“Huge Win For The NFL And For The Bucs”

March 15th, 2022

Giddy with Tom Brady’s return.

It is really is hard for Joe to believe the NFL needs Tom Brady. The Bucs may, but the league? Have you seen the new TV contracts, including the price tag for the new Sunday Ticket vendor?

But that’s not the way Adam Schein sees it. The popular national sports radio and television personality took to his CBS Sports Network show, “Time to Schein,” and said the NFL won Sunday when Brady announced his return.

And oh yeah, the Bucs came out good as well.

Schein also noted Brady was dropping hints all over the place that the door was open for his return. Schein thought the video of Brady talking with Team Glazer’s English kickball players over the weekend was a direct clue.

Either way, Joe doesn’t have to dread the thought of Blaine Gabbert starting for the Bucs for at least another year.

You can view Schein’s full take in the CBS Sports Network video below.

Hopefully Gabbert will be a Jet, or anywhere else but One Buc Place, and we’ll never have to worry about him again.

  2. DBS Says:

Hodad is totally heart broken. “Gabbert will be your starting QB. Get use to it”.

  3. @Hands2theFace Says:

Look, Gabbert is not something to get excited about, agreed. However, he has the most time spent in this system of anyone out there. He was always talking with Brady in and out of series. Ideally, Trask will become that guy but right now, if something unfortunate happens to the old man, Gabbert is the best next man up at this point (until Trask is there). This system is not easy to learn and INT’s come with newbies running it. Palmer, Winston, even Brady had high INT’s in the first year.

  4. Its a Bucs Life Says:

I think he announced his “retirement” due to speculation and media pressure. Then quickly realized he wasn’t ready to walk away just yet.

He might’ve had some conflicts with BA and the emotion of losing a heart breaker to the Rams but he still wants to compete and knows he can win. Asking a player their decision so soon after an emotional hard fought loss of course he’s gonna be frustrated and done. Bowles and our soft defense ticked him off

  5. Bird Says:

    Joe

Do a poll where you ask if happy that brady is back

Bet you get a bunch of no’s. We have the dumbest fans.
The messiah cult so sad for another year

  6. Francisco Guzman Says:

I wanna hear more news. More work to be done. Randy Gregory just signed with the donkeys meaning denver.

  7. Listnfrmafar Says:

Take that you Brady haters, Oneilbucyall, DumbBelle, Oralbucs fan!

  8. Francisco Guzman Says:

Falcons have join the list of suitors for watson but tell me how they will get rid of Matt Ryan and that contract? They can’t gain much cap space and they take on a lot of dead money. This is fools gold.

  9. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Likely Gabbert will return as a cheap backup who is more familiar with the offense than anyone other than Brady (maybe Griffin)
TBBF has zero problems with that….it will be interesting how the Bucs handle Kyle Trask in year 2.

It is crucial we get a long-term deal with Godwin….the thought of paying him $19.2 mil and getting a partial year along with having to negotiate with him for 2023 is not welcoming.

  10. Buc1987 Says:

Listnfrmabuttnut is a Patriots fan on a Bucs website!

    Derp!

  11. Bird Says:

    1987

Yah. Liftfromatoilet stated just recently ( before brady unretirement ) that he wAs going to stick around on this site to watch the bucs implode and enjoy it.

Dude is hot 💩 garbage. He walks into a party and everyone goes home

  12. Buc Man02 Says:

Trask needs to be promoted to 2nd String. Need to see what he can do with starting caliber players. Preseason is best place to test him out

  13. orlbucfan Says:

Griffin and Trask need to be the backups to Methusaleh12. If BA has any brain cells left, get rid of Gabbert.

  14. Deano Says:

Tbbf agreed , Godwin needs to s*** or get off the pot.

I kind of new he was going to come back because he never put the paper work in on his retirement . But at the end of day I’m a bucs fan so I will be rooting for him because he’s on the team. At the same time I will never give him all the credit on why my bucs win. I will never celebrate him more than I celebrate my bucs like a lot of you Patriots fans / Brady fans do. When Brady is gone I will still be here representing my bucs !! I hate all you ban wagers but love my bucs fans rather we agree or disagree I’m a bucs for life!! I just want us to have some pride about the team rather just celebrating one player and believing the sky has fallen just because of one guy leaving!! Go Bucs!!!
