Standards raised, says Team Glazer.
Yes, Year 1 with Tom Brady in Tampa drew all the accolades to Brady the change agent.
The heralded Brady Effect even was felt and celebrated by Team Glazer after the Super Bowl. But what about Year 2 of Brady?
That was one question Joe posed to Team Glazer, aka Joel Glazer, at the annual NFL owners meetings last night.
JoeBucsFan.com: After the Bucs won the Super Bowl, you talked about the impact of Tom Brady and that was just one year. So what did Year 2 mean as far as more that you learned or more ways the organization improved by having Brady around?
Joel Glazer: I think having him there, having him as a Buccaneer, having the experience he has, the leadership he has, everybody learns from him. And he sets such a standard, such a high expectation, that that’s what he brought in the beginning but that becomes contagious, and then everybody starts to learn what the expectation is. But that comes from our coaching staff; that comes from everybody. [Brady’s] professionalism is obviously contagious and it’s been a key component to raising our standards.
And now comes Year 3.
And hopefully Year 4.

Watching 2020 and 2021 game video, Bucs Leonard Fournette resembles HOFee MARCUS ALLEN. Speed, power, durability and field reversal sense, when there is an opportunity to further the attack. THe resemblance is UNCANNY.

To ain’t no standards being raised for this franchise yet the only thing their doing is living off Tom Brady right now. Brady will sign a one day contract with the Patriots and retire a Patriot wich he should. I want to the standard when Brady leaves. Because I all hear from the fan base is without Brady we are done and it’s back to losing that’s not having high standards at all to me . Show me your standards once Brady leaves!!

We still have Brady and will be again a solid team!!
This past 2 years was not a DREAM! IT WAS REALITY WHICH MAKES THE ERA PRIOR TO BRADY A NON FACTOR.
