Report: Haason Reddick Expected To Play Against Cardinals

November 30th, 2025

He’s back!

The Bucs are getting healthier.

Though he returned to practice this week, Bucs edge rusher Haason Reddick was listed on Friday’s injury report as questionable. Apparently, there is no more question to his status.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Reddick will join Bucky Irving not just on the active roster but on the field today against the Cardinals.

Reddick has battled ankle and knee injuries dating back to the loss to the Lions. He has 1.5 sacks this season.

4 team sacks tomorrow. Hall, Winfield, Reddick, Ya ya.

  2. Buc1987 Says:

    Really?…. He played this season?

    Reddick who?

  3. CleanHouse Says:

Maybe he’ll have a good game- everyone’s so negative all the time.

  4. Tony Says:

Is there a way we can dress Rice up for this game?

  5. HomerSimpsonRocks Says:

Tony says: Agree! I get he plays better than Braswell.

  6. FortMyersDave Says:

Hey Bowles, use Reddick to rush the passer, not trying to cover Trey McBride 10 yard off the line of scrimmage. Keep that bust Braswell on the pine.

  7. Tony Says:

    @FortMyersDave

Yep I didn’t want Braswell from the beginning either just like Tryon & Braswell looks like he’s gonna be very similar. Same with Morrison. I was iffy on that pick from the beginning, too! Sure he’s just coming out but I just don’t understand why you’d want to keep dealing with players who are injury prone & so far he’s been out half the year.

  8. Fred McNeil Says:

I hadn’t noticed Reddick was out. The stats were the same.

  9. LawrenceDawsey Says:

Jadeveon Clowney has more sacks… just saying

  10. Daryl Green Says:

So what does he bring to the table?

  11. adam from ny Says:

if i recall correctly, reddick was with the cards in his early formative years..

so he’s gonna want to have a big game today, because it very well could be a team that signs him next year

  12. Daryl Green Says:

We have draft picks though 😉

  13. adam from ny Says:

if we lose today i am going to come down with a bad case of the heebie jeebies

  14. Sean Says:

I think we underestimate the Jamel Dean factor. He’s been out the last two games and the secondary has been horrible. The D has been above average when he plays. So I’m more excited about Dean being back than Reddick. I would have never said this before but he might be the best player on the D when he’s healthy and focused

  15. BA’s Red Pen Says:

I’m not too excited about HR coming back but getting kitty cat Braswell off the field is an automatic improvement.

  16. Scotty in Fat Antonio Says:

    And?

  17. Usedtocould Says:

    Wow, that’s great. Problem solved.

  18. George R Says:

It’s a upgrade, I think he is in the top 10 for pressure rate.

  19. Drunk Bucs Fan Says:

All I can assume is he’s better than the guy taking snaps (Braswell) at his position that wouldn’t have been if he were healthy.

Not even going to go as far as saying he’s better than Nelson. At least I noticed Nelson one game.

Can he turn it around? Sure, why not. I’m not so old to forget Reddick’s name being mentioned every other article in this here blogosphere a couple of years ago wishing he were a Buc

  20. RegWonder Says:

It’s amazing that the people clowning Reddick haven’t noticed that the defensive decline coincided with his injuries. I’ll admit he’s not flashy DE who gets a bunch of sacks but that’s not the only thing that brings value on the football field. Give me a guy who can contain. We the run game as well and I believe he did do that well.

  21. FrontFour Says:

This guy is likely finished after this $14m season. Maybe he’s got a few gams left where he can leave on winning note.

  22. Jason Bates Says:

    The invisible man is back!!

  23. Jaybay Says:

    The invisible man is back!!

  24. Beeej Says:

Reddick has near as many hurries as YaYa with half the snaps

  25. Jw94buc Says:

Dying to see how many Bucs pass rushers are on a professional football field next year. Even Yaya is kind of suspect at this point. We can only tolerate it until we can replace it.

  26. SB~LV Says:

    Define play…🥱

  27. heyjude Says:

Good news. Was rooting for him early on and am hoping he comes through today. Go Bucs!

  28. LFG Bucs Says:

    We’re saved!!!

  29. Outrigger Says:

At least we got HR, CG and Bucky back. Hopefully soon we’ll get Bredosen, ME and JMac back soon.

  30. ChrisBuc2327 Says:

This guy needs to start earning his paycheck has done diddly while in there. Hopefully licht can improve the pass rush this upcoming offseason

  31. Scott Says:

What a waste of money. It’s crazy you can be that bad but still be better than Chris Braswell.

  32. Cybersecurity_intern Says:

Our best pass coverage guy is back. Yeyyyyyyyyy

  33. Deeboooo Says:

JMac back practicing. Good to hear!

  34. Whatevs Says:

Reports are out that MacMillian is cleared to return to practice. If that guy plays a down for the Bucs this year, I am done. Nothing is worth the chance he could no longer walk again. Give him as much time as possible to recover and test his limits before getting on the field again. That would mean nothing until July.

  35. Ugo Says:

Reddick has not been getting sacks but has provided pressure and allowed other players to get to the QB. While most of it doesn’t show up on a stat sheet, it makes a noticeable difference to our pass rush.

  36. DBS Says:

I don’t expect him to make a big difference.
J Mac cleared to practice?? How could this possibly be?

  37. Scotty in Fat Antonio Says:

Exhibit A on those who STEAL Glazer loot!

  38. Fred McNeil Says:

I’m happier to maybe get JMac back to at least practicing. Reddick is a big disappointment. To say he’s better than Brasswell isn’t saying much.

  39. Senor Harry in Costa Rica Says:

    @Buc1987 Says:

    Really?…. He played this season?

Come on 87, he played CB and MLB, you remember… lol
