  1. Bee Says:

Team is definitely trending up but I have little confidence until I see this team win a playoff game. But I love what I’ve seen the past 2 weeks.

  2. D-Rome Says:

I am confident Todd Bowles will be Head Coach next year if the Bucs win the next two games (and they should).

  3. BucsFaninTN Says:

Maybe I’m just stubborn but barring a postseason run I am not sure I can get beyond a little confidence answer this year. I am glad he seems to be adjusting and becoming more aggressive, but there’s still too many weird things he has done this year that makes me doubt him. I can’t help but wonder if the win streak has more to do with the players and Canales than Bowles. I am rooting for him though and hope they continue to improve.

  4. Senor Harry in Costa Rica Says:

I am impressed with the direction of the team in the past few weeks. However, coaching makes the difference in one to two wins per year via their decision making during games. This is where I have little confidence in TB. I still do not think he is HC material

  5. Not Says:

The fans are flipping just like the talking heads ! Majority had no confidence last I saw this poll and now the majority has confidence . Todd really has made believers in the past two weeks.

  6. Since76 Says:

He messed up the offense last year and it hasn’t got any better this year until two weeks ago. Takes more than two games to start a trend. But it’s a beginning.

  7. SufferingSince76 Says:

    Not, hope springs eternal.

  8. Lord Cornelius Says:

I’m back to believing man lol. lets go

  9. bucnjim Says:

Having a hard time getting over the first Falcons loss and the Texans comeback win. Really should have won both those games! I did vote Confident though just for the way they’ve improved and started winning.

  10. Senor Harry in Costa Rica Says:

    bucnjim says:
‘Really should have won both those games!”

Exactly the point I made above. A good coach does not lose games the team should have won. A really good coach adds one or two to the win column. Yes, I know all teams have their ups and downs that are not attributable to the coach. But when the Bucs loose games by running a weird game plan (like forcing the run against a team that has poor pass defense, ie Steelers last year0 and takes the ball out of his best players hands (Brady last year) with the game on the line, THAT is NOT good coaching

  11. Nicholas Carlson Says:

You are what your record says you are…and he’s got a winning record this year! Happy to throw his NYJ record in the trash, also. So he’s at .500 as a Bucs coach in the regular season, 16-17 overall. Getting there…

  12. John Sinclear Says:

People in here sure are true to their beliefs! Two weeks ago it wqas 98% negative, today the same people say they’re 55% positive? Same coach, same players. Make up your mind people.

  13. orlbucfan Says:

Missed the vote. I would have voted ‘Confident’ like I’ve been doing all year. Canales is the one who has been driving me crazy. It looks like he is maturing into his job.

  14. WyomingJoe Says:

If a good Head Coach does not lose games that they should have won, Andy Reed and 20 other coaches would be out of jobs this year.

Even Mahomes needs talent around him! I mean, he’s a “game manager” right?

  15. godlovesbucs Says:

It’s crazy how 2 games can erase a year and a half of underachieving.

  16. Bucsfan951 Says:

I came late to the dance but I am voting no confidence once again. I am close to moving to little confidence but not quite there yet.

  17. Buc1987 Says:

The man’s on a 4 game tear. How do you not vote confident?

  18. Tye Says:

not fooled by a weak portion of the Bucs schedule….
missed the voting pole but vote: NO CONFIDENCE in Bowels!

    Defense is still sketchy….

Now in Canales and the offense: Confident – they are carrying this team!

  19. First Name Greatest Says:

Still has to be LITTLE to NO Confidence

Bowles is a defensive minded head coach who calls plays for a defense that ranks

    32nd In passing yards allowed
    23rd in Passing TD’s allowed

That won’t get it done against competent QB play

Bowles is being saved by Baker, Canales & The Defense

  20. Jeff’s grandpa Says:

I’m still where I was in week 1 with little confidence all it takes is a ass whooping against the saints and all y’all will be right back to firing him and blowing it up fickle bunch here

  21. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    2023: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
    -Points For: 326 (21.7/g) 17th of 32
    -Points Against: 302 (20.1/g) 11th of 32

Keep it going, Coach! We’re getting hot at the right time!

  22. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    Totally Confident!!!

  23. Rod Munch Says:

This was closed, but I’d go from ‘no’ to ‘little’.

But get into the playoffs, which isn’t a done deal yet folks, and that would require me to upgrade that once again.

I hope he can get it done.

  24. optimisticbucsfan Says:

    Right now…today…this very second?

All in on Todd and Baker.

    Don’t have a choice.

Not rooting for losses. Can’t do it. Won’t do it.

Win out and let’s beat dem loser cowboyz.

  25. Mike Johnson Says:

A few weeks ago, we were all ready to ride Coach Bowles out of town on a rail and dump him in the Bay. Fast forward, and the man has new life. He has surprised us all. Lets give him some credit. He buckled down and turned this team around.

  26. Davenport Says:

Four straight wins – two very close – and all against bad/struggling teams.

How quickly everyone forgets. This is a mirage, Bowles is still the weak, losing, head coach he has always been.

Remember this when we finish 8-9 next season.

  27. Anon Says:

Personally like him but it’s still little to no confidence til he proves to maintain this new found aggression and can prove to be the first defensive coach to find a way to consistently win in this era.

  28. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    Buc1987

Now you’re channeling the spirit of the Ole Buc1987, a true die-hard fan.
It brings back memories of how you used to meticulously maintain a list of names (lol, good times), keeping track of those who weren’t loyal supporters of the team.

  29. Bucfan593 Says:

I missed this vote which seems to be a few hundred votes short of the last ones. I was planning on upgrading my vote from no confidence to little confidence.

  30. Dave Pear Says:

    Fully anti-confident.
