    13-5 is definitely possible

Where we go, 10-7. I’ll take it.

Although I might flip those W’s on Atlanta, to win on road and loss at home, as the Bucs never win vs Atlanta on Thursday nights.

  9. Manny Says:

Why in the world is the week 4 Eagles game at 1instead of 4:30? Other than some dumb conflict on Fox, say for a 4:30 Cowboys game or something in that time slot.

    Ours should be 4:30.

  10. BucsFan81 Says:

Looks like a good amount of prime time games. Which is good and bad. Glad we are getting the coverage but Bucs don’t perform well in prime time.

  11. D-Rome Says:

    12-5.

    Mark it.

  12. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

    I like 12-5 or 11-6.

  13. Manny Says:

You gotta be kidding! Cause of Ravens/Chiefs at 4:30 on CBS! That’s why.

    Whatever. That should be 1pm.

Bucs Eagles here week 4 should be 4:30 on Fox.

  14. Saskbucs Says:

No overseas but road schedule with the Lions Saints and Bills then over to LA is tough.

Looks like the Pats game Nov.9 is my option to attend Ray Jay for the first time.

Any recommendations? I was looking at corner seats on Bucs side … 102 – 118/119… what side do I wanna be on folks? Help me have my best experience please! Much appreciated.

    Also… conservatively I see 11-6.

  15. Let em bake Says:

4 and 4 at bye, 7and 2 post bye. 11~6 should get a home field play off game.

  16. Manny Says:

11-6 does seem very doable. And week 9 BYE is pretty darn fine. Could be much worse, can’t have too many weeks elapse with key vets on our team.

  17. Simeon4HOF Says:

No ratb@tards for the preseason .. nice

  18. Manny Says:

We can rest vets late in season based on early season success record, can’t rest vets early.

  19. Rod Munch Says:

Stop your whinning, 1pm games at home in September give the Bucs an advantage.

  20. CalltheSaltTruck Says:

I have us 12-5, Division champs once again.

Over-under is currently 9.5 on most betting sites. Get your bets down now, that number is likely to get higher over the summer.

  21. KABucs Says:

Not a bad schedule. Wiuld rather play our best teams early when we’re still healthy. LOL
I remember one year having a week 5 or 6 bye week. That was the worst. Week 9 is just past dead center. I’ll take it.

  22. Simeon4HOF Says:

    14-3

  23. Bucfan1988 Says:

Iggles in our house week 4 at 1pm is just like last year…

Let these jackasses melt in the Florida heat again and Bucs will hand them another butt-whoopin’ !! Hurts sucks against Bowles D and we’ll be a better defense this year with our depth and pass rush…

  24. Mark Says:

The nice thing is we have a Prime Time game every month for the first time that I’ve ever seen.

  25. Guinness8 Says:

No cold Northern games after Nov. 16th.

  26. Kenton Smith Says:

If our defense plays like last year (16th points against (the only defensive stat that matters)), we will win at least 10 games. If as I suspect our defense comes out healthy and gaining swagger then the sky is absolutely the limit. Of course injuries could change that but we’ve got way better depth than the last 2 years. Way better! If the offense can stay focused for 4 quarters and ride our strengths and the defense can force 6 or 8 more turnovers and we are the favorites in every single game this year in my opinion. Pull up a chair and enjoy this one. Not many come around like this one.

  27. keydoc Says:

love the 1 pm home games, sweltering heat advantage

  28. chark Says:

I like the schedule and how it is laid out. Not perfect but could be worse. Week 11 and 12 are the only spots you could gripe about..away at buffalo and then at rams.

  29. Drunk Bucs Fan Says:

Heck yeah, last year the Eagles melted in the heat.

  30. Drunk Bucs Fan Says:

    Fry, Eagles, Fry

  31. Kenton Smith Says:

You folks saying we don’t play well in prime time. You’re the same ones saying at this time last year we can’t score on the first drive. We’re getting better fast and in the last few years I think we’ve done great in prime time. Chiefs and we had practice squad receivers? Overtime! Falcons- we showed how explosive we are to the country! Overtime! Get real! We’ve been showing some great football in prime time. The Commanders deserved to win! NEXT!

