Chase McLaughlin Added To Injury Report

October 4th, 2025

Injury report.

Chase McLaughlin is sick. That’s all we know.

The record-breaking Bucs kicker was added to the injury report this morning with an illness. His status for Sunday’s game in Seattle in uncertain.

McLaughlin did make the flight to Seattle as the Bucs are currently in the air headed to the gloomy great Northwest. And yes, it’s very gloomy and overcast today as the locals warned Joe about the climate in Seattle.

Fun fact: Bucs running backs coach Skip Peete, who had a “medical episode” at practice this week, is also on the team flight.

Probably just a head cold or he wouldn’t have made the flight.

  2. Bucs4Ever Says:

why put a sick player on a flight with the other guys?

  3. jcscycles Says:

Not that sick or they would have left him in Tampa. Long flight. Plus, he’ll be wearing a good mask.

Without knowing what it is it’s hard to tell.

  4. Woodman Says:

Typical Bucsnot4ever every post negative or stupid your just a troll

  5. Lt. Dan Says:

And so it goes – #BucsLife

  6. ModHairKen Says:

Everything is against them. Injuries. Illnesses. Coaches sick or in care of special teams, struggling. It’s a long flight. Seattle is more rested. It’s a road game. It’s gloomy.

    Enough.

    Man up.

  7. Todd Says:

It is very easy to run a full panel test and determine exactly what the illness is.

  8. Aqualung Says:

He’s probably sick of the disaster that Magoo trots out in front of him every kick. Like the rest of us.

  9. TBBucFan Says:

Everything we’ve heard points to this being a Bucs loss so of course that means Bucs win by 20.

  10. UGotRobbed Says:

    Of course…why not!! Geez

  11. Coburn Says:

Thought it was gonna be injured from all the pats on the back or high fives after last week. Hopefully he’s ready to go

  12. Kenton Smith Says:

I believe the last time this team traveled West it was for the Chargers last year. I believe they were the 3 or 4 point favorites. Hmm.?

  13. Tony Says:

Why can’t we put Bowles & our special teams coach on the injury report?

  14. Vanessa Anne Says:

…and the hits just keep comin’.

    Sheesh.

  15. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

“why put a sick player on a flight with the other guys?“

Because he’s generated 36% of the points we’ve scored through 4 games. Glazers should’ve charted a private-jet just for him, he’s that valuable

  16. Saskbucs Says:

Yeah Kenton, I don’t buy the west coast doldrums for our Bucs. Smoked the Chargers last year, I was at a previous Chargers game in SD where Bucs won. Bucs have played good games vs the Rams in SoFi, beat AZ in recent years.

If McLaughlin couldn’t go for some reason… ok… good reason for Grizzard and co to be super aggressive, playing to get in 3rd and short and going for it on 4th. Keep their D on the field.

  17. View from 132 Says:

he works part-time… suck it up.

  18. Tony Says:
