Yes, Joe remains scarred by Thursday night’s loss.
Perhaps the extreme trauma is because it was the second mind-numbing Bucs home loss to a bad team in five calendar days.
The boo birds were singing loudly after the loss inside The Licht House. Joe has seen video of Todd Bowles being serenaded with jeers as he exited the field.
Joe also finally caught the Amazon Prime postgame show in which many angry Bucs fans could be heard.
In fact, ProFootballTalk.com creator and guru Mike Florio, of NBC Sports, discussed that horrible look on his national morning show. The football world got to witness the fan frustration for the Buccaneers head coach.
And then there was the video below: Vita Vea barking at Haason Reddick coming off the field. It seems Vea was upset Reddick screwed something up. Then Reddick is seen annoyed or frustrated during what looks like a quick interaction with Antoine Winfield, Jr.
At this point, Joe’s just glad to see players care enough to have this kind of back and forth.

I don’t know, to me it looks like Vita was saying it was a sack – talking about the strip sack – and then to me, it looks like Haason is saying “WTF” I got a strip fumble to Winfield, who is like, yeah, it looked to me like you had it.

First I love your website, it is simply the best and appreciate your wisdom, humor, and insight. Second, this team was on the verge of going either way this year and feel that Reddick poisoned the locker room.
For some odd reason and after watching the documentary the Bucs might bring back Gruden. It would help the NFL out of the lawsuit, appease Gruden, and bring back some season ticket holders. Whether it works out is another story.
Any Buc fan knew we were short linebackers and edge rushers this year. We could have spent all our cap money, traded a couple mid level picks, and kick it off to the end zone and we would be having a home playoff game.

Suggestion to ownership.
Call Elon and purchase a fleet of Optimus robots.
Order them specially equipped with football related artificial intelligence.
Order 30 of them to replace the current 30 ineffective human beings on the coaching staff.
The Optimus will be about $30K each and with incidentals let’s call it $1M.
Use the reduction in cost to reduce ticket prices.
Fire all the stadium workers and food and beverage workers and replace them robots as well.
Mandate that no humans will serve as game officials. Use AI driven programs and robots for that function.
Use the savings to reduce food and beverage prices. Suggest $1 beer and $2 burgers. Chips,sodas, nachos etc. all priced at $.50.
Contract with Amazon for air taxi pick up service at each ticket holders address to eliminate exorbitant parking fees ( included in ticket price).
Once you have done that, transition to Optimus robotic players all programmed to have positive attitudes and be fan friendly.
That would be a good start.

I tried to give Bowles a break in the past but screw that… I am so tired of his coaching clown show and this team humiliating the Tampa Bay fans. If Bowles had any integrity after the last game against the Panthers he would tell the press he’s retiring. If he could put his ego aside he would realize that he is not capable of being the top tier coach the Bucs need. Save the embarrassment of being fire by leaving on his own.

I am so accurate when it comes to everyone but Baker – where I’ve vastly overrated him the last couple of weeks, thinking he’d finally break out of his two-month slump and actually go out and win a game.
Go look a couple of weeks ago, I picked the Panthers to beat the Rams AND then to lose to the Saints.

Literally impossible, for the Panthers to go 8-9, they need to lose to the Bucs once. If they split with the Bucs and lose to the Seahawks at home, then they’re out and the Bucs are in at 8-9.
The Bucs win the division if they win at least 2 of the next 3 or if the Bucs beat the Panthers once AND the Panthers lose to the Seahawks.

You people are way too excited about Carolina losing today. I’m happy BUT the Bucs have not been playing well. This is going to be a cardiac 3 weeks!! The O will need to post 30 to 40 points and not turn the ball over against Carolina twice and against Miami! The Bucs may easily lose all 3 or 2 out of the 3. They have a chance but don’t put any money down!! The refs won’t help and will do everything in their power to see the Buc’s lose. We’ll see how the next game goes.

This is off topic but if the Bucs don’t pull their heads out now and play good hard fought ball we need some things to go our way.
I am not making excuses for Baker or Todd but someone needs to make a super cut of the Bucs being on the wrong end of every coin flip play this season. It is crazy!

Last week – multiple fumble recovery ties to our opponent and the Pitts TD where elbow and butt seem to hit simultaneously
I am missing multiple games and instances of this happening. Calls on the field for the opponent stand or calls on the field for the Bucs are overturned.
