I agree that Lefwich is the main problem for the Bucs offense….
I agree that the lack of a running game and weaker Oline is a problem.
But, Joes….Ira…..how does Brady get off the hook…
4-43 on 3rd down……with any other team you’d be asking….who the hell is the Quarterback?
4-43………Brady isn’t close to getting it done….

I don’t think that all Bucs fans underestimated the impact Bruce Arians’ decisions and his personality had on this franchise, Tom Brady notwithstanding. The head coach is the top dog for preparation and planning. The QB is the field general. He has to be the guy making the quick decisions when the bullets are flying. The head coach does his part the week before and during the game from the sidelines. The same is true from PeeWee through the NFL according to my understanding.
Bowels has to have the guts to replace Byron Leftwich this week if necessary. If he has a better idea he had better do it now and make sure these guys win on Thursday night. Otherwise, he won’t be here after this season is over. Most of us can see this. This situation shows another way of using the phrase “the NFL means Not For Long” in a different context. This is a tough business.

Arians should be put back as HC, Bowles back to DC. Brady made a monster mistake in pushing Arians out. Brady and Bucs Brass should admit they were wrong. Then put Arians back so we can maybe get this team back on track. But Brady is hardheaded and looks to be full of himself and if course will not allow Arians. So for rest of season when I watch Brady’s press conferences snd he says is doing all he can to win this season. I know he is lying and will not let his ego go and do what should happen. This is so frustrating as a Bucs fan to watch this happen after what management gave up in future years to make this season a winning one.
