Weak boys. Soft up front. Pass protection ain’t everything. The O Line has done nothing to calm me down. Getting beaten up front like that is a sad reality. We need more toughness. Licht is going to need to find some O Linemen. This ain’t good enough. The 2nd down run was not too bright of a playcall but the execution up front is incredibly concerning. Finish a block Hainsey. Goedeke is too soft. Not seeing these boys handle their business up front. The fullback is the only man that made a block. Come on O Line. I hope to be wrong.

Much better play calling on that 2nd series. You can still run it up the middle, you can run off tackle, you just don’t need to be so predictable about things. By throwing on the 1st two 1st downs, you opened up to run it on the 3rd 1st down. You don’t need to run it less, just hit the remix button the playcalling order.
I’m going to guess after that first series, Brady told Leftwich to never do that again.

Prescott is ridiculously accurate. On a couple of these passes the defender has been right on top of the receiver and the ball was perfectly placed. The morons that don’t know what they’re watching will always blame the defender for everything bad that happens, unless of course its Evans or Godwin or Julio making a good play, but Prescott is putting some of these passes in the only place they can be.

JimmyJack – If you watched the games today, you literally saw that in nearly every game, the defense were dominating in the first half, then in the 2nd half, the offenses were putting up huge points.
Don’t start celebrating anything yet, I suspect the Cowboys are going to score a lot of points in the 2nd half, so it’s up to the offense to do more than run it up the middle for -1 yards on every other 1st down.

The line as a whole has been very good.
Parsons got in twice. Once with a phenomenal move against Smith which, quite honestly, most left tackles in the NFL would not have handled.
Then he just blew around Wells.
On the next series you Saul Lenny go in there and chip Parsons through the air. LoL.
Overall I am pleased with the O line and expect them to drive right down the field and punch one in

Guzman. I realize that. They have a good TE and a couple good backs but I don’t put a lot of stock into week one. Pittsburgh beat Cincy. The Texans tied the Colts. Atlanta looked great for a 3/4. I agree with Collinsworth. Teams don’t play in the preseason at all anymore so the offenses usually come out pretty rusty. The defense has been outstanding though.

his is a perfect win. Defense was dominant. Offense moved the ball up and down the field.
It was sloppy enough and they didn’t punch it in the end zone enough to be able to point to a lot of things to work on.
Heck, even the special teams looked pretty good

It was an ugly, annoying game, but the Bucs win.
The defense was awesome. Of course it helps the Cowboys had a bunch of o-line injuries and no WRs.
Next week will be interesting, we’ll see if the defense somehow leveled up this offseason, or if it was just a very bad Cowboys offense that is lacking a bunch of firepower. I’m hoping it’s the defense leveled up.
Truly impressive performance. Not as impressive as the 2001 defense however that held the Cowboys in that game to 28 net passing yards. Literally, 28 yards, and 127 total yards.

Why would that make you angry? I just thought it was a pretty amazing stat, only giving up 28 yards passing in the 2000s. Tonight felt like a complete beatdown and they still had 173 yards passing. Thinking of a team only getting 28 yards, that’s probably getting the coach fired.
