Interesting perspective by Brooks, especially having an “insider” perspective having been through similar situations as a player. But I think Ira has nailed it. One or two bad games happen, but the patterns that fans are seeing have been season long. It’s just the lone bright spot in the defense is getting worn out now and games are being lost when earlier in the season, they were stealing games for the Bucs.

I think there are many perspectives analysts have about what is wrong with the Bucs. But is it as simple as just “do your job”?

Brady – Make those easy throws, trust the guys in front of you – do your job
D line – when was the last time Barrett, JTS, Vea had a sack? Do your job
Seondary – Davis, when was the last time you made a key PBU or created a turnover? Do your job
O line – short yardage situations, why are you getting pushed back 3 yards and missing blocking assignments resulting in TFL. Do your job.
White – singling you out because you a lone wolf out there dping your own thing and its hurting the team. Trust the scheme – do your job!
The list goes on and on. It seems like this is about going back to basics and if players cant hold themselves accountable then coaches have to. Dont be afraid to be bold to prove a point.

    One thing:

After the Ravens beat down of the Bucs, there will be plenty of doobie rollin time with that pot plant, in a van, down by the river.