  32. DailyRich Says:

Three of our four prime time games are on the road. Not a fan of that.

  33. Rod Munch Says:

The schedule layout really is pretty good – which is odd since it opens with two games on the road, and ends with two games on the road. The Bucs still get two 1pm home games in September, although I’d rather them be early September as there’s a huge difference in weather from week 1 to week 4. But still, the Bucs will certainly have home field advantage vs the Jets and Eagles from the heat. Also the Oct 12th game vs the 49ers, we still got a good shot of it being unbearably hot, which might give them 3 games with a big home field advantage.

Also, looking at the Bucs four prime time games… I got them going 0-4 in those as I flipped the Falcons win to week one, and the loss to TNF. The nation is going to once again think the Bucs suck when they choke on national TV.

  34. BucsBeast Says:

I see 11-6 with a learning curve prior to the bye week.

  35. Rod Munch Says:

Some other notes, not a fan of playing the Panthers in 2 of the last 3 weeks – hopefully they will have imploded, but I actually think they’re going to be really tough this year, at least for Tampa. I have the Bucs going 1-1 vs them, which I figured before the schedule, but if they can sweep Carolina, that would give them 11 wins for me, which would more firmly put them in the playoffs, I think.

This is such an odd schedule, because I really don’t think it’s bad, and the game by game comes out to what I thought it would, 10-7, but within the schedule there’s a bunch of stuff I don’t like. I think what it is, is games where the Bucs typically play like trash, they’re against teams the Bucs would likely lose against anyways. For example of the NFL screwed the Bucs over with a Thursday night game vs the Jets, I’d have the Bucs lose that game – but a 1p Sept game should be a W. Hopefully.

  36. Rod Munch Says:

Oh wow, I just realized that both of the Bucs MNF games are the fake double headers. That’s the NFL still not thinking the Bucs are worth being in real prime-time and hedging. What a slap in the face.

  37. chark Says:

the key is getting to week 13 with a decent record…say 7-4 is realistic. The last 6 games bucs
    should go 5-1 maybe 4-2.

  38. chark Says:

Or 6-5 thru 1st 11 games more realistic and take care of business last 6 games.

  39. RagingBrisket Says:

Play Buffalo in the preseason and regular season? Highly unusual and I don’t like it

  40. S00ner1981 Says:

12-5 Losing to Houston,Philly, Detroit, LA and Atlanta on Thursday night.

  41. Chris Says:

Reddick going to light Eagles up

  42. Sapp 2 Fundamentally Sound Says:

    10-7 floor.
    12-5 ceiling.
11-6 is what I think for regular season.
    13-7 after playoffs.

Offense averages 28 points a game but increases TOP.

Defense improves to at least force on average 1 more punt per game. Later in season the defense will even close out 2 games for us. We win a couple of games in the postseason gaining valuable confidence feeling good about 2026.
    Go Bucs!

  43. toopanca Says:

I think that there should be a minimum time period of about five weeks between two games against the same opponent.

Aesthetically, I think that it is important to keep the feel of division play alive through out the season.

And, from a competition standpoint, the outcomes may seem less streaky and feel more representative.

I didn’t like the idea of playing Falcons on October 3rd and then again on October 27 last year. And, I don’t like the idea of playing the Panthers on December 21st and January 4th this year.

  44. ReeeBarrr Says:

Saskbucs: sitting over the tunnel where Bucs players come out is a cool spot
    Enjoy!

  45. chark Says:

Giants arent good and their schedule lays out bad. Are they going to win more than 2 games?

  46. Simeon4HOF Says:

The Bucs open 4-0 they’ll be on top of the league

  47. unbelievable Says:

Basically every single tough game besides the Eagles is on the road… ok then NFL, F U too.

Week 9 bye is okay though.

I stand by my original predication: 10-7 floor, 12-5 ceiling, provided we don’t suffer a rash of major injuries.

