Now I get it, Ira is pissed because AB made BA look like a fool.
So Ira is standing for BA 🙄. Got it.
He mention NFL did its GREAT job, will see if Bucs shall do something, or that’s it!! 😣

  2. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

What do Kay Adams and Smoked Pork have in common ?
Speaking of Cuban Sandwiches, if you put smoked pork on a Cuban, it is no longer a real Cuban. Just like if you put Mayonaisse on a Cuban Sandwich. It may taste good, but it is no longer a real Cuban Sandwich.
Real Cuban sandwiches use Roast Pork, not Smoked Pork. And never any Mayonaisse either, only Mustard.

  3. Miller5252 Says:

I would really like to know how long AB used the fake vax card. Cause if he’s been vax’d since football started who cares. Did he get the fake card in the off season when no one knew what would happen if you didn’t get it. I get BA and Jason got some egg on their face, but not really. I just don’t get what they did is as bad as what Winston did. Both got 3 games. Winston lied to the team and did something far worse then a fake vax card. I’m not just picking on Winston, because there’s other NFL players that have done stuff the are worse then a fake card and didn’t get more time. Lying is bad, BA and Jason need to do something, getting rid of him isn’t what needs done.

  4. Christopher Schiefen Says:

Miller, I think I remember reading AB got the actual vax 3rd week of training g camp or so.

    And the Commissioner smiled.

  7. Bob in valrico Says:

The Tight leash on AB that Ira mentioned and the bone spur injury just might have something to do with the large number of checkdowns from Brady. Another poster mentioned Brady didn’t seem to be into the game as much as usual ON another thread.
Brady may just be concerned about AB’s status.

  8. Cobraboy Says:

Maybe the reason fans don’t want to dump Brown is that they know the covid thing is pretty much a scam.

There is a direct relationship between a person’s panic fear of covid and thinking Brown is evil and committed a capital offense.

You call it whatever you wish. Joe calls it real damn good. And if it’s good enough to be called a Cuban by the restaurant, it works for Joe. 🙂

IK just mention AB, and the rest of media as well. But, according to “the chef” the MF whistleblower: “it was an other player that found and bought ‘the cards'”.
IK didn’t say ME make BA look like a fool, which by the way he is, nor the third guy.
Obviously, AB hurts the team the most, so they pound on him.
    Let’s Go B!

  11. Christopher Schiefen Says:

Yeah, Ira saying 90% of the vitriol about the column was fans “just wanna win a Super Bowl” misses the forest for the trees nowadays. I’m triple-vaxxed at this point (for my family, mostly) but I’m pretty strong against mandates for a brand new vax technology. When Ira said “it’s tricky”, I thought he was gonna say that the team loves Bruce so they wanted to get vaxxed for him; but if Bruce came down hard on Brown for the unvaxxing, there’s a decent chance the team would not be happy with that. African-Americans nationwide are not signing up for this vax in droves. And as far-reaching as football fandom is, I’d argue football fans on average and those who would take the time to comment are conservative. All that said, I think the other main thing that drove vitriol was Ira made it seem that Brown has been unvaxxed all year, when that’s absolutely not true. Really, the only salient points in the column are that this did make BA look bad, & Brown is off the team next year.

  12. crazyBucs_CL Says:

@”…did make BA look bad, & Brown is off the team next year…”
    —————
AB is not here because BA wanted him, matter of fact early on the 2020 openly he was against Brown. Actually not long ago the TV🤡 reminded us that he still is not settle with AB when he said: “Too many letters,” “I’ve already got AB (Antonio Brown), I don’t need OBJ.”
AB is here ONLY because of TB12.
If TB12 wants him next year here, AB is playing.
BA is free to re-retired AGAIN.

  13. Doctor Stroud Says:

Whether we like it or not, the NFL made sure that the Bucs will be without Brown for three games. As long as he is on the team, Licht and BA will have to keep answering these questions day after day, week after week. Do they want to go through that? Is keeping AB on the team worth that? It’s one thing to dodge the local media, but the national media is all over this story and won’t let up. We all heard BA’s latest presser. This Sunday, it’s Perriman’s time to shine, and a solid performance by the WR corps in general might make AB expendable. It’s much less likely to win without Gronk. Atlanta would like to be the fly in the ointment in the Bucs’ NFC South Division plans.

  14. Winny Testaverde Says:

Haven’t listened yet…not sure I will…I’ve soured on the “Sage”. Moving forward known as Irv CoughMan…I wonder if he becomes a salary cap casualty of Team JBF. It’s only his livelihood…but don’t lose perspective! Maybe a Chiefs blog could sign him to a one year “prove it” deal?

  15. gp Says:

    Much ado about nothing.
OK, it’s not “nothing” but it should be.
AB is not the team. He’s not even the No. 2 let alone No 1 receiver!
How the team/coach reacts to this situation is definitely something.

    Don’t screw this up BA!

IMO BA should point out that AB has been vaxxed since training camp and the original “vax card” should have been removed from the records and replaced with the correct one…. END OF STORY!

If there’s a problem, it’s with the person who didn’t do that!

This says a lot about the current state of affairs in the world. Local media should serve the local population. National media be damned.

Miller, I think I remember reading AB got the actual vax 3rd week of training g camp or so.

Thanks Christopher. So if he did it then, he really didn’t put any teams or people in a spot where they would miss time. Was it after he jaw checked the Titans DB. Haha it’s just crazy to me this is considered as bad as some things other NFL players have gotten in trouble for.

  18. Winny Testaverde Says:

Irv prefers solid citizens like Tyreek Hill ( minus him breaking his son’s arm…allegedly ) of his beloved Chiefs. His motives now telegraphed like a Winston pick.

  19. gp Says:

Somethings not quite kosher with this story.
If he was vaxxed at One Buc, wheres the V-card for that and why did it not supercede the “fake” v-card?
Denmark smells like fish for a reason!
    Wheres the reason here?

  20. gp Says:

    @Winny
No worries about a Chiefs rematch. The NFL wants a Patriots v Bucs match-up.

    OK… I’m banned….
