Eagerly Awaiting The First Bucs Injury Report Of The 2026 Season
September 9th, 2026
After the pomp and circumstance of the upcoming Baker Mayfield-Jason Licht news conference will come the real intriguging news of the day.
That would be the first official injury report of the season.
Todd Bowles offered little detail this afternoon on the statuses of receivers Jalen McMillan (knee) and Emeka Egbuka (foot). The head coach did, however, confirm that running back Sean Tucker did not practice.
Joe’s interest lies in the unknown. Nearly every year the first injury report appears with a surprise name that seems to come from nowhere and gets Bucs fans tossing and turning all night.
Those answers should be available around 5 p.m.

CMC hiding from any contact. That’s an old team. Evans, Warner, CMC, Bosa, Brendle, Greenlaw, Juszczc, Kittle, Mac Jones, Neal. They need a nurse on the field.
