Tristan Wirfs earned another well deserved trip to the Pro Bowl tonight. He was the only Buccaneer named.
Ouch!
The Bucs did score alternates on the NFC squad: Vita Vea, Ryan Succop, Devin White, Shaq Mason, Tom Brady and Antoine Winfield. But without a real Pro Bowl game this season, it’s much more unlikely that alternates will make their way to the dance.

Speaking of Pro Bowlers:
Rob Gronkowski just tweeted three words, an emoji and some punctuation, but it sent the NFL world into a frenzy Wednesday night.
“I’m kinda bored,” Gronkowski wrote, adding a stoic emoji followed by periods.
In a recent interview Gronk had this to say about the Bucs….”I think they 100% make the playoffs,” Gronkowski said of his former team. “I mean, they would have to have a pretty awful run and lose their division games coming up in order not to make the playoffs. I see them making the playoffs for sure, and I think they can be the scariest team in the playoffs.”

Wirfs is a rock. Winfield will be there next year. The rest of them don’t deserve alternates of any kind.

The Bucs need somebody like Vinik to buy the team & take them away from The Glazers because obviously all they care about is the $$$$. But DUH if you’re really so focused on the $$$$ THEN YOU’D THINK YOU’D WANT THEM TO MAKE THE PLAYOFFS ALL THE TIME. IT WOULD BRING MORE $$$$ TO THE AREA! How long do you expect to be rebuilding a team?
Interview with coach: “How do you think you guys are gonna do in these next upcoming years?”
Coach: “Ugh we’ve got some more rebuilding years coming up.”
Really? This is totally normal to be rebuilding this long?

You think the Glazers are really helping the team? Who do you think they should get in there then? Vinik & Yzerman really helped turned the Lightning around. Supposedly Bezos wants to buy a sports team. Right now I think anybody but The Glazers & that coaching staff.
