The discussion about LVD’s post-career plans was interesting. A ministry is no less demanding in terms of time and energy than being a coach. Didn’t he mention that he might want to be an announcer? Again, it’s necessary to invest a lot of time there, too. Whatever he decides to do, I’m sure that he’ll put 110% into it, just as he did when he was a player. I hope that you can get him to come on the Ira Kaufman Podcast.
Regarding the Hall of Fame, LVD’s stats and longevity will at least give him a chance to make it. We are blessed to have him as a Buc for life!
Ira is correct that a re-build cannot happen without first round draft picks, so ‘no’ to Crosby.
Did the Bucs just pay $30 million for a TE who is considered “not dynamic”? That’s not good.
Drafting another TE wouldn’t hurt but not in the first, although yes, the probability is low that the Bucs will find an elite starting edge rusher at #15. Best available player!
What happened with Devin White is yet another Bucs “mystery”, along with MRSA, JR “Easy Money” Sweezy, the numerous injuries to players, etc. etc.

Confusion is what Coach strives for. His players, particularly on defense, are the most confused in the NFL.
