Move on, lame duck / make or break. Who’s going to want to be his OC?

  2. TAMPA BAY DEMON™ Says:

I voted CONFIDENT, but not sure how true that is from my heart. Kinda feels like he is not going anywhere, anytime soon, so we NEED him to get it all figured out. I will choose to be confident that he can do so.

  3. unbelievable Says:

    He’s simply not HC material.

    Prove me wrong, Todd.

  4. Jack Clark Says:

I have absolutely no confidence in our scaredy cat head coach fixing our offense

RIP no risk it no biscuit 🙏

  5. D-Rok Says:

I started out the year giving him the benefit of the doubt, despite his record as NY HC. About mid-season, I petered out a bit, voting little, then last few weeks voting None. He’s had this year to prove himself (yes, Joe, I KNOW he didn’t get to hand-pick his assistants…) so because of his handcuffing by some unknown and unnamed tyrant, I give little confidence for next year.

Why? His defense has lost us 2 consecutive years in the playoffs. The D is his “baby,” and he let us down. Not even trying to address the offense this year, and in that regard, happy to give him a pass.

Sorry for the droll and drab monologue, but I’m channeling my inner stoic, dull Coach.

    GO BUCS!!!

  6. D-Rok Says:

    Demon,

Can I borrow some of your unbridled optimism?

  7. HC Grover Says:

It’s over. They kept Bowlzo. Nothing will save them now. Kaput.

  8. AbucAway Says:

These polls are adjusted about as well as BL adjusts offenses. Confident he can rebuild a team? Confident he can hire a good OC? Confident he….?

  9. Tye Says:

What positive has Todd done warrant confidence?
Everyone knows he is just a place holder this season….

    GONE by 2024!

  10. Bucfan Says:

Those ‘un-picked coaches’ of Bowles won a SB & made it to the NFC championship game last year. THIS year with Bowles running the show, look at the results. The Bucs will be lucky to win 6 games next season!!

  11. Joe Says:

These polls are adjusted about as well as BL adjusts offenses. Confident he can rebuild a team? Confident he can hire a good OC? Confident he….?

Perhaps you missed the headline? “Confidence Poll.”

    Confidence polls deal with confidence.

  12. Goatfarmer Says:

Just relocate the tram to Munich now, Glazers. Figure out the rest later. Suspend operations for a few seasons.

Don’t embarrass us with a Toad Blowes team of inept disinterested underachievers quarterbacked by Kyle Trashk.

Save us and yourselves the humiliation.

  13. SB~LV Says:

Fire Todd Bowles so you can find out he is not considered prize head coach material

  14. SB~LV Says:

Kellen Moore as the new head coach

  15. ClwJB Says:

Zero, zip, zilch, none, nada, non-existent

Laughable really, how could anyone have confidence in the Bowles led dumpster fire we just witnessed for the past 4 months

Lovie Smith thinks Todd is a solid coach, that’s about all….

  16. EEK Says:

    ouch…

I imagine this is largely consistent with the fan base perspective — 90% low to no confidence

    that doesn’t sell tickets

perhaps there may be more coaching turnover to be seen

  17. Crickett Baker Says:

I completely agree with D-Roc. It’s like he wrote the comment with my head. I can’t forgive many things he has done but MAYBE he will pick a good staff? I think he was given too
thick of a slice of steak to chew but I hope he can chomp it. My hope is pretty weak, though.

  18. SKBucsFan Says:

I vote “little confidence” as opposed to “no confidence” since each day that passes makes me believe we are stuck with Bowles next season and I gotta hope we can win some games.

  19. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

So only 9.44% have any confidence at all in Todd Bowles.

    TAKE NOTICE, GLAZERS.

  20. NEfan Says:

I’m confident he should be no where near a team locker room.

  21. D-Rok Says:

    SKBucsfan,

I agree. If I vote Little Confidence, which I did, it means it’s POSSIBLE improvement will occur next year. Conversely, if I vote No Confidence, No means None which means there is no hope whatsoever for our team next year.

As an optimist, I prefer Little Confidence. It’s not a death sentence but not exactly a ringing endorsement, either.

Let’s face it, Coach Todd Bowles is not a national delight, but mayhaps he can reverse course and make us all believers?

  22. mark2001 Says:

Here we have the OC Coaching candidates so far. The Jags and Bronco’s passing coordinators/ QB coach. Where are the experienced OC”s lining up to work with Bowles? Crickets so far. And more silence to be expected. Little confidence sounds about right.

  23. Jeff Says:

    Clueless Todd!

  24. gotbbucs Says:

I don’t have a ton of confidence, but I also think the man was dealt a losing hand with the offensive staff. Arians’ ankle biters couldn’t stand on their own two feet after he quit holding their hands.

It was all snake oil Bruce was selling.

I’m fine with Bowles getting another year, so long as it isn’t another year pandering to Brady’s wishes. The offensive staff hiring decisions should have nothing to do with Brady.

  25. Goatfarmer Says:

If there were a choice more negative than “no confidence” it would have won in a landslide.

Joes – next time try “Raging Dumpster Fire” as an extra option.

  26. TAMPA BAY DEMON™ Says:

    D-Rok Says:
    “Demon,
Can I borrow some of your unbridled optimism?”

    Unbridled optimism?
I literally said I had little (if any) hope in what I was saying.
Just choosing to be confident in the man, because there is no other option.

  27. Goatprod Says:

Heard a report today that Bowles still could be on the hot seat and Sean Payton Would team up with Brady, maybe after Bowles requested an offensive coach at the broncos to interview for OC the glaziers finally had enough
