You can scratch Baker Mayfield’s name off the list of free-agent quarterbacks for 2024. Although the Bucs haven’t made it official that Mayfield is returning under center, logic tells you he’s not going to be allowed to hit the marketplace — where an offensively challenged club like the Falcons or Steelers could trigger a bidding war for No. 6.
