Ray Lewis: Bills Need A Mentality Overhaul

December 12th, 2021

Ray Lewis talks Lombardi Lenny

It’s safe to say Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis is confident the Bucs are going to punch the Bills in the mouth this afternoon at The Licht House.

Now a CBS Sports TV analyst, Lewis says the Bills allowing 200-plus yards rushing to the Colts and Patriots in recent weeks reveals a weak team mentality, in addition to a terrible run defense.

Lewis says the Bills have exposed themselves — “opened a can” — and the Bucs will carve them up on the ground and through the air behind Tom Brady making all the right decisions and Leonard Fournette. Lewis says “Lombardi Lenny” is the most important Bucs roster addition since Tom Brady, in part because of the punishing way in which he plays. Conversely, the Bills need a mentality overhaul of their team, he says.

For Lewis, the Bucs have an offense that can lead them to a Super Bowl again, in addition to a win today.

Joe will note that Fournette has the seventh-most touches in the NFL and ranks 14th in scrimmage yards.

It should be another busy day for him.

A steady dose of LF and Rojo..soften ’em up then bombs away!

Body blows, the run game, knockout punch to the head play action, deep ball, tuddy.

No pick 6s, please, Brady. Bills will be watching for it.

Gotta test the Bills DLine first to see what they’re made of.

If there is success there, continue to pound until the safeties have to get close to the LoS.

    Then bombs away…

LMAO! Another pundit that doesn’t watch alot of Bucs games. This will be another close game. Pretty confident someone will get smacked in the mouth. Just not sure if it will be the Bucs doing the smacking or Josh Allen.

One of the better Coaches I studied, was asked why did he run the same play 19 times in a row. He said we scored 4 touchdowns running the play and they stop it on the 19th time, so my offensive coordinator said now we need to change the play because that one doesn’t work anymore. And yes they won by 5 touchdowns!
Until Buffalo stops the run ?Run the ball!!