  48. Lightningvinny Says:

I can see 11-6 but could be persuaded to 12-5 ,,, I think if the D plays bad 10-7,,, if the D plays really well 13-4 ,,, in any even it should be a fun year to be a Buc fan

  49. Simeon4HOF Says:

Have a good feeling about that eagles game

  50. Funderstruck Says:

Rod (respectfully) is high. There’s no way we aren’t ready for Week 1, with all the necessary tools yet-injured. The same feels likely at Houston. You think M1K3 and J-Mac won’t ball out near home?!

If you think they can beat Philly, then (barring injuries), there’s no way they aren’t 4-0 going to a suspect Seattle team.

I’ll take that start, and trust in the depth to augment where we faltered last year!!!

  51. Aqualung Says:

Last year’s team won 10 and with proper coaching and game management, should have won 13 including playoffs.

This year, better roster, weaker schedule…..yet only feeling 9 wins tops unless the defense actually executes what Mr Half/Half claims he has found. New OC should mean the defense will need to carry the load for the first quarter.

I’ve seen the defense under half/half take loads but never carry them.

  52. Fred McNeil Says:

12 wins is my bid. I haven’t read the comments yet, buy I see 12 wins. That tbjeff666 guy can drop dead.

  53. Council Rudolph Says:

Worst home fan tailgating schedule I’ve possibly ever seen. Everything at home is 1 pm games, except a mid week night game. I sell off my 1 pm tix as I volunteer at Church. Even when the team was miserable, we’d at least have 4 pm starts for the benefit of the west coast fans to get to see their team on TV in the afternoon. I’d think the Glazers would prefer to make the extra stadium concession revenue after the past playoff years. I will sell this year’s season tickets 😟😟

  54. Chip offllll the bucs Says:

I believe 45& 5 with the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP, 1st round bye for the BUCS! Forget the boat parade, i believe an “ALL DOMAIN PARADE FOR 2025-2026 SUPERBOWL CHANPION, LFG TAMPA BAY BUCS!!!

  55. Chip offllll the bucs Says:

    What’s Vegas over under Joe’s???

  56. Fred McNeil Says:

Overall I like it. One thing caught me off guard. MNF starts at 7 now? I like that better. I guess it means there’s a double header every Monday night. I haven’t seen the rest of the schedule. Got all week. I see Thursday nights are still 8:30. I still see 12 wins.

  57. ChiBuc Says:

Idc about the record, I’ll be in a creamsicle Evans jersey in Detroit reaching for a a td ball from the man himself. Keep an eye out for me Mike, I’m in the 13 jersey

  58. BridleOaksBuc Says:

Sask…anywhere on the West side of the stadium…if you’re on the East side, you might actually spontaneously combust!

  59. LexBloodstone Says:

Is FOX ever going to have an app to watch the games?
CBS has one, NBC has one.

  60. Rod Munch Says:

    Funderstruck Says:

    ————

Yeah, I flipped on the Falcons game – I figure we’ll split and was opening on the road is tough – but the Bucs home game vs the Falcons is on TNF, and the Bucs always lose that game, so I flipped the W’s to the Bucs getting the opening day W, and probably getting blown out in the TNF. Also, I didn’t consider it as I was just viewing the schedule and like to do my picks based on first impression (it’s fun, to me, to look back each year on what I thought at the time) – but Atlanta will hopefully be starting all those rookies on defense, so that should help.

For Houston – no way the Bucs win that game. When did they last win a game in Houston? I can’t think of it. Also a prime-time game where the Bucs generally stink – that’s a hard L for me.

The Philly game is the reverse of Houston, for whatever reason Bowles, and the Bucs in general, have the Eagles number, and it’s a 1PM game in September, I’m giving the Bucs a W there, but it has no impact on anything else. It would be like if the Bucs played in Chicago, you can always just give the Bucs a L, since they always lose that game.

Overall I like it. One thing caught me off guard. MNF starts at 7 now?

    ——

No, it’s the NFL sticking it to the Bucs by making them part of a double header. It’s what they do when they don’t have any confidence in the game, but still have to hit quotas of putting teams in prime time. The Bucs, since they won the division, are supposed to get those prime time games, and this is the way of the NFL saying they’re not dissing Tampa, while doing exactly that. It should make the team mad. A quick look at the schedule and I only saw two weeks with MNF double headers, and the Bucs were part of both of them.

