Shoulder Still Affecting Josiah Trotter (Video)

Rookie linebacker Josiah Trotter.
Rough start for two Bucs rookies.
Inside linebacker Josiah Trotter continues to deal with a shoulder issue. (Thursday video below from WFLA-TV’s Aileen Hnatiuk). Meanwhile, Miami Mauler edge rusher Rueben Bain remains sidelined by a groin problem.
The Trotter injury especially troubles Joe. Through two games, Trotter is the big Bucs playmaker on defense. If he can’t go Sunday, that likely means the Bucs will turn to SirVocea Dennis, the guy they worked hard to replace as a starter in the offseason.

Please get him healthy. He’s the only one who tackles. Just start Voss and Roseboom for a week or two.

SirVocea and Anzalone roaming the middle of the field will be all time hilarious. Kyler Murray will throw for 650 yards and 11 Touchdowns. Vikings -1.5? As if an away team quarterbacked by that dwarf isnt embarassing enough. Bucs lose 30-7 and then 90% of Rayjay will be packer fans. Circling the drain already baby!

This is not entirely on point here, but I just read this in the Athletic:
“… it is harder to play linebacker in coverage right now than it has been at any point since I started covering the sport.
“And we’re going to really feel the difference between the teams that have skimped at that position and have no answers and the teams that have guys that can live in the conflict that offenses are creating for them.”
I believe the term is prescient – or for the meatheads, they see it coming.
