Josiah Trotter Returns To Practice

October 30th, 2026

Day off.

Joe almost had a stroke while reading the Thursday injury report. Thank goodness it was a false alarm.

The first player Joe noticed who did not practice yesterday was Bucky Irving. What??? With Kenny Gainwell nursing a sore hip, the last thing the Bucs need is to have Bucky Irving unable to play Sunday in a critical NFC South landfill game against the Dixie Chicks.

But, whew, it was just day of rest for Bucky. Thankfully. Chris Godwin also was resting.

Another piece of good news was to seeing monster rookie inside linebacker Josiah Trotter return to practice. He did not practice on Wednesday with a flu bug that has run through the Bucs’ locker room.

The only starter who did not practice yesterday due to an ailment was right tackle Luke Goedeke. He also missed Sunday’s game in Carolina with a sore calf.

Additionally, outside linebacker YaYa Diaby also was back full-go after an illness issue on Wednesday.

I’m not dissing Goedeke, but did anyone hear Ben Chukwuma’s name in the last game? The guy played well. A good name for Joe to bring up to Bowles or Z-Rob.

Yea Joe where is our article about potential young stud Ben Chukwuma!?! Dude looked pretty solid filling in on a must win game

Subtract the players from each team’s injury list that are mentioned for rest or illness, and the Bucs list gets reduced to 5 players with legit injuries while the dixie chicks list comes down to 14…not minding that at all. GO BUCS!!!

Every game from here on out is a playoff game. Lose and your out. Let’s go Bucs. Playoffs came early this year lol

Sir Vocea Dennis might be better. Take a look at how he covered Waller. Only a perfect pass beat has deep Tampa 2 coverage.