  62. firethecannons Says:

Falcons get their Bye week on week 5 wow they will be gassed at the final leg of the season and they have a germany game lol

  63. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I really, really like this schedule!

Just the right mix of tough/not tough games. Lots of primetime games.

Bet of all, the first 2 games are away games, reducing chances of a cancellation due to storms.

It’s a bit early to predict but I don’t think 11 wins is impossible.

  64. heyjude Says:

Happy with the schedule and bye week.

Surprised with the 7:00 p.m. change. Thinking if the Bucs practice at those times before the games, including the 8:00 ones, they should do well in prime time. The Bills in November; we could see some lake effect snow. No throwing snowballs though. Overall, I am going with 11 or 12 wins. Go Bucs!

  65. adam from ny Says:

such an interesting schedule this year…i’m just studying and absorbing it for now…

i’m seeing a few subtle keys to success within pockets of the schedule…

but early analysis has my floor at 10-7, my ceiling at 12-5…and still vibing an 11-6 season (barring major injuries)…

i do see a few things i’ll mention later as i haven’t even printed it out yet and brought it into the lab…

with the initial look, it’s similar to last year where we def need to tread water at at least a 4-4 record going into the bye…and if we can somehow go into the bye at 5-3 we are sitting pretty…

and then like the past couple of years, it looks like we can potentially get on a big roll down the stretch for like the final 6 games…

going 5 -3 before the bye,,,and then 7-2 after would be my ultimate ceiling of 12-5…

in order to do that we have to split the first 2 games…no 0-2 start…

we gotta go on the road and win at least 1 west coast game vs either seattle or the rams…tall order – but good teams pull out big wins…we must get one…

we gotta win the games we are supposed to…and grab one win vs philly, detroit or buffalo…

the trap games are san fran, new england after the bye, and miami at christmas…we’re most likely gonna not show up for one of those games…it happens once every year…last year it was the denver game…

i’m kind of thinking 5-3 before the bye…6-3 after the bye

in division: we sweep the saints, and split with both carolina and atlanta…

i think we def lose to carolina once…and just maybe – we sweep atlanta like they did to us last year with young peni$ at the helm…

    (ya see what i did)

more later…i gotta digest over here…

looks like a double digit win season though 🙂

  66. adam from ny Says:

when i go thru the schedule i keep coming up with 10-7…

while my mind is telling me 11-6…

i guess we’re gonna have to upset someone we are not supposed to beat……or somehow sweep atlanta

  67. adam from ny Says:

we could very well lose back to back games in november

  68. TruckerBuc Says:

At Buffalo and then at LA? That’s brutal.

  69. adam from ny Says:

    sask:

    107 to 114 …west side of stadium…

on the east side of the stadium you potentially get beaten down by the sun all day

  70. rrsrq Says:

the Hassan Reddick tour, how much of seeing the Bucs schedule led to his signing? Jets, Cards, and Eagles should result in 6 to 7 sacks

  71. ATRAIN Says:

    12-5

  72. White Tiger Says:

Way too early prediction: 5-3 at the bye, 11-6 on the season.

  73. Krewe Since Birth Says:

I just want to know how in the blue hell they plan on doing parking for week 3. The Rays play at 12:30 at Steinbrenner and the Bucs at 1pm at Ray Jay.

Something tells me there’s an adjustment coming. Then again, the time that makes the most sense to move the game to is SNF, and the Jets are a dumpster fire… not the kind of team you want showcased.

Maybe they’re counting on the capacity at Steinbrenner being somewhat small paired with the dumpster fire that is the New York Jets playing across the street making it doable?

  74. HC Grover Says:

8-9 or 9-8 is my prediction. Bowles will always keep it close.

  75. Saskbucs Says:

Appreciate the replies about stadium seating guys! Thank you, pumped to plan a trip. Go Bucs!

  76. McBucky Says:

    10 – 7

  77. Day 1-76 Says:

The schedule never matters. At some point, they will lose four or five games in a row and squeak into the playoffs. Then they will draft at 19 next year and choose a punter, and people will still call Licht a genius.
