Clayborn Talks New Regime, Hitting QBs

March 8th, 2012

The man Raheem Morris called BoyDog, likely because of his rabid canine mentality on the field, (though one can never be sure with Raheem) joined Justin “The Commish” Pawlowski during his new noon-3 p.m. show on WQYK-AM 1010 yesterday.

In case you’re unaware, BoyDog is defensive end Adrian Clayborn. The Bucs sacks leader talked about how the new Bucs coaching staff has installed a “college-style workout plan.” And on his exposure to the Greg Schiano regime, Clayborn said it’s “a whole different mentality, I guess.”

As for the Saints’ Bountygate situation, Clayborn said he plays to hit quarterbacks as hard as he can, so he’ll “take the extra money if it comes my way.” Though Clayborn made it clear he would never cheap shot anyone.
