The Bucs are running the same offense the Jets did when Bowles was their coach. They were an awful team and the Bucs have gone from being the best offense in the NFL to one of the worst.
All because Bowles is using the same old Jets offense.

People who say do not blame the head coach must not understand that the leader always takes the ultimate blame for failure as well as credit for success. That may not seem fair but it has always been that way. It happens on all levels not just in sports. Presidents, CEO’s, military Generals and admirals and the list goes on and on. So in that pattern, yes Todd Bowles gets the majority of the blame. Get over it…
