Kyle Rudolph: Tom Brady Coaches Off Practice

Through 11 NFL seasons and a standout career, Bucs tight end Kyle Rudolph has played for a lot of quarterbacks.
They’re all different, not just on the field but how they approach guiding/coaching up pass catchers.
Rudolph told TampaBay.com video reporter Rachel West that Tom Brady is a different cat from any he’s experienced when in comes to that coach. Brady, per Rudolph, coaches on the fly, essentially in practice on what he just saw and experienced. Other quarterbacks are more focused on film work or working on the side of the field after a period or after practice.
The result, Rudolph said, has him more learning on the fly. It’s a greater challenge, he said, and he’s enjoying it.
Joe loves hearing about all the Brady nuances, you know, like all the little benefits of having him at practice.

Brady has evolved into an amazing all-round football talent. Great ability to relate to all types in an organization. GOAT for sure. Probably the best ever for all team sports.

You have to really zoom in tight on the details to coach on a fly.

To be able to coach right after, almost instantaneously, is a HUGE advantage. The players are still feeling what went down and can make immediate adjustments.
