Chick-Fil-A Coming To Bucs Training Camp
July 15th, 2026Training camp at One Buc Palace is not sold out and the Buccaneers are promoting camp perks today.
The Bucs sent an email out to fans noting daily hat and magnet giveways, in addition to the presence of food trucks, including one or more from Chick-fil-A. And yes, the email also mentions guys practicing football and autographs for kids.
The team also is touting added shade, cooling towels and popsicles.
Yes, Joe assumes anyone in attendance must pay to eat. Tickets for camp are for sale via TicketMaster and cost $10.62 per ticket. Dates open to the Average Joes are July 30, Aug. 6 and Aug. 7.
If you want to watch the Bucs practice with/against the Jaguars, that’s free and open to the public in Jacksonville on Tuesday, Aug. 25 at 8:45 a.m. Registration for a ticket via the Jaguars website is required.
Joe threw Chick-fil-A into the headline because it seems a ton of people are obsessed with their food. Perhaps the smell of fries will ignite the Bucs’ edge rush.

Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries at 8:45am – sounds fantastic!

Don’t let Todd Bowles know about Chic Fil A. He’s got enough trouble with too many KitKats to the gullet.
And fans might toss their food watching the defensive scheme.
Good thing it’s cheap to attend at least.

That’s $10.62 before all the added junk fees TM charges. I remember when training camp practices were free.99 at UT and even then people didn’t show up.

I’ll be going to all three. Bringing KitKats, the good ones for me and the melted ones for Todd. You can recognize me wearing the official JBF shirt that Joe will be selling! :). I’ll be leaving for the nearest Hooters when done.

Food is good. Beer is better.
July 15th, 2026 at 4:36 pm
Yeah no, too hot, can’t really see what is happening on both fields. Don’t eat Chik-Fil-A. lol.
July 15th, 2026 at 4:37 pm
Might be good if your sons play school football.
July 15th, 2026 at 4:44 pm
The team charges for practice seats and you wonder why the fan base doesn’t grow.
I don’t remember paying to get in at Disney and I know UT practices were open to the public.
July 15th, 2026 at 4:59 pm
Sad fan base gets awful food to watch an awful defense pretend to practice

IRA,
You have to help me get our Bucs fans to do the rowing in the stadium like Norway did in the World Cup. It fits our stadium perfectly w the pirate boat and buccaneer theme. It would create such a rush. What can you all do at WDAE to start things up?
July 15th, 2026 at 7:22 pm
I don’t know how they do it now, but when I used to go you couldn’t even see the defense as they practiced on the far field. It was hot as hell even under the awning. Maybe things have changed? lol.

Must’ve sold out already. I can’t find any ticket on ticketmaster

Why are we paying to watch practice? Insane. The NFL is a billion dollar Industry racking in unprecedented revenue during the season. Why charge fans to watch practice? I get concessions but paying for a ticket for training camp is absurd!
July 15th, 2026 at 8:45 pm
Not paying a dime to watch practice! Plus the cost of drinks and food Plus the gas , probably charge for parking? What a joke the NFL has become! That’s what greed does to you…
July 15th, 2026 at 9:33 pm
Stop being so greedy and let the fans in free. They buy concession food in the stadium and beer etc era. That doesn’t come cheap by no means and alotnof people save up to treat the kids for a day out with the Bucs.

Wow Fire the Cannons, you make Debbie the Downer look like Goldie Hawn. Actually Chick Filet makes a pretty tasty chicken sandwich but probably you have a much more educated palate than I do. Would u prefer a prime rib from Bern’s. They will probably sell them for much than they do in their restaurants which of course you would never be seen in with us common folk.

Bucscoot, you got that right. The NFL has definitely forgotten their blue collar roots. How many streaming channels do you have to get now to watch a full season of televised games. Talk about greed. I wish I wasn’t so addicted.

Chick-Fil-A is like crack to me. It’s my kryptonite. I don’t know what they put in there, but whatever it is, I love it.
And by the way? This might sound strange but just give it a shot… dip a waffle fry into their chocolate shake. Your life will change.
July 16th, 2026 at 8:03 am
I’ve been to a few NFL Training Camp practices. They’re insanely boring, not to mention hot.
July 16th, 2026 at 9:47 am
You mean the place with 52 ingredients in the chicken sandwich? Everyone should pass or you will start looking like Todd.
July 16th, 2026 at 4:00 pm
Paying to watch practice? Wear an Allen Iverson T-shirt.
