whay schiano said. “Glennon gives us the best chance to win”. So the coach picked his qb and played him based off of his potential (and his hate for freeman). So starting a rookie qb is the coaches fault. Dominick didnt make that decision. Dominick had a viable back up for doug martin. Its hard to anticipate having multiple injuries to 1 position though.

As for wr. He brought in kevin ogletree who turned out to suck as a buccaneer, but has done well for the lions in a small role. Not dominicks fault schiano chose ogletree and the other scrubs over underwood to start the season. Dominick brought in tom crabtree at TE, but there again its hard to anticipate multiple injuries to 1 position. Besides schiano said that TE position isnt important in the bucs offense… DE is a spot where we needed outside help. Letting bennett go seemed to me like a schiano decision. He didnt ask for a lot of money and was a big part of the defense in 2012. I cant think of any reason why dom would pass on a cheap pass rusher.

All in all dom prepared this team to be a contender this year. But schiano somehow found a way to lose game after game after game. Dominick and his olayers are fine, its the coaching that is a problem.

Time for the Bucs and Schiano to move on.

  4. Mr. Patrick Says:

The Bucs will never have a Championship caliber football team with Schiano as head coach
